I worked with Alexxa today to switch my service over to T Mobile and replace a stolen phone and it was seamless! She went above and beyond to make it happen and get us the best deal/plan that she could offer us. Will definitely go back for any of our future phone needs.
I have been with T-Mobile for years. This has been by far the best customer service I have received in store. Special thanks to Jerrica, she really helped me out today. She was very patient and got me the best deals on my new phone .
Was having issues with my phone glitching and such and I went it to have it upgraded, Alexxa and Jerrica took care of it all for me and it was the easiest upgrade I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this T-Mobile and will continue to come back as long as the Manager and Assistant manager stay the same!

I just want to give Miss. Alexxa store manager a shout out! Ive been fighting charges on my bill since Dec 2019! We canceled a voice line Nov 2019 however we kept getting charged for the stupid line. The reasons for staying w/this company so long is b/c I call a lot to Mexico (& I just assumed no other company offered free calling to Mexico) & I did have great service both here & in WA. I had reached my limit though Thursday Sep 2, 2021, but Alexxa went out of her way to insure I received almost the full amount owed to me refunded on my acct! she was the first to care & actually do something about it, its a pretty chunk of change & her dedication to find a solution for me is very much appreciated. Alexxa herself deserves 10 stars but the company as a whole w/the constant run around & excuses only gets .5 star from me🤷🏻♀️ & no I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, for the sole purpose of trying to scam me out of my money for YEARS!!!! Even though I was calling MONTHLY. They are only lucky I have high patience for stupid people, I honestly should have reported them to the BBB long ago.

Everytime I go to this store the manager Ginelle and her staff are always so nice and friendly. They make sure to take care of all of my needs! I love this store and the atmosphere! Definitely would recommend them to anyone! I began my contract in that store and they make me a happy and satisfied customer.

Came to this store to try to do a switch from another carrier to t-mobile. The girl that took care of us was on FaceTime with a friend and laughing and just acting like we were not in front of her. I had to return a day later and I went to complain about that and they didnt care much because they were on there having phone conversations themselves while taking care of customers. Like are you serious. Anyways didnt do the switch because they messed everything up and it took us a week to fix our accounts. At the end I just stayed with my old carrier.
I recently stopped by the store to add a line and purchase a phone for my daughter. We were promptly greeted by a young woman named Alexxa. Our experience in store was exceptional. Alexxa had amazing customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable about the phone we were inquiring about, and she was able to answer all of our billing questions as far as how much it would cost and what would be included. Because of her awesome customer service skills, we were also able to upgrade another line on our plan and add another new phone. We ended up buying a Galaxy S20 5g, and a Galaxy A71 5g, and are very happy with both new phones, and there were no surprises on our bill. Alexxa was very knowledgeable about current promotions going on and because of that we were able to save money, and make the most out of our Tmobile visit. Alexxa deserves a 10/10.

I took time off work to come here. Online it says they are open, but when you walk close to the door, youll see a little sign that says theyre closed for cleaning. No mention of when theyll reopen.

I always have a pleasant experience coming into our local T-Mobile. Ginelle is always professional, experienced, and knowledgeable about the products within the store. If you were going to t-mobile ask to speak with Ginelle. She will make sure you are taken care of and leave with what you wanted. I highly recommend her.
Antonio was amazing! He assisted me with everything I needed help with and then some! I came in with a broken phone and I left with more than I couldve hoped for. He was also able to help me get my plan switched to a military plan which saved me a significant amount of money! I am truly satisfied and will continue going to this exact location to get assistance in the future!

I would’ve given this store a zero rating if that were possible. The staff was great, I worked with Stephanie and she really got my boyfriend & I taken care of. She was awesome. The problem I had was with the manager, Emily (short haired lady). She was extremely rude when I came back in the next day and had questions about them paying off my bill to my other carrier. She kept rolling her eyes and sighing really loud every time I asked or even said something to her. I was just trying to explain what customer service had told me and she just kept saying ‘I don’t care what they told you that’s not right’ over and over. Ok I got that maybe customer service had given me a wrong answer but I would’ve taken a wrong answer over this lady any day. If I ever go back to T-Mobile (which i probably won’t) I’ll only work with Stephanie or another manager. Emily was so rude and I can’t believe she works in a customer service position as a manager. I hope she learns a better way to deal with people.
I went to this store with the intention of switching from Verizon. I spent over 2 hours in this store and still left without a phone. The military promotions they brag about was not brought up not even once. The rep I dealt with tried to sell me several things that I did not ask for. She made them appear free then slightly told me that those items would add a few more dollars to my bill. The plan that she placed on the account was not discussed neither was the monthly price. I had to sit down most of the time due to my medical condition so she did not come to me and explain anything. I eventually went up to the counter and she gave me a ridiculous amount that my monthly payment would be. I have never paid so much for a cell phone bill in my life. The sale tactics they used were extremely poor and is a rip off. None of the military promotions were explained neither was any of their free offers. They just tried to sell me stuff that I did not need. Please save yourselves the time and go elsewhere to get phone service.
Great experience with the beautiful Ginelle. She was very friendly and helpful! I ended up getting the iPhone XR Red and I’m so in love! I highly recommend Ginelle to anyone!
Worst customer service I go get a tempere glass for replacement of my iPhone 11 Pro Max they always telling me that they dont have any. Ill try to call several times and I still have none. 1 months pass and they still have none. Spent all this money for this lifetime warranty tempere glass that i cant even get replace cuz they alwaysssssss out of stock. Time to change store and carrier.
The worst customer service I have ever had. The current management is so rude and disrespectful. I just had to call in to see about a case they were going to look into for me because it was a mistake they made. Both encounters I have had the manager asked me to call her back, she always made the issue out to be my fault or the previous managements fault, and when I called customer service and got them involved her mood turned around. Ugh. I cant wait to switch back to a different company!!
It hurts that I have to write this review because I love t mobile but the customer service with the women at this location is horrible. I only came in for a understanding from the miscommunication I was receiving and I was treated like I was dumb and just talking outta my butt. Rolled eyes, side comments, profanity, this is not the t mobile I know and love . They also lie to customers just for a sale . I feel sorry for the male employees that work here . I have a open investigation on a few employees as I type this

