Bright, cheery, store with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, they have a very limited supply of many food/drink items. Stocking was sad and sparce.

The nicest and cleanness Publix I have ever been. Stopped on my way to Hilton Head Island to get me some cut fresh fruit bowl and wasnt disappointed.

Largest Publix I have been to. Immaculate with huge amount of products on fully stocked shelves. Meat and seafood departments had very fresh product displayed.Publix doesnt sell Prime beef so local butcher shops, if any, must be gone to for that.Super courteous staff throughout store.Meager display of non exciting apparel which dont seem to fit in. Wondering if Publix is desiring to look like discount operation in this respect as that is the look portrayed for their apparel. .All in all though, super supermarket!

First visit to a Publix Store. Not disappointed. Very clean, well stocked, and a friendly staff who want to assist the customer. Will shop a Publix Store again when given the opportunity.

This is my favorite Publix because it feels like I am visiting home in New York. I can get Boars Head cold cuts and gabila knishes and all kinds of yummy stuff that remind me of home but I can happily take to my house in South Carolina 😀

Publix is a higher end grocery. Unique finds, surprises when you find something you cant find other grocery stores, clean, organized, etc.

All I can say is Mike at the Deli is the most unprofessional worker I have ever met.1. Tried to get his attention and waited at the counter 10+ minutes. Found him walking around by the soda machine getting orange Fanta in a cup really quick to drink then checked his phone....THEN came around the corner.2. Asked him to toast my sub with the meat and cheese before the sauces, he said no because ‘cheese would get on his knife’ (lol what). My husband went to the manager and she offered to remake it but I was starving at this point so I was too deep into the sandwich being made to turn back.3. It was 7:40 and they decided to close the kitchen early and made it VERY clear. He kept saying ‘we’re closing’ ‘time to go home’ as soon as the decision was made to close the kitchen (which happened while my sub was being made).Anyway worst Publix I have ever been to. It was sad honestly.

Love Publix!! They have the best meat! They’re bakery goods are very good too. My husband won’t buy bakery goods anywhere else! We have had a problem with customer service in that department. There is one employee in that department named Linda, who will never wait on me & I have no idea why?? She totally ignores me & will not even ask if she can help me. I’ll stand there waiting for help & she will ask someone else if she can help them & she knows I was there first. She waits on them & leave the area. She falls all over helping the “men”. I’m finally getting tired of it. All the other people working in the bakery & your store are very nice & helpful. I’m a nice person & always say please & thank you, so not sure what I’ve done to her to make her “dislike” me so much?

Publix is a very nice, upscale grocery store, similar to a Heinans up north in Ohio. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Horrible service in the deli department. We ordered 2 cold half subs and it took them 45 min to make them. Now keep in mind, they are not very busy AT ALL. When I confronted one of the employees in the sub department about this. She responded with Your order is not due for another 10 min. as she proceeded to chit chat with one her co-workers. So they made me stand there for another 20 min waiting on a sub that could have been made wayyy earlier, but it wasnt because Its not due yet.

Wow, I wish we had a Publix at home! What a great store.

I work across the street and do the Publix deli online orders and had the pleasure of having Laquan for both experiences thus far of making my lunch delicious, hot and with such a wonderful personality! Love going to Publix because of employees like Laquan!

Publix is a 5 star grocery store all day. This review is about the cake I purchased. I bought individual servings of 3 types of cake to have dessert tasting after dinner. The chantilly cake was on point and very good. The red velvet and the banana foster cheesecake both missed the mark. But in all fairness, this is the first time that a Publix cake wasnt good. I will try something different next time.

Bad customer service and our online sub order was 1+ hour late. No excuse because store isn’t even busy. Poorly run and managed.

We went in to get subs due to their cult-like online following and couldnt have been happier that we did. Laquan made our subs perfectly to order and was super friendly and welcoming. She was awesome and well definitely be making another stop in before leaving because of her stellar customer service skills.

The service at this location is second to none. We go to various grocery stores on the island but have been trying to drive all of our shopping needs to this store because the staff are friendly, go above and beyond and the service is absolutely phenomenal.

Customer service was outstanding.

Folks at the deli/sandwich section were kind enough, however it took nearly 30 mins to finish an order of 4 subs. Sorry, but it was just too long of a wait time.

Went into store # 0473 on hiltonhead specifically for subs that came highly recommended today about 1:30. First there were two women making sandwiches, and two people in front of us on line, I’ve never seen two people work so slow and show no customer service. I did notice one of the two was more concerned with the on line orders coming in. ( which they couldn’t handle they definitely needed another set of hands) when it finally came time to order I had to repeat my order for 1 sub 3 times because the other woman was interrupting her about the online orders. Then the older woman asked us if we were tired did we just drive in? I don’t know what that was about. All the while she was making someone else’s sub. I would say order on line but when we bit into our subs they literally crumbled from the stale bread also the meat is prepackaged! Yuck! We asked for oil vinegar and spices, both subs were tasteless. With clueless employees, shoddy customer service and subpar product id skip this Publix deli altogether. If could give zero stars I would! Next time jersey mikes!

Parking lot is crazy, watch out

Going to lunch at 12, chicken should be already cooked to serve customer at busiest time. You shouldnt have to wait until she decide its time to cook.Its a year later and service in deli the same.. never no fresh chicken cooked for customer, asked the young gentlemen do you have any fresh chicken, he said no. I watched the fresh chicken come out of fryer in back, but he would rather lie to customer to sell the old chicken the was in the window. Seems like they dont care about their customer choice of fresh product, just get rid of the old one first.
