I pawn my chain and called two days in advance on Monday to be able to pick it up on Wednesday cause that there rules for pick up, I needed my chain for an event on Thursday when I went on Wednesday to pick up my chain they said they forgot to put it into the system and it was nothing they can do for me I even offered to pay more money because I needed it for the event on Thursday and Craig the store manager said that there nothing he can do didnt even care if he lost me a customer for life I recommend to never use this Pawn shop cause there pick up rule are not correct and when they mess upThey dont care I have to make time on Wednesday just to pick up my jewelry and for them to say they forgot and cant do nothing for me is so unacceptable I ask can you do it for Thursday they said no only Friday the day after I need it I even offered more money to see if he could paid to get it pick up but nothing work it was like talk to a wall my next complain is to the Better Business BureauDo your self a favor dont go here they pay low and dont care about you time like Craig told me on the phone there a lot of pawn shop you can use he mention premier pawn and some other so like he said in his own word go over there cause GEM dont they wish I dont come back for they can keep my chain witch I only got $1400 loan on it when I have gotten more at other spot I try some place new and paid the price beware
