Okay first of all we came in during October 30th, to them not having any fall things. And I asked a lady about if they had any and she said no. But we went to the 50 percent odd area and there were two scents there, and DIDNT even bother to tell me about it. The workers were very unhelpful. Then we got in line. And we were separating our stuff because we had two different payments things and she almost skipped because we were separating. Then we got there I asked if the room spray were 3 for 20 and she didn’t respond so I asked again but a bit louder so she could hear me and then proceeded to give me attitude. Then she rang up our stuff .. 200 dollars worth of stuff and we got home and the lady ended up not putting one of our lip balms in there. The store is way too small. And workers in the way.

I love this store…it’s very convenient to get to and shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My go to spot!

Staff is super friendly and the store is generally not too busy so its easy to shop around :)

My first time going to store and I loved it even though I kind of got a headache because I was in there too long about an hour-and-a-half smelling different things but thats understandable because when you smell different fragrances you do get a headache some of the staff were okay but I guess because I was in my PJs they looked at me like I was about to steal something prices are a little high but other than that I love the store

I love that I dont have to go in a mall to shop a Bath & body works.

I was so excited when Bath and Body Works opened a store in Holy Springs! However, today when I went in for the first time, not one single employee spoke to me. No one said a word! They saw me and were even walking around me but ignored me. I felt like I didn’t matter and that they didn’t care that I was there. I casually walked around and then walked out. I was so very disappointed. It will be a while before I go back. Maybe by that time they will have friendlier employees.

I went in to return some perfume I got as a gift, and as soon as I walked in I got greeted and asked what I was looking for. Every employee had a smile on their face and made me laugh several times. Really sweet and helpful staff!! Thank you guys for making my day!