I cant believe how helpful and friendly the staff was. Ive had horrible experiences with other mobile companies (Im looking at you AT&T) that took 4+ hours to finish setting up phones, etc then having extra unnecessary charges appear on my bill. Needless to say Nikita was more than helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. Legit 10/10 rating from me. We left with 2 new phones and 3 lines and were very pleased with our experience. Never should have left T-Mobile to begin with.
I had such an awesome experience at this T-Mobile. OVeigh and Ginelle was super helpful and there enery was super contagious. They took there time and helped me with all my questions. I’m not sure who this goes to but please make sure they see this .I will definitely be back at this store if they are working.
I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I wanted the Military ONE plan and was very clear about that. And the employee informed me that my bill for 3 lines would be $90 a month. Instead he actually enrolled me into the Military ONE Plus plan which I never expessed any interest in. Now I am paying $125 a month for 3 lines. Also I bought the three phones the same day. And screen protectors for each. The employee snuck a wonder boom speaker into the bag without me noticing. Which I never asked for and am now stuck making payments on. I do not have a problem with T-Mobile, but this particular store has criminals working here.

First time visiting this location today. Walked in, 3 employees helping others, one texting on her phone, was not greeted nor acknowledged by anyone. Stood across from her waiting, then she asked can I help you. I told her I was there for the free wallet. She asked for my phone number to verify our account then placed it on the counter and that was that. No have a good day or come again.
My family and I visited the store 1/2/2018 I had some questions about my account and also wanted to browse for a new phone since the one I had was giving me a lot of problems. Immediately we walked in the store Hamder greeted us (my mom only speaks Spanish so he talked in Spanish also that was definitely a thumbs up). He went over my account questions ended up getting me a much better deal than what I had ( saving me some $). Also helped me while browsing for a new phone he was very patient and very knowledgeable his other coworker Luis also came over (also speaks Spanish) and both of them helped me make the best decision. They went above and beyond we were very happy with the service. If you have to visit this store I highly recommend you look for Hamder and Luis! Thank you guys!!

I am done dealing with them. On 1 Jun 19, I added 3rd line on my account and made sure double triple times it is under my account and monthly pay is $90 with automatic payment.(military deal). This female said yes(who seems New). Today I got bill $106 with autopay and went to tmobile. This other female came up to me and asked to help. I explained everything but how she talked and explained to me was rude. I dont know why she has to have that attitude which i never had to deal with any other tmobile workers. They mess up something with my account I have to call customer service and fix it? If its their first time making mistake i understand but not plus the attitude she was showing just blew me off
I visited the T-Mobile Hinesville location today and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer care that i received from the staff. I am home on Military leave and I was having issues with my device from Korea not working on the T-Mobile network. I saw the T-Mobile store and went in to see if they could help me out. The store actually wasnt even open, but the Team invites me in and assured me that they would get me squared away. After a few minutes, I was back on the network. The team was awesome and very professional. They thanked me for my military service which I also really appreciated. Thank you, Emily, Angel, Stephanie, Meme, and Kaisha. YOU ALL ROCK!!! Thanks again for your help!

