Today I went into Verizon because I had NO storage. I came in and Mrs. Kay greeted me and simply explained there isn’t a way to get more storage but instead she got me the best possible deal with a new phone. She also helped me transfer everything onto my new phone and set everything up so I wouldn’t have too. This was an amazing experience for me and she said everything in a calm and understanding. Also she told me how to ship my old phone and I really feel like I got the best deal possible. Thank you so much Mrs. Kay for this amazing experience!

This location always have plenty of associates to assist when you walk through the door. My only concern is, I noticed during my last visit, ALL of the staff were maskless. The young man who served us went into a cough fit and I wanted to run out but my baby was so excited about her new phone, we stuck it out. I really think the staff should wear mask, it shows support of protecting the health of Verizons dedicated patrons. Lastly, I love that it no longer takes ALL day when you visit the store; during my last few visits I was in/out in very reasonable times. B- due to not recognizing the importance of mask wearing.

Ed was amazing! I came in for the new iPhone for my mother. Upon walking in, he greeted me and took me right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My mom is in another state so he was able to set everything up and activate the phone as well as shipping it. He got me an awesome promotion and lowered my bill by $40 a month. I will be bringing all of my friend’s to him and will be using him for all future upgrades. Great job 😃

He helped me review my options, and we chose a new phone and plan that were best for me. I have always had phenomenal experiences here at the Hinesville location. I feel that its not just about making money but what works best for the individual. I even saved money thanks to Ed.

Ed Vista, helped my family with multiple line and got us the best deals for our new phone lines. Couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend him to anyway that wants things to be straightforward. The store is clean well organized and product availability is good as well.

We were treated amazing at this store by mister ed. We had old phones that was losing charge really fast. Oir son came with us to help us uograde and ed was able to break everything down for us super simple. Brianna was the tops she is above and beyond thank you very much. she helped me troubleshoot my phone and get my warranty figured out. I nominate her for employee of the year and if I could get her a raise Id do that too. the atmosphere of the store was very comfortable and welcoming.

The retailer convinced me on not switching to AT&T and also helped me out with switching phones. He also made the process very easy and made everything very clear and understandable. He also helped out with discounts and took me towards the correct path for phone plans as well.

I went into the Verizon store in Hinesville GA. Allana came up to me asking how she may assist me. I explained that I am visiting from out of town & that I lost my WiFi internet connection and before I could explain, she began to work the issue. She told me that my network needed to be reset and went to work on it. I wish the employees in Tampa, FL were like Allana. Thank you Allana for taking the time to work my issue.

7/23/2021: Exceptional Customer Service from Jake (aka Jacob)! 😀A couple of hours ago my IPhone 11 started acting up and I was so concerned, I immediately went to ask for help from my service provider, Cellular Sales in Hinesville, GA. I walked in and was immediately and warmly greeted by Jacob S., (aka Jake.. a nickname), a Sales Rep.I was visibly concerned and Jake/aka Jacob invited me to sit down at his work station so he could hear all my concerns. He really listened and I felt heard. I felt calmer …like this significant problem was still solvable, in a reasonable timeframe and at no cost. And that’s what Jake/aka Jacob delivered… a solution that worked well and I left a huge sense of relief.He kept me informed of what actions he was about to do on my phone so that any questions I had could be addressed before he did something on my phone. He helped me understand my iPhone even more than I do already… nice! He even suggested a way to reduce my bill by $25/month!Jake/aka Jacob demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and a great attitude.
