Matt!! Handled every aspect of my Verizon needs and I had many. I needed to pay a bill but verify amount because app and online were conflicting, pay devices off, transfer of service to remove a line from my plan and one upgrade but I left with two upgrades because the entire store was just that good! Along with Matt, Micah, Mike and Paul (who was in training) made us feel important and addressed every concern. We were in this location about a total of 2 hours NOT fault of this location but another Verizon store was so rude that the person with the line I was releasing had to drive all the way to the Sutton Way location in order to get the Customer Service needed and deserved. I’d been contacting 611 for 3 weeks and had no results so this visit was refreshing and worth every moment! Thanks to you Matt and your Cellular Sales Team. I forgot there was a young lady when I first entered the store who was a part of this success as well & believe me I wasn’t the only customer in the store but I sure felt like it because of the awesome service!!
Called the store to make an appointment to upgrade my wifes phone. I was really dreading the trip due to the time and cost I was expecting. The sales associate I dealt with was Ryan and I must say I was very impressed with him. He was patient, knowledgeable, explained our options and searched for the best deals that met our needs. My husband & I upgraded to Apple iPhone 12 through Verizon telephone sales. After several hours Verizon technical support was unable to solve the transfer of data problems from the 8 plus to new 12. In desperation we visited the Verizon store on Eastchester Drive in High Point. The manager welcomed us and asked Paul Diwa to help us. Paul’s customer service and technical expertise is beyond compare. He patiently answered all our questions in a calm, professional manner. He addressed every issue completely. Our experience exceeded our expectations. Paul is a valuable asset for Verizon.
An unplanned phone upgrade was made much less painful today at this Verizon store. Our sales associate Garrett explained our options and informed us of an excellent trade in program for the current phones. The savings were significant enough to warrant upgrading our youngest son’s phone at the same time.All tolled, there are two happy and satisfied Verizon customers with new iPhone 12 phones. This store is neat, orderly, and very well organized. Our associate Garret is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Everyone in the store wore masks and a cleaning station was situated prominently at the entrance to the store.Overall, a positive experience. I would recommend this store to any customer looking for assistance with a Verizon phone and/or services.
A huge thank you to Mike P and Cellular Sales in High Point N.C. He was able to resolve issues that I have been dealing with concerning Verizon for over 3 years across 3 states and 2 countries. I have been a frustrated customer of Verizon since the beginning and even my requests to the Executive Office were treated rudely and ignored. Mike spent over a week negotiating the internal maze of Verizon and ultimately was able to get things done that regular customers could not. Highly recommended.

I have been having issues with my business account and when I came in and was greeted by Jenna she fixed all my issues and listened to all my needs and has gone above beyond to help me. I was considering changing carriers but after she took the time to call me everyday and help with everything I will always and only go to Jenna. I went to Cellular Sales on Eastchester on August 16, 2021. Mason met me at the door and immediately started to help me. I situation turned out to not be an easy solution however Mason went above and beyond helping me and calling Verizon corporate and after much back and forth with them he finally had my account fixed and I left with a new phone!!! I have used this location many times before and always been pleased with their service but Mason by far made a stressful situation and experience a very pleasant one!!! Chose to go to cellular sales to get my iphone X screen and charging port replaced versus Apple Store which had no appointments until the next week. Charaud was very courteous and helpful with my repair. He was able to clean the charging port and saved me $100! He quickly replaced the screen explaining the difference between standard and premium replacements. I felt as though I was in good hands every step of the way.
I can’t say enough about what a great job Ryne did in helping my friend get a phone. She did not have all of her accounts and pins but through much effort on Ryne’s part all was resolved. What a pleasure it was working with him.
The salespeople are always very knowledgeable and helpful. While I was there, a janitor came in. He was very friendly with the staff and very polite, being very thorough, as well. He asked if anybody objected to him running a vacuum and I dont think he missed a single spot. Before he left he even used some sort of fogger to disinfect the whole store. He seemed very knowledgeable about the chemicals he was using and made me feel very confident that the store was clean and safe
This place is awesome. Have bought several phones from Salesman Mike here. He has always made sure we are 100% happy and call backs to check on us. Cant see dealing with anyone else on my 4th phone purchase here over the years. My advise is if your in the market for a phone or other cellular devices go see them.

