Now that Sprint has been absorbed by T-mobile all Sprint contracts and services have been switched over to them. This is now my closest phone store location and where I will be getting my new devices and repairs as needed. Got a new phone yesterday to replace a glitching one and they helped me with the transfer of all of my data and fully set up and customized my new phone even though it took about an hour. Very good service from their staff!
The staff at this store are super-friendly. Special shoutout to Elizabeth M. who made several calls on our behalf to corporate to help us get the best deal for the 4 new phones. I have never had such a great customer service from the other network providers.
Staff at Holly Springs NC are all awesome. Very knowledgeable & patient. Always fixed all problems with the Sprint merger. Chandler just set up a new phone perfectly.
Rude customer service. Rarely have the right answers. Take twice as long to help you as it should. Avoid this place like the plague
Brand new phone died, just stopped turning on. TMobile phone support told me to take it to a store and get a replacement. Took a half day at work, drove 40 minutes to this store, and they told me they couldnt help me, and to buy another phone if I wanted another phone.
I admit it, I loath going to cell phone stores, even more than car dealers and pawn shops. Im not sure why I dread it so much, but Ill put it off as long as I can.Therefore, I was very pleasantly surprised that my time spent at this store today was ok. I didnt walk out with a new phone like I planned but no ones fault who works here. Hopefully Ill get my phone soon and that visit will be pleasant as well.
Came in a half hour before closing one weeknight (thought they closed later) to get a new phone. When I realized it would be tough to transfer items off my old phone and activate in that much time, offered to come back rather than make them stay late. Alex, the retail consultant helping me, was great and said he and the manager would stay late if necessary. As a former retail person myself, I know thats not always true. The manager came over and introduced himself and also said they were in no hurry, even though he commutes from over an hour away! Great employees...been with Sprint for 20 years and always get good service
I wish I could give more starts. I worked with Justin and Terrance to port and move from Verizon. These guys provide customer service that is something rare now a days. They patiently worked to do everything the right way. I have lines with my family who live in other cities. Terrance even worked with other store to help them move. My husband and I went into this sprint location and it was AWESOME. We were there for a long time getting my husband switched onto my account/upgrading both our phones. The customer service was amazing and we had a really fun time talking with the staff and getting things figured out. Will definitely be going back to this location.
This is the New T-Mobile store, it used to be the Sprint store. Old store closed down and NONE of the T-Mobile employees followed. Walked in and felt stuffy. Nice and big store but not the same customer service or vibe with the Sprint employees. Was given wrong info about T-Mobile promotions. Taking my business to the Apex store.
When I cancelled my service, they failed to tell me about additional bills. I told them I wanted to pay everything in full and be done with Sprint, and they said we got you. When I questioned the amount, they said this is it. But now I just received a past due bill in the amount of $234 and the folks at Spring said the person in the store failed to tell me or look at my account to see what was owed. So now I have to pay $234 to a company for a service I no longer have. I think these guys try to be so cool they dont do their homework or truly take care of customers, especially when they are no longer customers.
This site has always been great and helpful. They go out of their way for you. Its very refreshing.
I went to this location because it is the closest one where I could turn in my device. I was skeptical at first because of the overall rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars. Well, I had a very nice experience with all of the staff! The store is very clean, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and all of my needs were met. Sometimes, we as consumers need to remind ourselves of the way that we act when we need service. Check your own attitude before you deal with those in the business of providing service. Thank you all for the great service and I will be back!
I walked inside this location thinking I would receive bad customer service with the reviews I’ve read and came out satisfied with one of the best cellular experience I’ve had in years. The staff was amazing and energetic and the manager gave a huge helping hand as well. This location knows their stuff and they’re also a lot of fun. 5 stars from me and my family!
5 star service!! I am shocked by the amount of poor reviews! I went to this location today and was so impressed by the staff and service. Dayshon and Terrence were amazing and so patient as we decided on our phones. Give this location a try and I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Went tonight to get some info and possibly upgrade my phone. The person who took care of me had the worst attitude. From the minute I walked in, he acted like it was a bother for him to do anything. Didnt catch his name, but there was 2 people working, and it wasnt the guy with the tattoos. Dude, if you dont like your job, get a new one. If you dont want to help customers, dont be in customer service. Wont go back to that location again.
They were absolutely amazing at the store and weren’t pushy at all. They helped us understand all of our options to upgrade and gave us tips as to what was our best price and phones were. They even went as far as waiting to wipe my old phone until all of my pictures came in. We personally would like to mention Dayshun because he was absolutely amazing and helpful and guided us through this whole process! I would highly recommend everyone at the store though.
I am really surprised at the bad reviews I am seeing. I live much closer to another Sprint store but each time I need to go to a store I will drive to Holly Springs.Service has always been courteous and very friendly. They have gone out of their way to explain things to me and also to find the answers if they dont automatically know.This will continue to be my go to location.
