Good quality and 15 minutes to replace iPhone screen.. I gave my grand daughter my iPhone X. She dropped it and broke the screen. She took it and had a cheap screen put on it at the mall. It didn’t work right afterwards. The screen would flicker and the phone would restart randomly. I took the phone into ASAP they removed the screen and said the screen was poorly made. They installed one of their screens and it works perfectly now. The screen looks brighter and my grand daughter is having no issues with it.

Honest technicians, with a southern charm. Took them my gaming rig that wouldn’t turn on. I’m half way tech savvy so I was sure the power supply died. Wanted a professional opinion and knew just where to take it. Wasn’t the power supply after all, just my power button stop communicating with the mother board. They could have lied to me and told me I needed a new power supply which would have been expensive but they were honest and didn’t charge me that much.

I called ASAP last minute for a screen repair on my iPhone 11. They told me to come in and he would repair it while I waited. Tech was cool and the repair took 20 minutes!

Local joint, these guys genuinely helped out big time! What was a deal to me was everyday business for them, I was quoted 500 bucks from 2 other places to repair my note 10 front and back, not only did these guys come in 150 bucks less on my repair, they installed a 360 case I purchased elsewhere for free so I felt secure leaving with my basically new phone! Will definitely return with any electronic repairs I need.

These Guys have helped me out a ton, whether it be faulty parts in a build or added/transferring things to a new build they have always gone above and beyond for me. I bought my phone in because my speakers were not working well and seemed to be dirty or muffled. They were able to make my phone sound like it was fresh out of the factory in no time. If you are looking quality phone repairs go here. Don’t be a cheap skate like me and make the same mistake I made I took my phone to have the screen repaired at another store because it was cheaper. Well the screen that the other store put on it stopped working and the screen was cheaply made. I took it to ASAP and they put the right screen on it now and it works, looks good.

This place was awesome, I am a tech my self, but didnt have the time with work to do the Motherboard replacement myself. Read the reviews on this place and they didnt lie, they do quality work, same day motherboard replacement, and honesty the whole way with what was going on. Ultimately was not the motherboard but computer was under warranty and was shipped back to manufacture after the replacement motherboard didnt work.Thanks for all your help, quality work and professionalism during the process would give 10 stars if I can, you will not go wrong bringing your electronics for repair here!

I thought my Lenovo was dead! ASAP revived it with full functionality and all files in tact. They were professional, have a super quick response time, and gave me very honest and clear communication. I had called the store and spoke with Douglas and explained that my computer had crashed and I received a blue screen. He stated right away that he knew what was wrong with it! I brought it in and he was able to save all my data and back it up on my personal external hard drive as well. This store was able to fix my phone same-day within a few hours The screen had previously been replaced by an (apperently) lesser repair business. Before they had even recorded my information their lead tech already discovered what was wrong and had my phone turned back on. At that point it was just a matter of removing old glue and adding new adhesive + drying time.

Very helpful wont let you spend unnecessary money. They wont price gouge you and explain the repairs in a way you can understand. Very honest.

My Samsung Galaxy S9+ developed a pillow battery and needed replacing. I didnt want to drop $1k on a new phone that would be marginally better than my existing one, and the folks at ASAP Computer really helped me out. Total cost for the battery and service was under $100. They had to order it for me--I didnt expect anyone would have it in stock, so that was a non-issue for me. Dropped it off at lunch, picked it up again after work.They took good care of my device, no scratches, dents, sticky residues--they did pristine work and got me back up and running. Despite having my desktop PC plugged into a power strip, we had a power flicker and my desktop refused to turn back on. I dropped it off in the morning and by lunch, I had a call back from company with a diagnosis, repair quote and date the part would be in by. I loved that I had no need to call and follow up on the status because the company called when they said they would to let me know it was repaired and ready for pickup. Would highly recommend for fast, accurate, affordable and friendly service. (Also, it was a plus that the employees were COVID conscious.)

My daughter dropped her iPhone and cracked the screen on a Saturday afternoon and these guys were not only able to get the phone in and fixed in about 30 minutes, they returned it in PRISTINE condition, better than. Honest technician Saturday April 3Techican could have taken advantage of me as i had already told him my laptop needed a new motherboard. I was told by another repair store my motherboard was bad. The mother board was $575 dollars not even including labor. Turns out it just needed a bios update. Honest repair shop.

We brought the phone in and it was repaired quickly within the same day. Staff were kind, professional, and funny, and it was an enjoyable experience to interact with the staff. The repairs were reasonably priced and the parts used were Apple and not the cheap alternative. I would recommend ASAP over any other place I’ve been 100%!

Older desktop PC failed to start. One stop to ASAP had all my data was restored on a newer very acceptable PC with up to date software and hardware for a very reasonable price. Best of all it was all done the same day!!!

I went here because this place had great reviews and my dad has been here multiple times and he was happy with their services. They fixed what I needed on the same day and it was only $20 where as the geek squad told me theyd have to send it out which would have been 4 to 6 weeks til I got my laptop back and it would have been $85 plus what the other place would charge.