After being thoroughly ticked off at the corporate Verizon store on North Main...worthless, worthless, worthless reps there! None say the same thing and could care less about customer service. I cant WAIT to get rid of Verizon!!! However...I went to the store up on Sutton Way and both Ethan Mcgugin and Mason Adams went FAR BEYOND what they had to in order to undo the mess from North Main folks.
Ive been going to this store for years and Sierra Harper has always been extremely nice and helpful in meeting all our needs. Went there today to help my mom with her phone and found out Sierra was no longer there. Mike Pirone helped us and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and that my mom was happy. I had a very good experience, although lengthy. Thats to be expected when upgrading to a new phone. My rep was very patient and not once made me feel rushed. The only thing that I can say about it that I didnt realize is this store is a franchise store, not a corporate store. Certain things you purchase such as cases, screen protectors, activation fees and so on must be paid for in the store. They cant add these things to your account. Be sure you have a payment method with you when you visit. This is a large stand alone building that fooled me because normally franchise stores are in the small shopping centers and not in a stand alone building. Its a very nice store though.

I recently purchased a new phone from this Verizon location. Customer service dramatically exceeded expectations. Ask for Sean, he really knows his stuff. Sean was able to point me in the right direction and I was able to seamlessly transition from an old outdated android model to one that felt familiar and was like a souped-up version of my old phone. Content transfer was easy and the whole process was headache free. I have been to other verizon locations in recent months and this location was by far the most comfortable experience. Thanks to Ryne Redding (with a small assist from Mike), we ended up having an excellent experience switching our service from Sprint to Verizon at Cellular Sales, Verizon Authorized Retailer, at 3800 Sutton Way in High Point, NC.My son suddenly damaged his phone beyond repair on March 1st.-We had been researching upgrading phones and possibly switching carriers – Verizon was in the lead.My son called around looking for the availability of specific iPhone 12 models.-The best person he spoke with was Ryne – including ending up calling Ryne twice more with questions.-Ryne was patient and easy to speak with – giving clear and accurate information.So, we decided to go see Ryne right then.Ryne talked about the various options – answering all of our questions clearly without trying to ‘sell’ us.-He drew on personal experience to share information not glean able otherwise.-We decided to switch service, purchase new iPhones (chosen only after talking with Ryne), and an Apple Watch.-We also decided on the ‘extra’s we would need.Ryne ran our application through Verizon’s credit area. That’s where things fell apart. The folks at Verizon credit screwed up royally (despite my high credit rating).-Ryne stayed with us over two days (one a day off) until we got things right.-They kept asking for additional information (including things that I had to go to my nearby house and get – making two round trips.)-Ryne submitted all requested information multiple times.-Ryne asked all of the right questions; but, nothing worked– and we were going to have to pay much much much more to switch.-Finally, time ran out – the credit referencing center was closing.While I was going back and forth, Ryan set up everything he could – including reserving the Apple Watch at another Cellular Sales store.We had reached the point we were considering ‘walking (away)’.-The following day, March 2nd, was Ryne’s day off. He told us that he would meet us at the store and work on things again.Ryne was already there (On His Day Off) working on the problem and having discussed it with lead salesman, Mike.Ryne initially was having problems getting through and-Mike came over and suggested an alternate number to call - all that Ryne needed.Ryne talked to supervisory personnel worked everything out.-He also learned that the folks helping the previous night had Not done what they said they had done.-Thanks to Ryne’s never giving up, the credit approval flew through - saving us over $1.000.00 on devices and plans.We discussed getting our devices in service.-Ryne said he would set up the phones and watch completely for us as well as install the protective items we had purchased (cases, screen protectors, etc.).We decided to pick up the Apple Watch drop it back by for Ryne to set up while we finished errands.When we were finished, Ryne had our devices set up exactly as we had hoped – especially some contacts my son thought he had lost permanently.Ryne gathered our additional items we wanted – spending the time we needed on his day off.-He clued us in on the ‘surprises’ that come Verizon initial bills as well as the charges at Cellular Sales for the out of the door purchases.Ryne spent four plus hours on his day off helping us.Later, three charging pads just would not work with our phones (despite Ryne having one just like it on his desk that worked for him).-I called and spoke with Mike – learning that Mar. 4th would fit Ryne’s and our schedules.On March 4th, I called Ryne.-He was already aware of the problem thanks to Mike.-After testing the charging pads (worked fine for his phone but not for ours), Ryne replaced the charging pads with different (more expensive) pads at no additional cost to us because of all we had gone through.Ryne did a phenomenal job helping us.-None of the problems were of his making.-Yet, he worked through them all – especially to the point of coming in and spending a good portion of his day off helping us.We would recommend Ryne to anyone. He did a great job for us.
Five stars to Tyler!! He was so patient with my husband and I while buying a new phone. We’re not the most tech savvy people and senior so boot but Tyler was great in explaining how to use the iPhone 11 to us. He was very informative on each of the phones. No up selling or any pressure. Will certainly go back if we need anything else from Verizon.

