They are Very Rude to Customers. The atmosphere at this store was so Family oriented before these new people took over. The female cashier is Very Rude!! I come in this store thinking they hold the same standards as the last owner and thats Not true At all!! Dont spend your money in this dirty store!!!!

My two year old and I walked up to get M&Ms and an ice cream sandwich. My poor two year old was so excited about her M&Ms that she accidentally dropped them and more than half fell out on the dirty floor. The cashier just stared at us instead of offering us another package of M&Ms (they were a whopping DOLLAR. Is a dollar too much for kindness/good customer service?)Anyway, I picked up all the M&Ms with no help from the man behind the desk and asked him to throw them away. My two year old ate what was left and we went home.Shop somewhere else. I don’t know who keeps these guys in business.

People that work there are not friendly and sometimes very rude!Also, this place has a sign on the door that says masks are required per state of VA Covid 19 protocols; but, their employees and owner do not wear masks themselves!!!

06 OCT 2019Revised my rating to give them 4-stars. Why? Because (a) the odor is now GONE from the store, hallelujah! Was just in there a few moments ago and it smelled so utterly fresh and clean - was a great experience. The new cashier that they have working is a sweetheart too and so very helpful. I refuse to go to JP Market across the street any longer - Chris One Stop is where Ill be going from now on!I would love to give this store a higher rating but not only are the prices on the high side for some of their merchandise (which you expect to be a little more due to it being a convenience store but this is much more), the store has a horrible odor to it that I just cant put my finger on. If I do need to stop in the store for something - I am in and out as quickly as possible and hold my breath as long as I can while Im in there.

It has some new owners and the atmosphere just isnt the same . This short woman who works in the mornings seems like shes trying to get smart at times which, is why I dont go in there as much as I used to .

Worst store ever.
