Love this little store, very nice people . Good Non alcoholic drinks. Inside is really comfortable to stay in and relax. I always drink coconut Dr Pepper with real cherries and they always put alot of cherries in my drink. I appreciate that and I will keep going back.

I went during happy hour. I rarely go because of the long line but surprisingly the line moved pretty fast. They had someone outside taking orders so maybe thats why the long moved fast. I got my usual and it was yummy as always! Will be back soon!

Slowest drive thru in history i thought a drive thru was ment to be like faster or something saw 6 people walk in and out and wrote this review waiting in the line that is litterally only 3 cars long been here for 31mins and counting

Horrible customer service. They dont care for their customers and treat you like trash. My family spent their hard earned money to get me a gift certificate to this place and after they shut down in my area, they wouldnt do anything to reimburse me. They said Just come down to our New Mexico location. Okay let me just drive for 3+ hours to go get a cup of coffee.... no way. Try changing your customer service and appreciate your valued customers.

Long line kinda overrated but nice experience

Visited today and ordered 2 cold brews that both tasted absolutely horrible. One was their supposedly theyre version of a nitro brew and tasted like old coffee and was just really up their house blend iced is what the girl said. And the other was a latte that tattered like it was made with old milk. Wont be back.

Went here about lunch time on Tuesday. It was awful to see that employees were visibly making drinks without proper mask wearing (hanging off their ears) or not wearing their masks at all!!They also don’t tell you what in their drinks!!! Am I supposed to tell you my allergies?? Medical history is classified, not your drink combos!!!They do not care for their customers’ safety at all!!! If you don’t care about your customers, don’t be a business!!! Wear a mask!!!Go to Starbucks near Wal-Mart!!! Their coffee is so much better!! ❤️

This place is awful.Their coffee is bad and they wont tell you whats in the drinks. And the workers are so rude about cant tell you whats in it.Smoothie King and Starbucks tell me what they serve me in their drinks, and they will get my business.

Drinks are served in styrofoam cups. While this place wasnt bad, it wasnt very good either...at least when it comes to lattes. Mine had very little flavor, tasted mostly like milk. I probably would never come back until they improve the quality of their espresso-based drinks. The pastries looked really good and they seem to be very popular with soda-type drinks with lots of options.

Bought a caramel macchiato with 1 shot of espresso but the coffee had to be at least a couple days old and this is the second time this has happened since last week cmon underground’s get with it

Underground Coffee Company is on step above the rest! Best service, clean and comfortable environment, best drinks and food in the business. They also have sugar free and work with you more than competitors for health conditions involving their products. Thats seriously helpful service not found to this degree in most places. Thank you!

I always have a great experience. It is great at both locations. Today (2-4-18) we did have a longer wait than usual but it was happy hour and only one store was open. This doesnt happen very often. Love these two stores.

Great place, always clean. I would give them five stars but they tend to have a little trouble keeping track of the orders and with consistency in the coffee. Overall, they are a great place to stop and relax though. Their redbull mixes are extremely popular.

A fun and inviting local coffee joint with lots of elbow room and comfortable couches to plop down on (or tables if you prefer). Our service was quick and the staff was friendly. This will definitely be a new favorite. I cant wait to try some of their food items.

The variety of coffee drinks and flavored Red Bull’s for that afternoon slump is awesome! I tried a lemon danish yesterday for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing! I always go inside for service and I’ve never had a long wait.

Love the variety redbull drinks but its a bit pricey, ask for extra ice (maybe on the side) because as soon as you get your drink, the ice is melted. Otherwise everything about this place is great. The breakfast ham/cheese sandwich is amazing!! 😊

The drinks are great. But they dont always serve you in the same order your order was taken. Took 40 minutes for a diet coke and a red bull drink.

Love the weekly tea specials. They are good. I loved the brownies with the pecans on them. They were fresh moist, nice and warm.

Dirty floors flies, knats. I couldnt get a clean place or get away from bugs. I was shocked how busy it was. Yes, shocked! I think Hobbs people are craving decent places to go and visit friends to the point of being in such a terrible condition to do so.I dont take, not even a sip of my coffee before I left. Couldnt get out fast enough.Really hope things are better. I went by there the other day, I was walking, but I couldnt even walk in to take a break.

Decided to stop by for a smoothie after seeing so many raving posts on IG. Ordered a Passionfruit smoothie and a Strawberry Banana smoothie; The passionfruit smoothie actually was the color white... and the sb smoothie I watched the girl make -- literally nothing but ice, lots of strawberry syrup and a scoop of powder. Theres no real fruit in these smoothies and they were pretty gross. Sipped mine twice and threw it away on my way out of this coffee shop.There was a long line of customers in the drive thru - so either theres a popular drink UG serves or the customers just dont know theres wayyyyyy better drinks out there.

They cant make a good strong coffee or latte, best get something flavored to cover up the cheap brew. Also call ahead and order when you get in drive thru line because they are so.freaking.slow. Theyve got 6 people behind the counter but cannot coordinate to get people rolling. Food is good, but dont let them tell you to park because theyll forget to bring it out to the car or make it at all.

Super delicious coffees, teas, smoothies and almost every other drink under the sun. Hundreds of flavors (the Salted Caramel coffee is fantastic!) and great service make this the go to coffee shop in Hobbs!

I was only in town for a few days, but I went here every day! I tried a ton of stuff and everything was excellent! I thought my local coffee shop was great, but Undergrounds is perfection!

Great place! My friends and I were chasing storms in the area a few days ago, and spent a couple nights in Hobbs. Found Undergrounds on our first morning. Good coffee, nice atmosphere, and great pastries! Friendly staff. We returned the next morning before heading out of town. Next time I pass through/stay in Hobbs, this will be my morning coffee stop.Note: Google Maps has this located on the east side of N. Grimes, it is actually directly across the street (on the west side of N. Grimes).

I see all these reviews with one and two stars and i think to myself, What Undergrounds did they go to? Every time my partner and I go to Undergrounds, we always have awesome service and excellent drinks. True the lines can be a bit long but it shows how many people go there for their drinks. As for these people complaining about the price, I can get two drinks at UG for the price of one at Starbucks or Crave the Cup. I love this place and will continue to buy all my coffee and tea from them.

Literally the worst cafe latte Ive ever tasted. I picked it and threw it in the trash. Im not kidding. They may make some nice flavored teas, I dont know but there they didnt even have an espresso shot in the latte. This is my first one star ever! Never going there

Busy drive thru. Somewhat congested. Ample cozy areas to relax, work, or communicate. Very productive group of baristas. Helpful and pleasant even while busy. I received 2 orders very quickly. Excellent selection of pastries on display. Great assortment of coffee with simple menu. Nice restrooms. Great place 👍

The Dal Paso store is always consistent and clean. They employees are nice, however they get so busy that theyre overwhelmed. The store is a small corner drive thru only and they often back up traffic on the side street, waiting. The prices are great.

Nice atmosphere inside, decent menu even though I think they could do more and include breakfast and lunch. The staff is polite but they should be more energetic and interact more with the customers making them feel more welcomed in.
