Big Lots to the Rescue .. when I needed furniture emergently for my disabled senior sister, the Eastchester High Point NC store did not disappoint. Affordable & Beautiful selections allowed me to refurbish my sisters apartment in 24hrs. From a sofa & recliner to all Her bedding & bath needs, this one stop shopping success made my life easier while on the ground for a humanitarian mission to help a sister in need! TYSM to ALL of the staff who helped make this possible!!!

Employees nice. Store was kind of bare. Not a lot of choices of any one item to choose from. Definitely not stocked like the other Big Lots Ive been too.

Big Lots is a good place to wander around and look at what they may have. I normally find a good deal.

Very old building Rundown and everything is in disarray and not that any type of order so it is impossible to find things. The only thing that saved it from one star was be personality and helpfulness of the employees.

Recently the store has been rearranged. But there doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to where anything is so its hard to find everything. A lot of products I find in the wrong spots and so I dont actually know the pricing of most items. I do like the furniture section and the home decor!

Friendly staff with a large selection of outdoor furniture, pots, and solar lights. They have great deals on many different household items. They also have a large selection of furniture. They have plenty if parking and are easy to see from the road. They also have a grocery area with frozen and dry goods.

Big Lots in Martinsville,Va and Eastchester, in NC have a good variety. Clean stores and friendly people.

My step daughter my wife, grandson and I went to both big lots both on rt 68 we went there because my step daughter wanted to buy a dinning table and chairs, both stores the staff was excellent we went to one story they were out of the item we were looking for, they called and directed us to the other store where they had the item, we purchased the item and they helped us load It in to the vehicle, great service all the way around...

Standing in line while handling a transaction. My kids and I were practically run over with a couch. Instead of the employee going in the open area. He decided to run us down in a very narrow isle while I was paying cashier. Instead of admitting that he was wrong. He proceeded to argue, continue insulting and proceed to make my kids move out of his way.The most disgusting handling of a customer I have ever experienced.

Well recently I was in need of a couch and loveseat after shopping Greensboro and Highpoint I went to the Big Lots on Eastchester they had a Broyhill leather match couch and loveseat at a very good price better than anybody else we talked to its made by Broyhill and leather match Ive done got burned at the big stores what can I lose going to Big Lots had to order it but Im happy go check out their selection.

Went into Big Lots today and was very surprised at the quality of the outdoor furniture. I was even more impressed with the store manager Jeff. He was friendly, super helpful and all around just a nice human being. Just wanted to take the time to say what a pleasant experience I had!

The associate, Mitch, was working in the furniture area and it seemed like He was the only one who could do anything. He was showing and explaining furniture, pulling furniture from the back AND taking it to the front. All the while, he was being paged to pick up a phone call.. This guy was awesome, AND he helped everyone with patience. I had to wait but, I got mine picked out and taken up front by Mitch and he even put it in my vehicle.I give great Thanks to Mitch!

I don’t know who they had answering the phone today but she was very rude. I called asking if my order was ready, I did not receive an email from big lots stating that my order was ready & she replies well yes you did get an email because our system say you did with a rude tone. First of all idc what your system said I didn’t get one on my end. I could’ve cussed her out. I hate I even ordered something from here but it was my first & LAST time.

Store was busy. Not enough room between the isles. Store not organized.

They generally have great prices on what they carry, but the inventory might be limited. If you like what you see its best to get it because it might not be there when you go back. The staff is very helpful in checking inventory at other stores and their website, helping load heavy items, etc.

Really nice staff and clean store. Seemed like the smallest Big Lots Ive been to, but they had a good variety of stuff.

Fairly good mix of household items, furniture, toys, & some grocery items. Prices are reasonable. I recommend it, & intend to return, God willing. Limited assistance on the floor, but no hassle.

Im never disappointed when I go to Big Lots. Always find what I need and pick up things I dont because the price is right. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Theres plenty of parking as well.

After the Holidays, no matter what holiday it was, all related merchandise goes on sale. 50% off initially, then 75% once inventory dwindles. I love stocking decorations, wrapping paper and cards for the next season. Staff are always friendly and helpful. With coupons, savings just cant beat!

The employees were nice and helpful. You can find interesting things there that come randomly and usually at a good price. The stuff that they carry every day is typically overpriced. Overall though I like that Big Lots.

Great prices! I couldnt give them 5 stars because the staff knows nothing about any sales! If you ask a question, they dont know, ask you what the tag say?!? Things arent clear on the tags versus the flyer or online purchases. Yeah staff killed this rating. Store is tight in some aisles but still the prices are great.
