I went to get a coffee today through the drive through and the staff was incredibly sweet and fast. Back home the Starbucks staff was always bland and kind of rude, the people here are so nice they made my morning! & my coffee tastes perfect!!

Good service, just sucks that Covid is making supplies scarce.

The staff is friendly. That’s the only reason for the extra star. They make their own hours and change them whenever it suits them. Currently opens at 7AM (MST). For all of the oilfield personnel that runs on CST that’s 8AM. In a town full of oilfield service companies usually required to be on location an hour away, you would think they would follow the Starbucks standard. No sense of urgency. Expect to wait 20-30 mins if you’re going. Also currently closed on Sat and Sun. but you don’t know their hours until you pull up to see the paper taped to the menu because the lights are always on.

Normally I dont do reviews but it was a slow day very quiet inside. The lady asked for clarification on my order multiple times and I still didnt get the right order.

If you are looking for the Starbucks standard look elsewhere! Thos store is never open when you pass through! They may say 7am-4pm (which are crazy hours, coffee shops and donut shops need early hours for people who work) but pass through at 7am or 3:50pm and they are closed! Drinks are not made to standard and service is slow. This cant be a corporate store, not consistent with standard hours or service for a Starbucks.

Great place to study great service. I come here pretty often and never had a unpleasant experience. Keep it up guys.

All lights were on and no one was there. Had a whole line of cars! There was no sign ANYWHERE saying they were closed. This is actually the SECOND time this has happened with this store. It seems like they just spontaneously decide to close without letting anyone know. Sometimes they are open on Saturday and sometimes they just dont feel like it I guess

Very busy. But they get the order right. Line went quick enough. Worth waiting for good coffee.

Long waiting time for drive-thru.Got partial order wrong

I went in just now and there was like 5 people who came in after me. They all got their drinks first. I was waiting trying to be patient. I watched a drink that looked like mine (Brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso) sitting on the counter for about 25 minutes. I had a feeling it was my drink but I wasn’t sure and I was trying to be patient. Finally, almost 30 minutes of waiting and standing, they ask me what I’m waiting for. I tell them. They bring me the drink that has been sitting there forever. I asked for a fresh one because that one was watered down. She dumped it with an attitude but was nice when she said bye. I guess pay more attention to your customers and who has been waiting forever because their was hardly anyone in there.

I had a skinny cinnamon dolce latte and breakfast sandwich. They were good.

I go to this Starbucks often and theyre all so friendly. Its wonderful to receive great customer service! Compared to one of the local coffee shops with bratty teenagers. Aspen at this location is awesome! Kudos Starbucks for hiring someone with great customer service skills. 👍🏼🤓

So Sad. You lost quite a bit of money tonight. Im sure Undergrounds appreciated it. I was at the JH location at 6:20pm. All lights on, outside music playing but Noone in the building. Several people ahead and behind. So sad

Closed for who knows why!? Went yesterday and seemed like there was no one working sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before I decided to leave than came back today and drive thru plus dine in was closed.

Only problem is too many flies! Feels like you are outside!

Order is always correct but no matter how long after my online order is complete, it isnt ever ready for pickup

Okay for a Starbucks location, kinda slow. I was shocked about all of the flies in the shop as shown in the picture. The staff said it had been like that all week. Gross. Probably should have cancelled my order.

Everyone in Hobbs was friendly. My drink was perfect. My only concern was the womans toilet seat was completely broke off.

WTH?!? these guys had their lights on, drive thru on and nobody was there and no signs. I think they are closed.

I cant believe how friendly these folks were when all I wanted was water and directions. It was 113° F and I had my 4 year old grandson with me. The staff was so awesome! I dont frequent Starbucks often because theyre pricey. But the confections on display were so tempting, i had to indulge my grandson. Yummy stuff! Great coffee.

I came to get the buy one get one free deal but there was some kind of issue with my Starbucks membership card. I was really upset and didnt understand why I wasnt getting what the notification on my phone said I would get but the store manager Sergio went above and beyond his job and provided me with a 30% discount which was good enough for me and I left the store satisfied. Thanks Sergio!

The store was changing hours while we were here. And was closed very early. When it was open, service was slow. Staff was friendly.

The crew at Starbucks made the best caramel macchiato I’ve ever had from any Starbucks (with extra caramel). The staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Thank you again for your help making my day great.

Great friendly service. The place was super clean and had a good variety of mugs which I love to shop for. My coffee was ready before I sat down.

That new manager they have is FINE as RED WINE!!! I dont even DRINK coffee ... but Im going there EVERYday ... I mean EVERY DAY!!!Oh ... the non-coffee drinks are good too ... the lemonade is REALLY GOOD!

6 times out of ten I have to go back to get my order corrected or a refund. If I order through the mobile app they surprise me when I get to the store with were out of this. Found a hair in my drink once and got a whole refund. Needs better management.

Whoever designed this Starbucks had no clue what they were doing! If there is a line to the drive through, forget about trying to back out of your spot.

Nice customer service. Helpful, and did not rush us like other locations. They were out of a lot of ingredients for drinks at the time.

I placed a mobile pick up. Said it would take 8-12 minutes however ended up being ready 20 minutes later. Im traveling so took a sip awhile after I left this location and my fr app tasted very very bland. Like milk..ice and whipping cream. Never again stopping here.

Starbucks always had excellent drinks. Im wishing the friendliness matched. They arent unfriendly, but dont they dont connect much on a personal level.

This starbucks is ALWAYS out of something... I would understand once, twice bad luck, but 3 times in a row already!!! Dont even bother order through the app because its not accurate... You will be waiting for something that they dont have and wont even bother to tell u...

