Asked for a small cup which consists of 2 scoops for $5 and got charged $8. My friend who asked for the same size cup got charged $9. Really do not appreciate being over charged and ripped off. I want whoever took our orders FIRED.

Went with my family, nieces and nephews for a moment out for ice cream. I am a fan of Haagen-Dazs for years but not of the service of this location. TJ or TC, however he pronounced his name, gave me the most rushed and inattentive service. He got 2 of my orders wrong and than didn’t even offer to remake the orders. Had he REMOVED the AIRPODS from his ears he probably would’ve listened correctly and got the order correctly. Trying to HIDE your AIRPODS with your skullyhat is not effective and it inhibits the ability of hearing your customers orders. So AirPods on and skullyhat over your ears, and than you try to get into a back and forth saying I didn’t say “midnight cookies and cream.” Horrible service and disappointing that it’s associated with my favorite ice cream.

Ice cream is beyond excellent but $6 for a single scoop cone is ridiculous. Now I know why they do not have their prices posted on a sign cause you would run away otherwise

Got ripped off at this place. They ran my card 4 times (I waited for 15 minutes at the register) and then said their machine doesnt work. I ended up paying $34 in cash meanwhile I checked my account right there for pending payments and none appeared. The next day that amount appeared in pending and then went through the next day... unbelievable. Ended up filing a claim through my bank and I better be getting my money back! The ice cream is very overpriced so they really cant afford errors like this.

It was great experience in begining but lately the service has become very poor. Two Sandaes were ordered, midnight cookies & cream and rocky road. Both display different pictures on the menu, but the guy Akbar made both same with half cups empty and when told that these items are missing then he starts adding prices. Will avoid this location.

Most cheep mentality Haagen-Daz shop I ever been here in USA. One junior softy ice cream cost $9.06 and taste just CHEEP...Come on.. you guys are just robbing people... STOP going here, this is my honest feedback. Very Very disappointing.

Go to Akbar if you ever come at this location, he is the sweetest person and will make you a great sundae! Alwways satisfied after buying Icecream from this place!

Ive been there couple of times and noticed one thing every time, they try to make the scoop as smaller as possible, and leave the cup half empty. I bought tri sundae, and choose white chocolate raspberry (new) to top it, the lady didnt even make it a full scoop, it was a spoonful. My cup was half empty filled with whipped cream. This never happens in any other branch at all. On my second last trip there, the employee left the kiddie cup half empty, I told her to fill it to a full scoop. Ill find some other branch near me, its not worth it. Disappointed, and Im a regular customer of Haagen Daz.
