The lady in the store was amazeing,friendly and knew her job. She even stayed late to set up the phones....the man at customer service was horrible,made a case on my account,Ive had my phone service a long time and I ordered two lines and phones,and paid on line,went into the store,and just wanted the order cancelled online and bought the two same exact phones in store,he argued with the lady at the store for 38 minutes about canceling the order. Other than him. I love cricket,best people,best service, and Im a lifetime customer!

I went to reactivate a old line I had with cricket and I spoke to rep Jessica who refused to give a new line when I told her my phone wasnt present. She started it made her feel uncomfortable? And that she needed her manager? When I asked her to show the company policy she could not. I called 1800cricket and a supervisor confirmed that she was lying. How unprofessional and bad for business...

I had to drive all the way here for Jesup to find a screen cover for my phone. The Jesup store never has anything. Other than that this isnt my local store so I havent dealt with them much.

Jessica is a horrible sales associate and gammy is always high smells like weed !!! Way to go michelle was the only thing that kept that place friendly and welcoming these new people are so rude!!
