I highly recommend! They are super professional and down to earth. Kierra helped my upgrade my phone and switched all my apps and pictures over and it never logged me out. Been a Verizon customer for more than 22 years. After several very disappointing experiences with Verizon Corporate I visited the store in Holly Springs. Worked with Toni and she was absolutely incredible! She listened, cared, provided solutions, and made sure all my problems were resolved before I left the store - including successfully setting up two Gizmo watches. The employee hit me in front of my 8 year old son. He told me he wouldnt explain things to a women. I have video and photos of incident. The sales director had his managers offering me 50% off on accessories if I paid full price on a new phone with them as an apology for the incident. After driving an hour to their new location. But online direct from Verizon. My son is afraid to go into a Verizon store due to disgruntled employees.

Kierra Toni and John are the most help iv ever had in a phone store. I have high anxiety and most of the time have to have someone come with me and I had broken my phone and i was having health issues and had no choice but come in and John made it so stressless and easy I stayed calm and was beyond greatful. Have also had help from kierra and Toni and they are just as great and easy to ask questions and help me with anything that I need. I pass the store in Fuquay-Varina where I live to come to the Holly Springs store because of the customer service and genuine care they provide!!!

Despite a very difficult time trying to order a phone online and my order being messed up, John in Holly Springs Verizon and Timothy on the phone at headquarters made it right and worked tirelessly to get my order reprocessed and the glitch fixed. I came to John very frustrated and with a tough situation, and he made sure that it got fixed and I was happy with the outcome. Kudos to him, and the entire staff at HS for being so kind.

Jessie was super amazing! Corporate Verizon was very difficult to deal with and we were super frustrated with them; weve been customers for over 20 years. I walked into Jessies store and was super impressed, she helped me with my new phone and separated our accounts, which Verizon had problems with even setting up, it was a terrible experience with corporate. Jessie is a true professional and Im surprised that shes not the manager at the Holly Springs location. Shes the BEST and definitely brings the stress level back down to zero. Cant say enough about her and her dedication to her customers and company. She was the only one at the store, answering phones, helping me with 2 others behind me and downloading the cloud onto another phone all at the same time. I couldnt have handled it but she did very calmly. JESSIE, YOU ROCK!

Purchased a new phone with same deals and discounts available online, assured us with the total transfer, traded up and walked out with a working phone completely ready to use and accessories!! Refused Service because I cant wear a mask after I called ahead and was told that they would serve me.I walked in and was told that they wouldnt serve me in their store and that Id have to wait outside for someone.The person telling me this had his mask under his nose and when I called him out, he responded that his mask wont stay up. So these people are discriminating against people who can not wear a mask while one of their employees is constantly touching his face and mask as well as the same phone that a customer might touch..

Horribly slow service, that would give even the DMV a run for their money. Its the type of place where you hear other unsatisfied customers saying terrible things under their breath as they leave. The store is also the size of a postage stamp.

I wrote a review of this location the day we switched to Verizon because I thought they were great. I WAS WRONG! We went back a couple days later to have another line switched over and I was there for over 4 hours. I get home and the phone was not activated. I was told by the manager Javani I would qualify for a $200 rebate on each line. We were ecstatic thinking that was going to be a HUGE help with 2 of our 3 kids birthdays falling back to back with Christmas. NOPE. He sold us phones that did not qualify for the rebate. 2 of the 3 phones fell under the requirement by just $25. SO now we are out that $600 and our bill is MORE than it was with Sprint. I an completely unhappy and now scrambling to make up for that $600 just weeks before our kids birthdays and Christmas.

UPDATE!After posting my review a Verizon representative reached out to me literally 30 mins after and asked me to call them back which I did. Montana was the associate I spoke to and she was fantastic in communicating back and forth between me and her managers until she got me what I was originally promised, a $200 credit on my account.I am still not pleased with the store Manager but because of Montanas efforts they still have me as a customer, Great job Montana!Absolutely terrible customer service and a lack of knowledge on the employees part. I was promised a $200 gift card if I imported my number over from my previous carrier and wasn’t told at the time of purchase I had to have a unlimited plan. The employee left shortly there after and when I spoke to the manager after I hadn’t received my gift card I was told that the employee no longer worked there so he wasn’t able to defend himself.Wow!! Verizon is placing the blame on an employee who obviously wasn’t trained properly, none the less when one of my employees makes a mistake I as the owner take responsibility...and I own a mom and pop shop,the big guys could learn a lot from guys like me.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Has never been busy when we have gone, get helped right away. Also not super pushy on accessories or protection plans unlike some other stores. Always smooth transactions (have upgraded 3 phones here). I dont go anyway else now, despite not having the biggest color selection on in-stock phones.

Terrible customer service! Kay was very sarcastic and unwilling to help. She dialed the wrong number for customer service, claimed to not know the managers last name, inactivated my I watch then said she couldn’t help, and said the manager was unable to be contacted until Sunday (we were there on Thursday). Stay away from this store and any store where Kay (if that’s her real name) works.

The manager as well as the associate were rude. I had a screen protector applied to my phone a year ago and it cracked. I was told they would warranty it if anything happen. I have an S7 and they did not have it in stock. When they attempted to look up the account they couldnt find it and became very agitated quickly. The manager came up and doubted my claim because of the model of the phone. They were absolutely rude and stated whatever have a good day sweetheart. Customer service at this location is something to be desired.

Absolutely the worst. I have never seen such rudeness in a store. Both the guy and the girl (Kelsey W) were so rude to us when we went to pick up our new iPhone. The guy who had sold us the phone a few days before did not even acknowledge us. He could not wait to get out the door. Kelsey was rude and abrupt on the phone when I called the day before to ask if my phone was in (the guy was supposed to call me but didnt) so I was not really surprised at how rude and curt she was in person. I was even considering telling her to forget the phone I didnt want it anymore.Ill never go back to this store.

You know the deal, every review is really based upon the person who helps you. The new store manager, Javani, set me up from top to bottom after my iphone 7 quit working. He walked me through all the options between new phones, storage sizes, helped me download all my old phone content to my new, and made sure I had all my apps/info/email downloaded before walking out. Javani was professional, personable, all while working quickly. I usually avoid the Holly Springs location because they are small and you would wait forever and get rushed out in the past. Not so anymore! Thanks Javani! I so appreciate the great customer service.