Parking lot location is a little configured wrong, considering everyone uses the drive thru. Friendly staff and pretty quick, wish we could get this kinda service from our California Starbucks.

This used to be a 1 star review but this Starbucks has gotten so much better & the staff is great.

Walked in each morning and ordered. They would take my order and then serve drive through customers first instead of first come first serve. This was every morning.

Love this place. I have the app, so I get good deals and even free stuff. The app works at the Joe Harvey location or Albertsons.

Alright, its about time I change my review. When I first moved here this Starbucks needed some work and I was harsh on my review, but throughout time theyve improved. Theyve hired friendlier and kinder staff, there is faster service, better atmosphere, and no more dramatic changes to temperature. Honestly the best place to be in Hobbs.

Visited this location 2 days in a row. Both times the fraps were almost as runny as pure water. I might expect this from some “budget” coffee shop but at $5/drink, I expect better.

Just left the Starbucks here in Hobbs and the manager was extremely helpful. I was having problems with a gift card and she took matters into her own hands and called the card for me and was very professional about the whole ordeal.

Went threw the drive threw 30 min ahead of time so I wont be late to work. I just wanted a Green Tea and when I got the window about 25 min later the girl was just on her phone and did not bother to help me!! now I know why the wait was so long! To top it off I was late to work.

This Starbucks is probably the best Starbucks around don’t care what people say, this store has always worked hard all the workers there from managers to regular baristas. What some people that write bad reviews don’t realize is the business that they have to work for, IT’S STARBUCKS!!! And the only one with a drivethru, everyone that goes to Starbucks love there drink and if they don’t make it right they still make it again to ensure customer satisfaction even if they have 20 drinks to make, another thing people order 7 drinks alone they can only make 2 drinks at a time with to people on bar it’s 4 imagine if you were slammed with drinks with making them, i would say it’s pretty hard, also that dude with PURPLE hair is probably one of the BEST baristas they have, I wanna see people apply at this store they are hiring so if you think you could run this store better by all means apply I’m sure you wouldn’t last 4 months. Every time I go in there it’s always great, even at night! People say it’s always noise while people are studying, let me go back to what I said before “IT’S STARBUCKS” people always are in there, I never see any random people go to the back but workers, Starbucks is a public place for EVERYONE to go to. If you have a problem with the noise by all means leave, there’s always your home to study. People go there to hangout and have fun, not to just study I understand people have things to do, bring headphones that’s why people invented AirPods,Beats,or just simple earphones, Starbucks is not just for you to study if that’s the case then why go to a food place and eat?? Go write a bad review for another Starbucks but this Starbucks is the only place around. Travel to Carlsbad if you don’t like this Starbucks. These guys are the best and always be the best group of workers around, I will always be a customer to them!! DON’T HATE!!

Starbucks is hard to beat !!

Some plug outlets are a safety hazard because they are not secured in the ground with wires showing which emit sparks when plugging and unplugging into them. Also, though the customer service was nice the inside of the shop turns a small space into a smaller space with boxes everywhere. The inside was a disorganized mess which made finding the restroom difficult. Hopefully everything is cleaned up and fixed in the near future.

I was reminded this morning of why I never go to the Starbucks here in Hobbs, I only came because I have a gift card downloaded into my Starbucks app but I’ll save the rest of that for when I’m traveling elsewhere. I placed my order on the app so I could just walk in and get it but of course when Igot there it wasn’t ready and they told me that they wouldn’t have what I ordered until after nine, mind you I placed my order at 7:45, so I asked for something else which was about half the cost of my original order and I didn’t even get refunded the difference. It’s so frustrating the lack of customer service here. Not to mention that if something is out of stock they should have that on the app so it isn’t ordered. I’ll keep giving underground’s or coffee house my business here.

Order was wrong this time and people were all new again

I decided to edit my review. Left for a vacation came back and one of my favorite baristas Ally was gone. Tristan is there shes the friendly face at drive through in the mornings (looks like they finally fired that rude steffany girl). Amd still claudia and corina (if you have a problem theyll get it fixed) lots of my favorite/best workers have gone away. Managment here is terrible. At night there people going back behind the counter who arent even wearing the Starbucks apron. Looks like just friends are hopping back there to hangout. No wonder nothing is getting done. Completely unprofessional to fond out that when the workers are off theyre yelling across the lobby and jumping on each other. Starbucks used to be a good study place very welcoming. This crew is the worst Ive seen Starbucks have. They have a Male employee who grosses me out everytime he gets my drink. Sweaty and saggy pants and I had even found a hair that Im sure was his because it was PURPLE. Looks like theyve given up. Ill save my Starbucks for the Albertsons one

Standard Starbucks service delivered in an Antarctic environment. The temperature in the store is controlled remotely, but the staff do have about 5 degrees of leeway, which they had denied. The employees had questioned why I was wearing shorts.. I dont know, it is August in the Northern Hemisphere, indicating summer time, and we are in the Mid Southern part of the US, ...maybe thats why.

Using the drive thru makes rating a challenge but I enjoyed the Teavana Mango Dragonberry Refresher.

My Lite Moca Frapp with protien powder was made perfectly and timely. The lady who took my order was amazingly sweet, the lady who gave me my order was not. The location was beautiful, the worn leather sofa chairs so comfy. I didnt hang around, but felt like I was welcome and satisfied with my drink.

I haven’t been here in a minute, but if I’m in town or passing through. I’m getting down for a cup of Joe!!!!☕️
