Alignments can be done at Georges wholesale tire, tires plus, firestone and they wont try to r*pe you for every dollar they can squeeze from you.

Pete at Tire Kingdom has always been so helpful when we have had to take our vehicles in for repairs. He always fit us in for unscheduled work and communicates with us in a timely manner to discuss the repairs needed after the assessment. We never feel like he is selling us additional services or work we do not need when he give us the estimate. He seems very genuine and definitely makes us feel like valued customers. I refer everyone to this location. I will also use them for oil changes now that my free ones at the car dealership have expired.

I love this branch. The best alignments Ive found anywhere. I own a 2020 Veloster N that has strict specs for correct alignment and its perfect everytime here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Truly appreciate this place and everyone there making it happen! No exaggerating!

Went for an oil change, rotation, and balance. The salesman inspected my tires, which were wavy, so OK new tires, all the bells and whistles. As I was getting the service booked and the sales guy was putting in my information in, my husband walked into the store. I was immediately dismissed in favor of him talking at my husband instead of me.Every time he tried to redirect the salesman, hed just address another question to my husband.When I came to pick up the car a couple hours later, he insisted on telling my husband that the car needed new shocks. I declined to book another appointment and paid my outstanding bill. The car is only in my name and I have record of bringing multiple cars in over the course of two decades. I have never once been treated like this in another Tire Kingdom location. I wont be returning to this store.I cant argue that my car got good service, the tires run great and are so much quieter. I never interacted with the techs, but this guy was just rude.

The manager of this place goes out of his way to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. I will go back.

Hard tire to get these days, but Pete and scott found them and ordered for me an saved my expensive rims also if could not find this size and width I woulda had to swap hubs and get dif rims it’s the width and height mainly, to most it just looks like a shotty rim and a normal tire but their not ... so thank you and also thank you for taking my discount also and applied it to service.....

Do not get alignments here. They charge literally double what they should.

I had a great experience with my rep. I intended on only getting tires for my Q50 before I turn it in on the lease and opted for cheaper tires. My rep explained the issue that might cause turning it in. Bravo on that. Then I asked him to check my tires on my QX60 and I knew they had to be replaced at some point and he came back and looked at me and said I really need to get them changed and he presented a current deal but 3 get the 4th free. So, I had him change those tires that day. They are awesome and quick. I really like them and will be back for my next service. Getting 2 cars tires for about $1300 is a great deal to me!!

They got my truck in right away to patch a hole from a nail. Quick and easy. I was back on the road in less than an hour.

I wish to thank the mechanics at Holiday Tire Kingdom. My 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee drives better than it ever did after owning over four years. Its not stock so, always drove like a lifted jeep. I have been using this store for my repair beyond my capabilities and always have had no problems. Thanks again.

Beware of everything that is being told to you by the sales rep. You will notice that the mechanic never speaks to you but confers with the sales rep and together they decide what needs to be done with your car. this was my experience. I will never return to them.

Went in for a tire repair and was going to be charged around $40 for a plug if possible. I was shocked since I needed the same thing done 6 months prior on a different tire and went to the location at Gunn Hwy and Hwy 54 and it was done for free. Both times, the tire had been removed and taken to the location. So that was a disappointment to know I was going to be charged, and that much. When I left because it couldnt be repaired, I pulled out and my hood open light came on. Hmmm. Why was that? I went in for a tire inspection on a tire that wasnt even on my car. Seemed very odd to me.However, the tire couldnt be repaired. I was able to schedule for the next morning and the price of the tire was very good. I even compared to Sams. So I went the next morning and was in and out withing 30 minutes. I will say that I wasnt asked about road hazard, so Ill have to call or stop in to inquire why I wasnt asked and if it automatically came with it, which has never been the case in my experience.Needless to say, while some stuff was a disappointment, the price and timeliness of the work was a plus. Not to mention its super close to my house. I will likely return for the other three tires; however, may give the business to the location at Gunn and 54 because they were extremely friendly, seemed to care, and offered me a free tire plug.I also forgot to add that when I originally went on the Friday, I asked where my car was, because there was only one car in a stall and my my tire was not on my car and I was super confused as to why my car had to be moved at all, and was told, its in the back. What? I do not understand.

I have not come across a good auto service shop in 2yrs until now. Friendly staff and quick service. I had 4 tire pressure censors installed and programmed. In addition I had 4wheel alignment. Reasonable price and short wait time for me. Even if you have to wait a while due to many costumers ahead of you, it will be worth while.Thank you kindlyTire Kingdom

First experience with Tire Kingdom in Florida. Had my Tire Rack purchase drop shipped to the Holiday location, and they got me in the same day. Technician Dave does quality work.

Spent over $1000 on six tires over the course of 2 years. Why they would think I didnt want roadside on the second two we replaced is a joke. Tried to charge us $33 for each patch in one tire only a couple weeks old. Left and went to put spare on only to find out our Jeep spare is missing. We know they all had Jeep rims because we rotated regularly. Now suddenly we have a cheap rim with a tire not even our size. So not only are they crooks but thieves too.

