Aaron, the pharmacist, was wonderful in helping me with my prescription! He had it transferred over and then found a coupon that reduced the price lower than GoodRx! He then informed me there was a similar dosage that my insurance will pay for and suggested I speak to my doctor (previous pharmacy never told me). First class service!

The pharmacy at this location is the ABSOLUTE WORST. And if you are in a rush, do not..I REPEAT....Do NOT go to.the drive thru unless you are going to be pulling directly up to.the window. The line is horribly slow. I am considering switching pharmacies.I

Very helpful and considerate staff.

They told me that a medication I have been taking for over a decade did not exist in the dose in have taken for a decade and did not even check to see if it was in stock. They refused to help me in any way. I have never felt so dismissed by a pharmacy, and I have had some unpleasant pharmacy experiences in the past.

I visited the Nine Mile Road location Monday January 6. I initially went to the drive thru and the young lady working was extremely rude. I was told I could just go inside and have someone else ring me up. The rudeness was uncalled for as I did nothing to provoke it. I went inside to speak with the pharmacy manager and was told he was not working. I spoke with the young pharmacist and was told sometimes we just get so busy . I promptly stopped him and told him that was unacceptable- just because you are busy does not mean you should be rude to customers. This incident reminded me why I no longer frequent this location.

The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced(CVS makes comcast look good). Not only is the staff rude, buy they can not manage to get my 2 prescriptions ready at the same time. The pharmacy staff is careless, disrespectful and dont care about their customers at all. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I would never recommend their pharmacy; not even to my worst enemy.

Everytime i go through the drive thru, and i fill prescriptions at this pharmacy all the time for my daughter. It takes over 10 minutes for me to leave and this is when they have no one in the drive thru. If they cant help more than one customer at a time there should not be a second drive thru to go through.