I recently visited this store to upgrade my phone. After discussing my options with Shanea, I ultimately decided to upgrade two of the phones on my plan. She was very patient and explained many different options and didn’t pressure me when I was trying to decide. Terrence joined the conversation to answer a few additional questions—he, too, was very personable and knowledgeable. They even sent another staff member to the store in Apex to pick up the exact phone I wanted as they didn’t have it in stock.Later that night, I brought my daughter back so that we could complete the process of transferring her data to her new phone. Shanea had left, so this time Craig helped us and he was awesome with my daughter. Even though we weren’t done until after closing time, neither Craig nor Terrence seemed rushed or annoyed.This team gave excellent service, answered all of my (many!) questions, and did it all with a smile and a couple of funny stories to help pass the time. I could not have been happier with my experience.
Dayshon was great to work with. Knowledgeable smart offered me options with no pressure.
Service here is a joke! Manager is one of those people who smiles as she lies to you. I recommend just using phone service. Its worth the wait time to get the right information.
I stopped by to just check out some stuff and I was highly impressed. The options and the abundance of items they had was nice to see the amount if options. Matt, who helped me, was a huge help and very informative.
Absolutely awful customer service! I tried to return an item I got there and the woman who was helping me (turned out to be the manager), was having difficulty processing the refund for me without my credit card that I purchased it with... I said no problem, after 20 minutes of waiting, I will be back. I came back a second time, waited for 15-12 minutes before I had to leave for work. I came a third time, waited the usual (for this store) 20 minutes to be waited on WITH my credit card so I can get my refund. The same woman (the manager) said it was past the 14 days to return the item!! She even remembered me coming in to return it within the 14 days! She wouldnt budge on not refunding me, absolutely mind boggling. I was going to look into getting my tween daughter a phone but not with Sprint! Just from a cost analysis, losing revenue from selling me a $199 phone vs. a $40 refund just does not make sense. I will never visit a Sprint store again.
In the store they misinformed me so bad...now I have to pay two bills when I changed company. Sprint employees lied to me and my family... and in central service they told me that employees just lie so they can sell some phones.... This is no joke!
Staff misinforms, leaves out information concerning policies, had to drive out to another location to complete a process that was universal for all stores. Unnecessarily linked a cash purchase to another customer in order to have proof of purchase upon buying but in reality caused a complete and intentional issue when returning. Luckily I have a trustworthy friend who is recieiving my return check with the money I personally spent in her name. Overpriced commission seeking upselling and unhelpful customer support at its finest.
Incredibly poor experience with this Sprint store!! They have been running me through hoops after giving me bad information about bill charges and cancellation fee. They are being completely unworkable, and after spending another hour on the phone with customer service, I got hung up on. I am cancelling my service with them and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE SPRINT OR THIS STORE. If I could give negative stars I would.
Tried replacing a cracked screen on my note 3 when my hand slipped and broke the display at 7 pm on a Friday. We get to the store at 730 pm looking for a phone (I have to have one for work at all times). Travis (store employee) suggests the note edge and I opt for it. Travis then spends an hour and working with me even after the store was supposed to close. He got me all set up and done with out any hassel and knew exactly what I was looking for. He didnt even seem annoyed after we finished 40 minutes after closing and was still trying to help me setup more than he had to. I would give him and this store 6 stars if I could.
Similar experience to everyone else. Terrible experience from start to finish and the manager was incredibly rude to me over a mistake they made in store. I almost cancelled all services. This is regrettable because I have been with Sprint almost 10 years!!! I asked if there was anything they could do for all the trouble, she said it was their mistake they had not done the upgrade properly (despite this being my 3rd time with them trying to help them fix their mistake) but that she wouldnt do anything. I explained this is going on a weeks worth of back and forth and she said all she cared about was fixing the report and that I was welcome to complain to corporate. Aweful service!
Probably one of the worst Sprint stores I have ever been to worse customer service ever the people are are really rude and don’t help you at all I would never recommend this store or company to anyone. If I cud give it zero stars I would.

The only thing I liked about this store was the fact that they have a larger item stock. Other then that, they are EXTREMELY slow, NO enthusiasm, boring and no effort in making the customer feel wanted and happy.

This location is absolutely terrible! I went in with my girlfriend to get a new phone for her and an iPad for me. They were extremely pushy and unhelpful. After we had paid for everything I was looked at dumbfounded when I asked if they were going to get the iPad for me. He told me they didnt have them in stock and would have it before New Years. New Years came and no iPad.... now its the sixth and no iPad. I was told on the 3rd the very latest would be the 5th. Called on the 5th and they proceeded to tell me that the box arrived with the shipping label but no iPad in the box. No one can find it and its Mia. I will never recommend this store to anyone else and I WILL be informing my friend and manager that they are piss poor at communication and customer service and have very high hopes that sprint will loose a $6000 + a month contract at the end of the term
Terrible customer service. Claim they fixed issue numerous times only to be told by the manager months later that they couldnt help me after dealing with them for months. Then she REFUSED to give me corporate phone number. What a joke, doesnt she realize everything is on the web now!

Make sure you know how much you will be paying for everything. Also, get clear information on the leases.
Customer service is very slow, the manager let me know that they were hiring to improve the customer service, but 40min to get service was a bit much.
