I cracked my phone screen for the first time in my life, freaked out, and then called the Local Phone Doctor. The owner was very responsive, offered same-day service, and fixed it beautifully for a reasonable price. The best part was the convenience...my screen was cracked for less than a day!

Took my phone up there four different times just to have the battery replaced. Each time I was assured that there wouldn’t be an issue, but he was always unable to get it fixed for varying reasons, asking me to reschedule. One time he was understaffed and couldn’t even look at my phone even though I had an appointment scheduled days in advanced. The last time he tried to replace the battery, he took my high end screen protector off (which just had a chip around the edge and still had a warranty) and replaced it with a cheap one that peels right off, without even asking if I wanted a new one. He still wasn’t able to replace my battery, and, again, asked me to reschedule. To say the least, I will not be rescheduling.

Robbie at Local Phone Dr. is a mobile phone surgeon. My Samsung Note 8 screen was cracked. I searched all over the triad to find someone to fix it right the first time at a fair and reasonable price.Local Phone Dr. not only fixed the issue he also made me feel like my issue was important to him. Forgot to give my review the day I came. But the place was awesome, the guy—Robbie—was friendly. I didnt know I had to set up an appointment, but he let me squeeze in regardless. Was able to replace my screen within half an hour or so for a good price, also gave me a free glass protection to top it off. We talked about this and that, I love when people can maintain polite small talk. Makes you feel welcomed. Gave it a chance out of the competition, this guy doesnt have a 4.8 for no reason! Recommended for sure!

Sign on their building says appointment only. I call from my car to see when I can get an appointment, the repairman let me know his quotes for my screen (samsung s9) first which I appreciated. He seemed legit but towards the end of the call he got a little rude by hanging up on me without saying bye or anything. I would honestly go with this service if his quote for my screen wasnt the price of a new phone...I thanked him for the information but hadnt said bye...dude just hung up after I said thank you.