They have a scam where they promise to pay off phones purchased from your former carrier. The app doesnt let you upload your documents though. The documents I managed to upload at the store were received and then later lost. Out of the $850ish dollars I owed my previous carrier only $157 was going to be paid. After seven hours on the service line I was told to vist the store that sold me my service. The next day, at the store that sold me my service, I was told by the manager that they didnt have to help me if they didnt want too. Fair enough, but after I promised to complain loudly about her decision, this Hinesville, GA manager decided she wasnt afraid to submarine me anyway. She was lucky the store had no other customers at the time because it sounded REALLY stupid and juvenile, and completely un-businesslike of a decision. It was as though she actively wanted me to get ripped off! Im even more suprised she didnt allow any other employee to help me either. She did say she would give me her district managers name - and then she wrote the name Jose on a piece of paper and handed it to me. Did I mention that this all happened in Hinesville, Georgia on 22 July, 2019? I cant remember.
Dishonest and unknowledgeable employee. Sales rep # ****038 will tell you anything to get another sale statistic. Shame because aside from this experience, TMobile has always been great to me.

The customer service reps were very nice and polite, however, they either do not know or do not disclose all vital information on their promotions and policies. I switched over from Verizon and was told I would have my phones from Verizon paid off in full with a virtual card and I could take advantage of a buy one get one iPhone 8 deal. Obviously hearing that I immediately traded in my devices from Verizon for 2 brand new iPhones. Come to find out, you can only take advantage of one promotion, so now my bill is significantly higher than I had hoped for after switching. Verizon may have been more expensive but at least I didn’t have to deal with spotty coverage and poor knowledge from customer service reps. I have been back to the store in person 4 times now and called several other times and still no resolve for my issue. The day I switched, my wife and I were in the store for over 4 hours just getting our new lines and phones set up. I have had more time and money wasted here than I could have ever imagined and I feel like I have been trapped into Tmobile now and can’t get out because I owe so much money on these phones and can’t get my old ones back. If you do go here, just know that the information given to you in store may not be correct. Call a service rep on the phone and check for accuracy. I know a lot of people have good dealings with Tmobile, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Hopefully I can get my issues resolved soon and if I do, I will update this review.

This store clearly does not care for military families. I walked in there asking for help since my husband is in the field and I cannot reach him because he never has service. An employee ( black male) who was obviously high thought it would be appropriate to laugh in my face about my situation. A single mom with a 2 year old in the middle of nowhere who cannot reach her husband with a service she clearly pays for yet does not receive all the way is not funny to me. Manager saw it as a hassle to come talk to me. I refuse to ever go back, in fact, I am leaving this service over all. A two year loyal customer shouldnt receive this type of service. No one should. Especially when we sacrifice so much for dumb kids like the employee to be free and smoke his head off!

Worst experience with a young lady who claimed to be the store manager. Her name was Nakiata or something like that I believe. Nothing but attitude and disrespect. Do not go here. Worse store ever.

Please be very careful or avoid if financially possible going to the T-mobile store in Hinesville next to Starbucks and jersey mikes.The sales representative put free tablets we were supposed to receive on my account for buying new iPhones and kept one of the tablets for himself. I found this out because i was only allowed the free tablet if I pulled our current tablet line off. When I called in and the rep asked me which of the three I needed to cancel. We found not only did he add himself a tablet but the free speakers we were also supposed to receive were actually put on our account to be paid off monthly. He also said that with our new iPhones was a promo that a screen shield and case would be $37 but was also put on our account at full price of $95 to be paid off monthly. He told us out of pocket the iPhones would be about $40 and the $37 dollars so he made our taxes for all the items come out to roughly $160 so I trusted what he did with our account and just signed( I was distracted by keeping my toddlers entertained during this 2 hr process). Now there’s a fraud investigation because our paperwork doesn’t have anything about tablets on them and he left some items off in order to kept our out of store total at $160.I wanted to share this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. He also mentioned he has 5 of those speakers to create surround sound in his house so it safe to assume we aren’t the only family that got taken advantage of. He also didn’t offer my speaker when we decided to go with two iphones, I had to ask and he seemed annoyed that I asked for my free item.Please if you have to go with T-Mobile make sure you ask for proof of promotion and see a complete breakdown of your paperwork before you sign them.
The coverage is not great. I have had dropped phone calls with no good reason. The customer is is friendly to gain customers. Not having no kind of internet service on highway 144 or 119 is ridiculous. I would rather pay the high price at Verizon knowing I have service anywhere I drive and not have to worry about be strand on the road with no phone service or internet. I reget leaving Verizon for this sad excuse of service that t mobile claims they provide. I encouraged anyone who has t mobile ensure that you have good service where every your at. Made several trips to the store and they ensure that the problems I address were being worked on. Regardless of what t mobile says Verizon has way better service thats why I am leaving.

I am sharing to say THANK YOU to the T-Mobile staff in Hinesville! I came in last Monday frustrated because I couldnt understand the technology on my new S8 (my previous phone was a BlackBerry keyone). T-Mobile had Lobby full of customers but, Antwon and team still dedicated more than 30 minutes to explain and most importantly show me how to work the phone.I feel comfortable using my device, I understand the great perks included in my plan for FREE and I will keep the phone. My sincerest thank you to you all. GREAT JOB!-- For the record a phone call would not have gotten the results I received by going into the store--
