My waxer Betty was absolutely amazing!! I can not thank her enough!! She made me feel comfortable and kept talking to me the entire time! It made me feel so welcomed. She was so knowledgeable about waxing and any question I had she was able to answer. 10/10 I would highly recommend going to a Betty if you go to this location!

I have been seeing Danie for a couple of years now and can’t recommend her enough. She’s amazing and makes me feel so comfortable which is so important for these services. I currently get the following wax services: eyebrows, under arms, stomach strip, Brazilian, full butt, and full leg.

Had a reservation for a bikini line wax ( was supposed to be free) went in they said hair wasn’t long enough so rescheduled went in today for new appoint they changed it to a full bikini okay that’s fine it would have been half off because it was my first time but by the time I left I paid full price and was charged for the supposedly “free” product along with the full price for the wax. So idk I guess don’t go for the membership until your second wax because... and also confirm what your getting before your waxing starts.... the lady who did my wax was very good though and the staff was friendly I just wish the half off or free wax was automatically applied for your first appointment even if you do sign up for a membership

I have been getting my Brazilian done here for about 6 months now. My waxer, Michaela, is amazing. She gets me in and out and does a wonderful job. She always makes me feel comfortable and keeps me updated on the best products to use for my care. I cannot recommend the Holly Springs European Wax Center enough! This place is amazing!! 10/10

It was my first time doing a Brazilian, full legs, arms, underarms and face. Erica and Julia at the reception desk were really helpful with tips and product and service info. My waxer Lauryn was amazing! She walked me through everything she was going to do. She made me feel comfortable and respected, there was no awkwardness. She was very thorough and all the hairs were removed in a timely manner with little to no pain. I am very pleased with the services provided here and I will make it my waxing home. Ask for Lauryn when you go, she’ll get you right 💃🏼

If you are particular about your brow shape, you have to see Lauryn!! She was super sweet and made me feel comfortable to try something different. I have always had rounded eyebrows and I finally took a leap of faith to try doing a soft arch look and Lauryn delivered! I cant stop looking at my brows because they are so perfect and the exact look I was wanting. Sometimes when I go to European Wax Center I feel like it feels a bit rushed to get me in and out but Lauryn took her time and treated my brows like it was an artwork masterpiece. She even took the time to show me how to properly fill my brows in using their fabulous brow liner product. I cant wait to return to see Lauryn again and to have her do my brows again before my Wedding in November.

First of all, this was my first time here and I will never go anywhere else!! I read some really good reviews about a couple of the ladies working there but ended up going with lauryn and I’m sooooo happy I did!!!! She was so nice, on time and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve always had really light eyebrows and she did an AMAZING job making them darker like I wanted, shaping and filling them in properly. Very satisfied with everything about this location and it’s staff!

Danielle preformed my service and was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure That everything was perfect. The office was clean and the service was prompt.

I had my first wax experience at European Wax Center and it was superb! Tynesha did a great job explaining all the products and packages they offer while I waited to go back. I had an appointment with Courtney to get my eyebrows and upper lip done and she was so professional and communicative. The room was very clean and it only took about 10 minutes, and my eyebrows look great! Afterwards, I got a gift bag with LOADS of free samples. I definitely recommend coming here!

Professional. The estiticians are always friendly and keep you talking to take your mind off the fact that they are literally ripping individual hairs from your body. But... The hair doesnt grow back fast and they have decent specials that they run a couple times a year for wax passes. I recommend the eyebrow services. For the more adventurous.... Go for it. And their serums actually work.

Dani is by far the best waxer in Holly springs location. I went to for years then stopped for the last year because we had moved and I stayed local to my job for convenience but just recently went back to her and I dont know why I ever stopped. Shes incredible and does such an Excellent job in such a short period of time. I was in and out in a flash!

Love the European Wax Center! The women at the front desk were very helpful in explaining offered products and any deals they had going on. Shannon is an amazing technician! We talked and laughed the whole time and she really made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be a regular client!

Highly recommend. Well educated staff. Great results. You cannot beat that hair-Free feeling you get from waxing. It lasts weeks instead of days...or hours if I catch a chill. Quality service. Great people. Convenient location. Has it all.

I just went here and I absolutely loved it Mary did my wax. I am interested in the packages and will be returning. If doing there by nine get three free packaging it is a lot cheaper than going other places in the long run.

Great Services! Definitely a huge step up from getting waxed at the nail salons. Kenzie is wonderful, really knows her stuff and also makes you feel super comfortable! If youve never had full body Waxing or Brazilian, I would definitely suggest going to this place and giving yourself a better experience! Ask for Kenzie, the best!

I love Danie! I used to see her at the European Wax in Cary, but when I heard she was moving, I followed suit. She is very gentle and has good conversation! She knows what you like and dont like and takes her job very seriously.

Danie has been my go to girl for the past 3 years over at the Wake Forest location. She recently transferred to this location in Holly Springs and is worth the drive. The location is beautifully done, and the customer service is unparalleled.

Omg! Great wax day! Went to Holly Springs location. I was nervous because this is my 1st wax. Check in was great. Regina explained everything to me about the wax.
