First of all, Im an over the road truck driver. I was delivering a load at Blaine industrial supply close by. I decided to walk over and get a coffee. My hopes were down when I saw that it was only drive thru, but I decided to knock on their back door anyways. I was greeted with a smile and after I explained my non drive-thruable truck situation, they were extremely happy to take my order at the back door. I got an iced vanilla latte, and a watermelon mint lemonade. Absolutely delicious. The prices were great and Im so happy they accommodated to me. Its hard finding great quality food while having a career as a trucker. These people went above and beyond to serve.

Well aside from long lines drinks are definitely satisfying from here however you have to make sure to ask for light ice if not youll end up with a drink thats mostly ice, workers tend to be friendly however sometimes you can find yourself at the end of really rude service

Awful service charged 9$ for 2 drinks during happy hour dishonest people drinks taste like plastic and perfume would not recommend

The Starbucks closed temporarily & the one in the store is always busy so I decided to try something new and was not disappointed!!! Not sure how anyone has gotten bad service from what I’ve read but the girl who served me was sweet. I got a caramel iced latte and it’s honestly Starbucks quality. Might even go here instead of starbs from now on!!!!

I have been going to the coffeehouse for years that used to be my favorite place never complained about the service up until now for the past week Ive had nothing but terrible service what is what is the point in calling in a order but they dont want to make it till you are in there parking lot thin I call inside to ask a simple yes or no question and I have been on the phone for 20 minutes

The coffee house is close to my work so I go a couple times a month in the morning. I’ve waited in line anywhere from 15-30 minutes every time I’ve gone. The drinks are ok but not any better than any other coffee place in town, I can go to Starbucks or underground’s and be in and out in less than 10 minutes and pay about the same amount. The service is not good, the employees are rude and act inconvenienced to help you. Unfortunately it’s not worth your time or money to go there you can go to Starbucks or underground’s and get much better service, products and prices.

They have great coffee drinks and lemonade! Ive wanted to try their red bull drinks but havent yet. They typically have quick service and two drive through windows.

Drinks are the best. Cheap and worth a wait in line. Always get a sweet tea on a daily basis. Young girls working there are always so friendly. And the best part...their mocha frappes are the best in town. Not stingy with their products like other frappe places in town. Beats StarBucks anyday!!!Way to go Coffee House

Today was my first time trying it out after all the hype, well it was so disappointing. Horrible customer service the females working were more attentive to the men customers. She was in a hurry she gave us the wrong drink. Lemonade when we asked for coconut lemonade. Drove 2 hrs for bad service and ok lemonade.

Great selection of drinks, water, coffee, teas. They are always coming up with new drinks to try. Love the cucumber mint water!

When I went I got a strawberry lemonade with my friend, when we got them they had oranges and blueberries and other fruits in it. I just wanted strawberry, when I sent it back immediately we noticed my friend had a orange sticker inside his drink( making me assume they didnt even wash the orange prior to cutting it!) So we sent it back and they remade both, mine however was packed to the top with ice! I didnt open it until I got back to work to measure how much liquid I actually paid for, measure out to be 1 1/4 cup of limonade! $5-6 for that? I feel ripped off so bad by this! And they didnt even have a friendly experience, the girls where rude and snagged the drinks from my friends hands! It was a completely unexceptionable experience! Im unsure if I will go back!

The fruit water here is a great afternoon snack! Im a regular cappuccino coffee house customer now.

Their product is decent, the only problem is the space available.The lines move very slow and if you are in a rush I would recommend going elsewhere. There is no sitting available, its drive thru only
