Had to buy a new phone since the previous one no longer charges after 1 year. free upgrade after 10 years of service is 60$ discount. They had a handful of phones to choose from, and no accessories. Literally told they cant go through a box of inventory for 1 case and glass. Need to stock store properly, and have better rewards for long term customers.

Thanks guys for my new 5G phone you guys were great :)I find it amazing about this review as I did not write it myself. The service was good, I had to return the next day for a case and screen protector. Which I understand sometimes things are out of stock. What happened next was I was locked out of my account, called tech support who told me I had to go to store, called store told me I had to come in not sure what problem was, came in and the girl there opened account and said nothing was wrong, I tried several times day before and that day and was locked out. She said it was probably a glitch and I shrugged it off. Then I got an email telling me of my review. I dont know seems kinda strange I would have given a good review anyway .but had to return into a store three times in same week during a pandemic, thats what upset me

I just when by this store to pay my bill, to my surprise i was over paying and never before at any of the stores ive been they checked my account to save me money, generally they just want to take my money. im very please to know they still people that actually care to help, very friendly girl with a bright smile, will definitely continue to do my business at this location.

This Metro is NEVER open. I been here at 2pm and at 4pm to pay a bill and they were closed when it says theyre open.

Worst place stole 20$ only put 30 on my account then i tryed to change my phone and they told me 99$ activation fee huh i went to brodway mall they charged me 20$ i asked for the owner to call me 3 weeks in a row with no responce ever

Had to write about the excellent customer service here. My husband and I went to another Metro PCs and the girl couldnt help at all so I stopped here just to ask a question about a virus on our phone. Met with Carlos and he took care of it. He took the time to back our phone up and reboot even though it was close to closing hours. Same visit we upgraded and purchased another phone. Since it was a new phone that came out that week, the cases hadnt arrived yet. He said to come back. He was able to get me a pink one and put it aside. Went out of his way to have the case before I went away and called me to pick it up. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely do all my business here.

That store is a shoplifter I went to change companies and buy a watch for my son and they sold me one that does not work, I wanted to return it and they told me that they can only receive it when the manager is there and the manager is never there, and they made extra charges to my card that Supposedly I had bought for more than 500 dollars I went to claim and they do not want to return anything, I will have to report it to the bank as theft
