I wasnt sure about this company but when Debbie took the time to explain the difference in retail and wholesale pricing, it made sense. This company works with auctions and not dealerships. Dealerships mark up vehicles and can help assist with financing. Selling private party is such a risk and this company is very reasonable with pricing. The entire process is straightforward and efficient.

My wife and I recently sold our 2007 Camry at the Hickory, NC office and were overall pleased with our experience. Debra the branch manager was helpful, competent, and pleasant to work with. We got a fair price on our old but still very capable car. She went step by step through the process with us and answered any and all questions we had. The only reason we didnt give 5 stars was due to minor paperwork issues and issues with their systems administration. Their system went down for a period of time on the second day we were there due to the title having my wifes maiden name on it. Her license, of course, did not match the title. So we had to produce our marriage license. Those two things were a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, we had a good experience and would recommend webuyanycar and Debra for your car selling needs!

Try to call them after me and my wife filled out the online survey/ application, and no one picked up the phone. Just played music for 20 mins.
