First time trying this place and the man at the window was extremely sweet, incredible customer service!! Great drinks & friendly/helpful staff I will definitely be back ☺️

Horrible service. They employ 15 years old and they dont get the orders right and the customers get blamed for it! I wouldnt mind for paying for what i asked for but after charging me and them asking me to pay for something they forgot to charge is not right $0.95 or $10.00 its not right! Plus previously i had talked to the manager when i paid for 2 drinks and the popping pearls were bad. They didnt even apologized they just said pearls were good, basically told me too bad!

Best place to get a soda, energy drink, tea or coffee in town. Even better than the other location because these girls ask multiple times to ensure you get exactly what youre asking for. Endless flavor options and amazing brownies. Theyve got scones, cookies, marshmallow treats, bagels, muffins and a few other breakfast options so its a good variety to choose from. This location is always faster than the other.

My chia pumpkin ice latte tasted like milk with pumpkin flavoring.... ill stick to my sweet tea

I have always liked going to Undergrounds. Great coffee and drinks. Today was no exception. The only drawback is how long the lines can be. But thats a good sign of the quality of the business. I will be back for more

Underground is a fantastic place to get your special coffee fix. They have breakfast and lunch items as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Its always busy, their drive thru is always full. When you see something like that its a good sign. They have tasty Teas and even more awesome coffee, hot and cold. They have the best tasting drinks in the area!

Quick and Easy. The girls there even remember my order and have it ready asap. You get a punch card and every 10 coffees or teas you get a free one! The little drive through on Dal Paso is awesome

The only drawback here is the crazy small location on a corner, where its hard to get in and out of during happy hour.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lemonade is always delicious and their tea is always clear and tasty.

Love this place.... but for some reason they have lost a sense of urgency... my husband and myself on several separate occasions have waited 20 sometime 40 min for coffee... that is only 2 cups! Be prepared to waste an entire lunch break waiting

Im addicted to getting something to drink from this place everything i try is amazing and great prices. The drive thru here on dal paso is just garbage though when backed up your literally having to put hazards on sitting off to side of a very busy road. 100 percent recommend this place on dal paso if there is not a line dragged out into traffic even when exiting from inside lane sometimes you cant even pull out due to cars trying to come in.

Im changing my rating.. every time I go to the drive up on Del Paso. Im never disappointed. Girls are great friendly and ALWAYS make my coffee how I ask for it. They introduced me to new drinks and showed me new flavors and they are all the way awesome. I love this place.. BUT the past four or five times I have gone to the other store on Grimes, my coffee was made wrong. And when I told them it was wrong they made rude smerks at me. I can say not all of the girls there are rude. Some were very nice and took my order correctly. But that doesnt really impress me when my coffee still comes out wrong. Sticking to the one on DelPaso from hereon out. I hope these new girls are as good as the ones there now. :) Thanks undergrounds!

This place is awful.Their coffee is bad and they wont tell you whats in the drinks. And the workers are so rude about cant tell you whats in it.Smoothie King and Starbucks tell me what they serve me in their drinks, and they will get my business.