Should have taken then the advise from the reviews and gone somewhere else. Ended up having more problems with my car then they fixed. The acknowledged they broke something, but refused to fix it.

Went to Tire Kingdom in Holiday, FL today. The staff were very nice and very knowledgable (and patient). They helped us after the dealership couldnt and the prices were much better. I highly recommend this place. For those that dont know, Tire Kingdom is not just for tires. My husband and I plan on going there for future car needs.

I had my new wheels mounted and balanced around February. In March, my steering wheel would shake constantly around 55mph. I called and they told me that I would be charged $15 per wheel to have my wheels balanced once again. I brought my truck somewhere else just to find out that Tire Kingdom did not put any weights on two of the wheels. This causes the shaking in the steering wheel which is rough on tires and suspension. After my tires and wheels got re balanced at the new place, my problem was instantly fixed. Tire Kingdom does not backup their incorrect work.

Pete was awesome as always! I will continue to bring both my truck and my wifes jeep to Petes location! Will never go anywhere else. AMAZING SERVICE!

Turned out to be very convenient because I got tires and the CV joint replaced and all at a decent price. Ive taken my car for a few oil changes here and to the one in Palm Harbor. Ive always had a great experience. This time my starter needed to be replaced. The parts store gave me the wrong part, so Pete called them (and their other store) and got the correct part delivered quickly. They installed it fast too. Awesome service!!

The service and tires were rock solid. The manager Scott went over my purchase in detail. They checked my alignment and it was ok. The rear brakes are close to needing changed. He even showed me pictures. I plan to go back in a few weeks to have service done. AAA+++

Tire Kingdom is the only place I bring my car for service. Ive been regular here for 10 + years. The staff here is fantastic. Scott, Pete and the rest of the team do their job very well. Theres never the hard pressure upsell They tell you what you need to have done, they tell you what work should do today and leave the decision up to you. This is a fantastic place Id recommend it to anybody.

I called to have 4 tires quoted, it started off as a normal conversation but then the older man I was talking to told me Let me look I will call you back in a bit. I received a call back and was quoted a tire but then called back as I had forgotten if it was Tire Kingdom who quoted me a Goodyear and he immediately puts me on hold, then I have a younger man answer and say He said that you already were quoted a tire. So I explain that I was wondering if the tire he quoted me was Goodyear and am put on hold again. Then the older man answers again and rudely says I have customers waiting and dont have the tire. Then proceeds to hang up. Wont be coming back because I feel that as another customer I deserve the same amount of attention as another customer.

Quoted me for 4 tires online. Got there, couldnt find my reservation details but my name was on the board. Added up my service fees and items again quoting me over $175.00 more than quote online. Fees were so high on tire installation there was no longer a special or discount. Went to their competitor same day and received the price they originally quoted me. Used to take both my cars here but you lost a customer.

My TPMS alerted me that my tire pressure was low. While putting air in at the nearby gas station, I noticed a long crack in my sidewall. Tire Kingdom was listed as one of the only two tire shops open on Sunday. The gentleman at the counter came out and took a look at my tire and said that it was probably like that for a while considering low profile tires. Although he didnt have my tire in stock, he offered to order one in for next day installation. Unfortunately, that didnt work for me as I was leaving town that afternoon. He was very informative, letting me know how to take care of my tires in the future and had his service guy check and top off the pressures on all my tires. If I lived here this would definitely be my choice of shop. Awesome customer service!!

The lady inside the store told us that our tire could not be patched. We went to two other tire places and both said it was an easy patch. She had several customers and I feel she was just being lazy. Tire kingdom will no longer get my business. I found a place that did it for $16.00 😊 ABC Tire in New Port Richey Fl is the place to go. They did a wonderful job and their prices are great!

Today was a really good learning experience I normally take my car to Tires Plus but this morning I guess I picked the wrong location in New Port Richey on US 19. I arrived around 7:44am and the attendant kinda rushed me off kept saying am gonna have to leave my car its gonna take a couple of hours. So I left and took my car to Tire Kingdom on US 19 Alt and Pete was the best because of the service level I recieved today this will be my new place for all my cars need am even gonna get tires go Tire Kingdom.

Had a flat tire recently on my way to work, they let me get my car towed there to wait the whole day, plus they put the new tire on while I was at work. I arrived after work, paid for the service and left within 5 minutes. Excellent work.

My recent exposure to this repair facility has been the worst car repair experience in 64 years. My car quit running and I had it towed there for convenience. It was determined that there was a bad fuel pump. In making the repairs the service tech caused a massive ground short that caused the PCM to catch fire. They said they did nothing wrong, and could not fix the problem. Ultimately this issue was turned over to Tire Kingdoms insurance company to see if they did cause the problem. The insurance determined that they did, and made arrangements to have the carrepaired at a local dealer. The repair cost was in excess of $1700.00, and several weeks of car rental fees. The idiot district manager still maintains that I need to pay for the labor costs that resulted in the damage. Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent and just plain stupid are just a few words that come to mind. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
