Sold a bad used tire to me that already had a patch on the inside, and was flat by the time I woke up the next morning, had to call emergency roadside service because they stripped my lug nuts and i was unable to get it off to replace with my spare. the E.R.S. worker who helped me replace it with my spare confirmed they sold me a bad tire and that even if the tire wasnt already damaged when they sold it, the tire didnt have enough tread to be used when they gave it to me. oh and also they didnt balance one of the tires I got (bought 2 the other seems to be better) so when i did drive on the bad tire they gave me before it went flat i had steering wheel wobble between 60 and 70 mph.

Went in today and got 2 used tires. Owner went out of his way to let me choose the tires I wanted because I can be picky. The tires I wanted where at the bottom of the pile and he did it with a smile. Would happily go again.

Only place well go. Fast, honest, cheap and nice people. Have never in 10 years had an issue with their services

Wish I wouldve listened to the other reviews and not came here but my usual place was booked.went and got 2 tires yesterday woke up this morning with a flat tire! Has to call AAA and he looked at it and said they bent my rim so now I have to purchase a new rim or every tire I buy will basically do the same! Mad affffff. Theyre either gonna replace my rim or Im calling my bank to dispute. first and lastttttttt time coming here!

Took a total of 11 minutes out the door and had two brand new tires mounted and balanced on my Veloster. Last minute late afternoon phone call and the gentle man told me it could be done today after all other shops said no openings for days, and wanted 20% more.It was efficient as a nascar pit crew. Great service and prices

Went in to get 3 studs put on my tires and got my front tires balanced. When I left my car was making noises wobbling like my car was going to call apart I go back and he says its bc my back tire has a bubble in it so I pay for a tire I leave and its doing the same thing I pick my husband up from work and we bring the car back and he says the mechanic left for the day and acting like he has no idea what happened. Just went and bought a rotor in case he messed it up... Bad place. Prices may be cheap but like they say you get what you pay for. Worst shop Ive ever done business with

I had some damage to my front wheel from some road construction, called and brought my car to these guys and they had me repaired and going in less than 20 minutes for a price much lower than my fears expected. Definitely worth checking out, and Ill be giving them a call in the future!

Trash business... given a price, Drove over an hour just for the business owner to act like everything was a joke.

These gentlemen are excellent at what they do, and their customer service is just as good!! When we first moved to the area at the beginning of the year we struggled to find a decent tire/battery shop.His was a no brainer though! My husband, father in law and myself are all very pleased with this place :))

I bought tires there September 1st. I noticed my car would start shaking after I go over 50 miles an hour so I thought there was something wrong with my vehicle so I took it to a mechanic. Turns out it was the tires so they said I needed to get new tires so I did. When I took the tires back to Grand tires on September 28th they told me it was over a month. I didnt want to exchange and get another set of bad tires since I was going to be Towing my camper. They refused to do anything about it and will probably resell the tires that I left there. So beware!

I have been going here for 10 years. You can get good quality used tires or new tires at excellent prices. You might have to negotiate the price a little at first but Ive never gotten a bad deal.

I went there to replace a rim and at first they told me they had the correct size via phone call. I showed up and no rims my size were to be found. They then went and replaced the tire the slightly bent rim was on with a wrong sized tire. I went back after noticing the width and height were not matching and after a grudge match with their employees they finally agreed to change it again. The only issue this time is the tire they so nicely replaced is dry rotted and has a bubble in it.TL:DRLack of professional knowledge and job skills. OK customer service. Poor quality products.

They were very busy the day I went to have tire valve replaced. However I was surprised how quickly they took care of me and reasonably priced.

Sold me 4 used 20 tires and two of them had been plugged prior to sale. One of the two has had the smallest leak since I bought them and every few weeks I have to fill it up again. Then one of the other tires (not even one of the plugged ones) blew out on me while I was driving down the road not even two full weeks after I purchased them. I hadnt noticed when I purchased it but the tire that blew out was dry rotted. It messed up my rim and when I went to his store to tell him about it he said hed fix it for me, luckily the rim wasnt beyond repair either. After installing the replacement tire he offered to give me a $10 discount off the $60 price of this new/ used tire. Maybe I have high expectations or something but I was expecting a free tire to replace the faulty one he sold me not even 2 weeks prior. Long story short I paid him for the tire but I wont be back. This place is not the best option for buying used tires.
