I recently purchased a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and I had questions about transferring data from my old phone. The AT&T Associate assisted me in the transfer of the data and helped to finish the setup of my new iPhone. She also was helpful in suggesting charging accessories that I would need as well. I love one sales representative in particular, he knows his stuff and always willing to go the extra length to help his customers and even his peers. Florian is a wonderful asset to AT&T, knew the guy since he worked at Alltel. He is committed to what he does and has a very charismatic attitude and very courteous. There are other great reps as well, they are like one big family in there. Other AT&T stores can learn from this store.

I recently converted from Iphone to Samsung which was a huge transition for me. With the help of Representative Flo Schubert it was a smooth transition. The representative Flo at Store 552 really took the time to explain to me the difference between Iphone and Samsung. I highly recommend him for service because Flo has natural patience and makes the process easy and delightful. I personally will only see Flo for any future needs that I might have because I know that I can count on him for exceptional customer service.

The store is great, most of the employees work together and they help each other like family. They may not have all the answer but they sure dam will try their best to help, patience is key. I know electronics can be aggreviating at times. It’s man made what do you expect, nothing is perfect. They have a few new people in the store, they got the best help from their counterparts. If their is other issues you have to go in with a professional attitude, it can make situations much easier to deal with, believe me they will understand your frustration, if the rep doesn’t have all the answers they have other resources they can use, just got to be patient with them. Had several various situations they were always a help, been an AT&T customer for a very long time. Staff does change in their a lot but they have good trainers. Just be patient and go in with a professional attitude and makes things go much smoother.

I am a woman in her 60s and all this the stuff is crazy for me. But, I have been with at&t for well over 12yrs and have never had a bad problem. But I needed a new phone, and the woman who helped me & she knows who she is was awesome, she helped me in every way, and was so patient with me. The store was very clean all wore masks & cleaned table & chairs before bringing you to the table. I want to thank her so so very much for everything and I will be coming in for my back & front covers. Again thank you ✌

Ontia was excellent. Helped me purchase a phone just right for my Dad and set me up on a better plan for less money.Thank Ontia!02/06/2021Yep, 1st impressions are everything. But unfortunately Im in a pickle now and still trying to find a plan that FITS my needs.It turns out that the plan was actually higher than my old plan so I returned to this location the next day to have my plan switched back to the old one. Ontia helped me again and stated that because he scheduled the new plan to actually activate on Jan 14th, he was able to switch back to the old one. Well guess what, I STILL HAVE THIS HIGHER UNLIMITED PLAN! AND MY ONLY OPTIONS ARE TO KEEP IT OR SWITCH TO A HIGHER PLAN. LIKE REALLY AT&T. SURELY YOU GUYS CAN FIND A PLAN THAT TRULY FITS MY NEEDS INSTEAD OF HAVING ME PAY FOR A HIGHER PLAN THAT I DONT NEED!.

I went to the store because after I upgraded my iPad online I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. At the store The rep scanned my drivers license, conferred, by phone, with security personnel and setup my order. This process took about two hours.The next day I got an email saying that I had cancelled my order. THAT IS NOT TRUE! I DID NOT cancel my order! I don’t know who didIt was not me. This seems very wrong and I am very frustrated.When trying to call I just get cycles of Machine messages, but no human person. I do not have time today to make a trip back to that store.What a terrible way for a company to treat a loyal customer of many years.

Bad customer service. So i went there Friday June 6 to upgrade my phone and when i got there they said to wait in my car they will come and get me. So i did. There were 3 customers inside, which i understand they only allowed few. So i was the next customer in line and i was the only one there. A car pulled up next to me and 2 young females got out and walked straight inside. So here i am thinking oh theyll probably tell them to wait outside and that there is a customer that came before them. So i waited for like few minutes, and then i walked up to the door and these females just strolling around in the store while i waited in my car. So i just left and went to the other store at West General Screven Way. Also that lady that works there she doesnt even smile, shes always frowning like shes not happy to see the customers.

Waited to be help once my turn I battle explained my issues before told to call #611 he cant fix it (after he helped a previous cx w/ there tech problems) it was almost closing time so he probably didnt want to do anymore work, but at been helping in store for years I left and called. 1 Β½ on the phone and my problems only got WORSE all they did was the basics of restarting and transferring me to still not fix anything. I pay for the service for someone to tap in to my phone yo debug and they kept saying theyre doing the best. Obviously not if my problems progressed!!! I got the phone in August I should NOT be having all these problems Ive had att since it was cingular but 2020has changed ALOT of things to say the least! Still no update or resolution for my phone!!!!

There were two ladies working at the time. I came in about 640 pm on Tuesday February 25th. One of the ladies seemed as if she was working with family and setting up multiple phones and did not greet me once. The other lady was helping one lady and after 15 minutes came by and asked if I needed to just pay my bill and I said no I just needed a new sim card and went back to the other lady. I waited over an hour for something that took 10 minutes I actually think they were hoping I left cause they paid me no attention but I needed my phone number back. Customer service definitely lacking in this store.

I would now like to add how downhill this place has gone. Every time I’ve gone in there, they only have one person that has good customer service. The gentleman I dealt with this morning was super helpful despite not having too much knowledge about what I was getting. He turned to his supervisor (I assume since she’s been there for a while) for some answers or as to say β€œwhile I go do this she can give you more information.” Not even acknowledgment from her. She was closest to the door when I came in, yet the last one to say anything to me. Thankfully the guy that helped me, I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name sir, was charismatic, personable, funny, and overall a great person. Again thank you to that employee, you were a great help!

We went to see if it would be a better deal to get instead of our Verizon phone. We dealt with Mike and he was awesome, he took the time, he wrote everything down for us, very friendly and very knowledgeable. In the end it wasnt a better deal it was a little bit more than our Verizon bill but we may still changeover.

It’s a small store with helpful employees. They answered all my questions and I ended up getting the iPhone X. My problem is not with the store but with AT&T itself. They have provide good service but the price is very high. People like me will end up with T-Mobile if the prices stay like that and with their unnecessary and surprise surcharges

Didnt like my experience and hopefully I wont have to go back. Because they didnt know what they were doing, even after being provided with step by step instructions, I have to drive 2 hours from my home to not only get my request taken care of but also for great customer service. I feel like my situation was just too complicated for them to figure it out.No worries because the guys at the River City location are excellent and extremely entertaining. If I worked for AT&T Id want to work with them. Theyre very knowledgeable and they take care of business. 10 stars for River City in Jacksonville.

Where is the 0 star button? Worst customer service I have ever had at an AT&T store. The lady was beyond rude and was no help. She was also too busy saying she was scared of lightening to pay attention to us and answer our questions. Would honestly rather drive an hour to go to a different AT&T store than to go back here. Highly recommend you to go to any AT&T store other than this one.

I don’t understand how this place has bad reviews. The staff is inviting and friendly. Specific shoutout to Ms. Artavia. She was extremely helpful and really friendly. She stayed late just to help us get a great deal and even helped us set up our phones. I ended up leaving with nicer phones and a better monthly price than I had at T-Mobile. She really made my week. If you had a problem at this store it might not be the staff who has issues, might be yourself.

AT&T has lost my interest more and more by the day, as my warranty for my device arrived in the mail to me like this photo below. 411 told me I would be updated as my new phone was on its way, and it arrived to me in the form as you see in the picture form below. Customer Service has been a huge joke with the services I been provided, as my gasoline in my car was burn out without any true satisfaction done on my part. If I could have selected half a star thats the rating AT&T would have received, as no customer service was given on my part whatsoever.
