Very good ice cream and waffles, very professional I came in and saw a man complaining and whining about his spoon bending too much with frozen ice cream?? It was handled very well and he never stopped whining and yelling the whole time. As long as the customer knows how to use a spoon and isn’t lacking the dexterity it is a great experience and i hope the employees on staff that day never run into something like it before

So the ice-cream seems to be very hardworking. However, my advice is yo slow down a bit so your tolls actually roll and so they fall into the cup instead of back down to the plate.Second, try to focus on the people on line so you remember who’s first. After waiting for about 20 minutes on line, he finally gets to me, I order, but he then proceeds yo take three more orders after me snd im left to wait another 10-15 minutes.On top of all that, he was about to make the ice-cream of the customer behind me first. Thank God I noticed and spoke up!I understand you were likely trained to take many orders before making each ice-cream so you can secure that sale, but I was very close to asking for a refund; That would’ve been much more trouble for you!Take way too long on taking too many orders. Just take an order and make the ice-cream roll then go to your next customer. It’s ridiculous to wait a total of 35-40 min for a roll when there was just two orders in front of me. (When I said slow down, I meant focus on steady hands when placing the rolls into the cup).Ice cream is ok. Nothing out of this world.

Worth the drive! This place is wonderful. The customer service is great and they are very friendly. The rolled up ice cream is delicious and their portion size is perfect. I highly recommend this place especially because they have a variety or options.

Loved their Latte Lovers ice cream and their Neapolitan ice cream. The cookie bite and Nutter Butter toppings are exquisite!

Super friendly service and the ice cream maker took his time making each ice cream. We got mango and matcha (has peach bits in it that added a nice flavor contrast and texture), both were a creamy and thick consistency. Great selection of flavors (and toppings as well)!

Unfortunately, nobody really knows about this spot. And its really good. I wish them well. They should have better signage of exactly what this place is. When I walked up towards it and went in I thought it was a red mango type frozen yogurt place. Much to my delight it was frozen rolled up ice cream that he makes right in front of you. I will definitely visit them again.

The most recent time I went there was yesterday. I was waiting for 20 minutes.. The manager was gabbing on the phone then went in the back. I waited another 10 minutes and then he FINALLY acknowledges me. I got so upset so I just left.

My family loves this place, but I think its a gimmick. A pint of Haagen daz or Ben & Jerrys is better.

The ice cream was good it was different and it was something new. The only thing i did not like was the store looked like a IKEA catalog and it feels weird going in the store the store feels like it has no soul, but i have to stress the ice cream was really good and enjoyable

I had the Peanut Butter dream ice cream with a nutter butter cookie and caramel and chocolate sauce. The server was very nice and very nice and clean environment to have ice cream with your friends and family.

Ice cream is good, but the lady cashier was so into her phone she did not even realize she’s there to work. Very unprofessional! Those guys whose making ice cream is much better than her. Pls learn from them. I dont even want to write a bad review, but i hope she would change that kind of attitude. Thanks.

Fresh Frozen has just opened up at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville. Wonderfully hand made fresh ice cream with assorted toppings can be made here for their opening day

Preface by saying my son has a food allergy. If youve never had rolled ice cream, before, they spread ice cream base over a freezy plate, flatten it out, then scrape it into rolls. That being said, on our last visit, as they claim, they use a plate they dont usually use, because of the food allergy. This resulted in ice cream flapjacks instead of rolls. They didnt really try to remedy it. Just kind of shrugged their shoulders and shoved it into the cup. Flavor was still delish, and it wouldnt stop me from,going back, but wasnt pleasing to the eye...

Very Anti Customer Care: Professionally UnfairA friend paid $7plus for a shake there that was spoiled, she bought me a pineapple banana shake my favorite for my birthday and unfortunately her good intentions was made with bad milk. As she returned the bad product the Supervisor looked for every thought and excuse to not meet her halfway. She didnt ask for the refund she asked it be made again with fresh milk. The Supervisor of Asian descent because he didnt give his name. He was very rude and refused to provide fair customer service as i was home with an irritated stomach for the Reopened Ice Cream Parlor. I hope there recent closure wasnt due to feeding the customers out dated products or spoiled milk products and keeping there money. Thats stealing from the customers of this great mall. Beware of FRESH FROZEN it didnt live up to the name. FRESH not so fresh.
