The very first day the door to my space was getting off track. They called me the next day that I should come to unlock the door so the repairmen they scheduled to come can fix the door. The repairman fixed the door very professionally and quickly. And this was the right way to do it by asking me to unlock the door and be there while my door was open so they can fix it.

When I walked into the store I was a little nervous but Christopher Louie helped me out. He did an amazing job. He was respectful, kind, and very pleasing to talk to. He did a fantastic job helping me find a storage unit of my liking. I think he deserves the absolute best because he’s a wonderful person. Five stars definitely would recommend a Extra Space Storage to anybody looking for some extra space.

I came in for some information/quotes and was connected with Manager Chris Louie. I got a tour of facilities and was quickly at ease to hear the grounds was Covid Safe. Chris was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the services they offer. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place has everything placed conveniently for your storage needs. The parking is close and the Dollys for transportation are located near elevators that help you get to the second floor. A very professional gentleman by the name of Daquan helped me out and Id return for their business, absolutely.

I am very happy I decided to use this storage facility. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The move in process was very easy and done very quickly. The units have spots for 2 locks. You could a key and padlock or 2 of either. The entire area is very clean, including the property, the halls, elevator and unit. I highly recommend this Facility.

Stored my stuff here for about 18 months. Very secure and safe location. Daquan was always there to help if needed. I was here after hours and accidentally dropped keys down the elevator shaft. Daquan came in with a hanger to help retrieve them. A+ customer service and I would absolutely return my storage to this location if I needed the Extra Space. Thank you!
