They do not open their store on time based on their posted business hours. I have waited several times outside waiting for their store to open along with others and after 30 min or more someone finally comes to open the store. Not good customer service

This place does not have good customer service don’t shop there!!!! I picked up the wrong hair never left the store told him I wanted my money back cause he did not have the hair I needed nor the length I wanted but no refund just store credit in a store that doesn’t have what I need or want! I never even left out the store after purchasing the wrong hair and still no refund and I wasn’t even disrespectful I was nice about it so yeah I’m a very unsatisfied customer and I will not return!! P.s. some people don’t play about they money!!!

Before I made the trip from Apex, I called to see if the store had a certain color braiding hair. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and personable. She asked how many packs I needed and she held them to the side once I got there. I didnt know she did until I went up to the counter to pay. Customer service was great and worth the time. Thank you.

I ended up here because the hours are much better than Sally’s. Turns out this is a locally owned business. Lots of wigs, accessories, and ethnic hair and beauty products. The owner was nice and the prices seem fair.
