Its convenient but prices in meat dept and seafood are much higher than other grocery stores and nothing seems to be on sale very often in those departments. Quality is always good though. Bakery is really good and they make everything in house, as far as I know. Subs are awesome and always Boars Head. I definitely recommend, but just dont expect good prices on meat and dairy... Id suggest buying those at another grocery store if youre trying to find good deals and/or save money on those items

This time of the tourist season? What can I say. The staff goes the extra mile to assist you. The shelves are stocked even with sunbathers anxious to hit the beach.Fruits & veggies always fresh,well displayed & easy to reach. Rest room always clean & with amenities. Parking lot well demarcated but cart retrieval needs better space & timing for all.The staff should be congratulated esp.during the weekend transition.

Very clean, kind employees and overall nice grocery store - best one out of the three I visited near Sea Pines. Word of warning though...if you arrive on a Saturday night and plan to go on Sunday...be there right at 7 a.m. when they open and still be prepared for lines...especially in the deli. Overall great experience when needing groceries while on vacation.

The staff is mostly nice but the store is not able to keep up with the demand. They were out of lots of common items and still out a couple of days later when we went back. I understand that it is a busy tourist area but would expect Publix to be prepared for it. Other grocery stores in the area were able to keep up.

Super clean supermarket. Prices are fair and I would say almost better then Walmart. And it is convenient to all the local hotels and condos.

My debit card wasnt working to get cash back and they sent us to customer service and she was able to give us cash back on a purchase so we were able to get the cash we needed. Thank you for the out of the box thinking to help customers!

Fresh produce. Great bakery items and deli items. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Good shopping experience but could improve the cart return with more parking lot return stations.

Very poor service at the deli. Ordered something I wanted and the cook said quickly they didnt have any more available but was glad to assist a caucasian lady with her order outside of the day the item would be available. He ran and got her fish from the back and cooked it up nice and fresh for her. Hmmmmm sounds fishy to me.

Been here for years and this is my go-to supermarket, unfortunately seafood is super expensive here compared to other places but its to be expected on a resort island.

Very clean Publix right outside of Sea Pines. However, it is one of the smaller locations. Thus, the selection can appear Limited at times. In addition, Publix must have this location identified for higher prices than other stores in the area. So yes, you do pay the Publix premium. Shop wisely but enjoy the experience.

Traffic is a beast getting into this parking lot from Sea Pines. In fact, I often opted to turn right into the lesser quality Harris Teeter rather than face the traffic gauntlet. Otherwise, they work very hard to keep tourists happy when its busy.

Great place for food shopping. Plenty of space to move around in. Has deli and cooked food to take home.

Very clean and stocked better than some of the other nearby grocery stores. They dont carry all of the items I was looking for, but there didnt seem to be any empty shelves. Hours are sightly earlier. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Being from Florida it was very nice to find a piece of home to get a quick meal.

What great experiences we had with this Publix while on a family vacation in Hilton Head last week! We used the Publix Delivery app to order curbside pick-up 3 times during the trip, and each time it was flawless, the people we interacted with were helpful and kind, and we never waited for more than a minute or two when we parked in the designated spots for pick-up. It was even our last stop on the 12-hour ride back to New York to grab waters and snacks for the ride since we knew it would be quick, easy and reliable.

Going back today. They have everything you need. Clean, well run. Friendly people.

Crammed with Saturday arrival of vacationers but most were civil and we all got what we needed to enjoy our stay at HH

This is my preferred Publix location on HHI. It is well lit, well stocked, clean and hosts a friendly staff. I just wish they hosted more weekly sales, as their prices are somewhat on the high side.

A wonderful supermarket that is laid out terrifically. The produce and the deli are well organized and stocked with quality local ingredients. Be warned that on Saturday afternoon, this gets crazy as the rentals turn over and everybody renting in Sea Pines goes shopping for the week. Deli counter can be packed and the beer selection, especially craft beers is limited to macro brands. The baggers are great and will also take your cart to the car. Northerners beware they are just being friendly.

Have good chicken already roasted and delicious hoagies. Wonderful for when you are on vacation.

Avoid sandwich maker, Amy, at all costs. I’ve been coming to this Publix for forever, and like getting subs for my family. I’ve ordered from Amy twice now, and every experience I’ve had with her has ended terribly. She’s extremely rude to customers, slow, and acts as if every order is an inconvenience to her. I will not be coming back until Amy is gone. #getridofAmy