Today I came in to the Verizon location on Eastchester in High Point due to my phone having crashed. Ethan immediately came to the door to help me. I knew that I was going to need a new phone but I was worried that I would lose all my information. Ethan was very patient. He waited for my husband to drive home to get my passwords so he could transfer my information through my account. In the future I will only give my business to the Eastchester location and Ethan! I had the fantabulous pleasure of working with Chris Jacky in person on two separate occasions and via text and phone a couple of times in the last week.My first contact was when I needed 3 separate screen savers replaced on 3 different phones. During that seamless transaction, Chris took the time to review my account and let me know about a great deal on a phone upgrade. He was informative without being pushing. I was in a rush as I was leaving town the next day and had a lot to do. Long story short, I promised to come back the next Saturday and get one of the phones upgraded.I did return and upgraded one phone. During normal conversation, during the upgrade, Chris was able to determine why I felt this particular phone did not meet my current needs. He took the time to educate me on the features I was unaware of to the extent I upgraded my old phone as well. I could not be any happier with the decision to upgrade both phones.Chris also looked through my monthly bill, asked questions about different charges, and made observations about the account data usage. When it was all said and done, he was able to save me a significant amount of money on my monthly bill, to the extent my bill will be lower even with the cost of 2 new phones.Since then, he has been available by text to handle a few minor concerns with one of the phones and has called me to follow up as well. Hands down he has mastered the art of customer service in a way many have forgotten even existed.I would highly recommend this dealer and specifically Chris Jacky to anyone needing phone assistance in any form.Thank you for a great customer experience!

I’m a 73 year old with limited technical knowledge so having someone walk me through the process and explain everything in detail was great. Had he not been willing to do that I would not have upgraded to the new phone. As I got ready to leave the store it began to rain hard and there was Mike with an umbrella walking me out to my car. A few weeks ago my mom went into the store to have some issues with her bill (caused by a different Verizon store location) fixed. While there she asked about the possibility of upgrading her iPhone and she later called to tell me how helpful Matthew was during this experience. So much so that she even recommended that I reach out to him to upgrade my own iPhone, even though I no longer live in NC. She said that he was so incredibly helpful and not only fixed all of the issues with her billing statements, but also helped her get the best deal on her new phone. A few days later I decided to call Matthew and see if he might me able to help me upgrade my phone even though I now live in the midwest. He assured me that was not a problem and walked me through all the necessary steps and even ordered a phone for me since they didnt have the exact color I wanted in stock, and shipped it to my home. He also helped me transfer my phone lines to another account and simplify my bill as well. I highly recommend Matthews services whether you are near or far. He will not lie to you in order to boost his own sales, but he doesnt need to because his work ethic and professionalism speak for themselves! Thank you Matthew for all of your help!

After being with another carrier for 18 years my wife and I decided to see if we wanted to switch to Verizon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mike P. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately went to work. He was extremely professional and efficient in switching our service to Verizon, providing us with new phones and accessories, switching our data over and providing us with all applicable discounts and promotions. My 79 year old mother in law had a problem with her phone on a Sunday and unfortunately, I live in Charlotte NC, was unable to come up until Tuesday. My husband and I didn’t want her without a phone so I called Sunday afternoon on the off chance I could get some help on Monday without me being there. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Jacky and he assured me my mother in law could come in Monday and he held a phone for her. Not only did he hold the phone and activate it without my husband or myself being present, he worked tirelessly to transfer her pictures over from a phone that wouldn’t even turn on. He went so far as to set her up with a Google account to save her pictures! He and I talked numerous times over the phone trying to get the issues resolved while she was there with him. Chris went above and beyond his “job description” and helped ease my mother in law during the troubles he was having in helping her. If I ever know of anyone going to Verizon, I will highly recommend they deal with Chris!!
Took my daughters phone here to get it fixed after it fell down a flight of stairs. The repair person (I believe this name was Kahn?) did an amazing job made her phone look brand new and did it in under 30 minutes!

I went to the Verizon store yesterday and was dreading it. I have always had bad experiences and it has always taken forever. Sean helped me yesterday and within 45 minutes I was out of there. It was so painless and made my shopping experience so easy. I would definitely go back for any needs. Sean was very helpful and answered any questions I had!
Ethan is great! He is always willing to help and answer any questions I have when I text him or come to see him. He is also pretty straight forward with everything!

IMy wife and I had purchased new IPhones from somewhere else but the weren’t connecting properly. We had prior experience with Sierra before and were longtime Verizon customers we decided to go to Verizon and ask for Sierra’s help. He solved our problem quickly and completely andfollowed up with us later to make sure we were completely satisfied. We won’t make the mistake of buying elsewhere ever again! Sierra is the best!
