The pumps may be open 24 hours but the store is not. When is the store open? Good question. That depends on whether or not they have someone working, or if theyre on time. But the store is always closed sometime between 11-midnight.They havent had cooked food in the 5 years Ive lived nearby, but confusingly they still have all the signage up.The owners are always nice, and the employees are usually helpful.Three stars because of the inconsistent operational hours, and its cramped even when its empty.

My card was overcharged at the pump and they did nothing to solve the issue!

Waited for 15 min exactly due too using the bathroom signs on both doors that was locked me personally I think that is extremely too long for someone to use restroom even a dukie shouldn’t take that long

Got screwed out of my car wash receipt because no one there and it 8am! Supposed to be open and it wasnt and because they dont replenish the tape at the pump I couldnt get it. Hire some people that will be there on time or get better management!

The gas pump would not print the receipt so could not get the code for the car wash and the person of foreign descent behind the counter was a jerk and would not give us our code for the car wash or a refund for the $8.00 paid for the premium wash. These people are crooks do not go there . The store is old and outdated as is all the food and products on the shelf.

Stop in this local convenience store as I live around the corner and there was a little old lady getting gas and the outside pump said she had 136 points for her shell card . The pump would not read her credit card. So she goes in and ask the manager about it. He scans her shell card and tells her she has no points to use. She looks confused and says that the pump just told her she had 136 and tells him that it just wouldnt read her credit card. He raised his voice and repeated you have no points!! The lady asked him why not it just said that she did. He looks at her and says your points are in my pocket!! She looks at another young lady that is working and says I dont understand what he is saying? The young lady says he said your points are in his pocket the poor old lady just left. The guy tried to grab my drink from me to ring up and I just set it down and looked at him and said you can keep it in your pocket. I will never purchase anything from here again that was the rudest thing I have ever seen and very uncalled for.. it amazes me how rud people can be in retail sales.

Did not accept any of my european chip cards. I know this is not Europe, but we are using f**** standard - EMV! Dont you know magstripe is unsecured?

I have been going to this shell for 3 years using my shell rewards and every time i go inside this dark skinned guy with dredds always messes up my fuel purchase and tonight he tried to get snappy at me after i told him he didnt apply my fuel points to my purchase. He told me i must didnt have any points but i know what i have he says that every time he messes up. I wouldve pished for an apology but he just wasnt worth it.

Hey are rude. They lie & keep telling you someone just came to get the restroom key because they dont want to let you use the restroom. I was waiting the entire time.They dont speak understandably & dont want to change a hundred even when forty of it is for gas.Go across the street!!

I usually go here at my lunch break from work and get either the BBQ sandwich or the pizza that is made in house, not a crowd and very friendly.
