This store is absolute garbage. I went in earlier this evening to get some assistance with purchasing a new phone. An associate named “Lexy” was sitting at a desk near the door. I told her I needed a new phone. I asked her to discuss the differences between the iPhone 12 and 13. She seemed to be annoyed that I would even ask. When I did decide on the IPhone 13, she stated that they did not have any in stock. I asked her if she could call local stores to see if anyone else had them in stock because I use my phone often at work. She told me she would call one store and I could call the rest. I asked her to call the other two stores while I continued reading about the features on the phone. She told me that no stores had any phones locally and to order a phone would take “2-3 weeks”. I stated that I was hoping to find a way to expedite that process and she told me it wasn’t possible and there was nothing she could do. She was extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and insolent. I left the store feeling like she didn’t give a darn whether or not I was a customer. I plan on calling and speaking to the manager tomorrow and trying to find a way to contact corporate AT &T.

Fantastic experience! Sincere was Very knowledgeable.He knows everything about the iPhone. Highly recommend Sincere. Next time I need assistance I’ll ask for him.

I visited store to get a prepaid SIM card for my trail camera. I purchased the SIM and Jerett helped me install and debug until we had the camera connected and working, saving me a trip back to the store. Really appreciate the interest in solving my problem, not just the sale (which was minor $).

A very unprofessional sales team has been dispatched to our neighborhood trying to push their internet services. Weve told them that we have no interest in their services and yet they keep coming back. Even when you say no they keep trying to push it. Theres also no soliciting allowed in our neighborhood. At this point they have become a public nuisance. I think this reflects poorly on the whole organization. Definitely avoid doing business here if you do not want an inappropriately aggressive sales experience. I cannot express highly enough how unsatisfied I am with the AT&T experience, and Im not even a customer.

Extremely poor customer service. I walked in, was not greeted nor asked what I was there for/how they could assist. Waited 15 minutes but was never acknowledged. AT&Ts central customer service is poor and apparently it is overflowing in to their stores.

Sean - Worst store manager ever...Anything you ask, the answer is Call customer service. After calling the customer service for my phone problem, they asked him to replace the charger and the phone. He is not willing to. He is only good for sitting in that chair and telling customers to take care of themselves. He should be ashamed of his work. I managed to get a charger replacement after lot of fight. He isnt willing to use his brain or body.. no matter what. Too much ego and too lazy. I wouldnt go there at all.

We visited the new AT&T store in Holly Springs on opening day, Friday 2/28/20. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and they all seem eager to grow the business! We switched our service from another carrier and purchased two new phones. We primarily worked with Andre and he made the process incredibly smooth and simple. We appreciated the level of customer service and though many of the staff were new and the store was brand new, it didn’t seem to slow down any processes. The store manager went out of his way to drive to another store to get a phone they didn’t have in stock. I was fine waiting for it to be ordered, but he insisted! We were very impressed and because of this attentive staff we are now happy to be AT&T customers!

3 days to complete purchase. No install help - just handed me box. Price quoted was doubled on first bill. No discounts promised were added. When called to ask install questions, AT&T Wireless asked me why I had this phone unit? It was not registered on the network. I told them my receipt number. Probably just me, but I saw the worst in a company and still have not had any of my concerns addressed after multiple calls. Make sure you get everything in writing. Could be a long haul until reaching normalcy. If I could, I would turn this back in for the phone I traded in. They would not allow that either.

We recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and upgraded our phones. We were fortunate enough to have Jerett as our representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient with our numerous questions. In addition, he helped us set up our new phones and we are so grateful. We left the store feeling satisfied with our switch and this was all do to Jerett.

I discovered this little gem a few weeks ago and came back. I live in Apex, but have not had great experiences with getting service in a timely manner in Apex store. Maybe due volume... not sure but over the years I have switched to purchasing online because of this. Sometimes, you want to touch the device and see in person. This was my 2nd great experience with Holly Springs AT&T store. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help and finding out what I needed right away.

I came into this store last week to upgrade my phone from the iPhone XS Max to the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Tyler was very welcoming and helpful from the time I walked through the doors. He instantly greeted me and asked what brought me in that day. I told him I was looking to upgrade my phone and learn more about the new Apple Watch. Tyler helped me get everything squared away with my upgrade and even discussed tv plans alongside with cellular all at an affordable price. I left extremely happy with my brand new iPhone, new Apple Watch, and even signed up for the tv plan that he offered me. If you ever come to this AT&T store, make sure you ask for Tyler! He absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable of the different devices, services, and plans. Thank you again Tyler for all of your help and your fantastic customer service skills!! Give this boy a raise, he is great!!

Both people working in the store were amazing Anthony and Dijona e were so helpful patient and got us the best deal. After being treated really bad at the other store in fuquay these 2 saved AT&T from loosing thousands of dollars. This will be the only store we go to

I came into the store today just to check about opening a business account and maybe adding a tv serviced to that account and i was blown away with how much attention was shown to me by Dijjonna and Dre. They each tried to find the best solutions for me and even when we figured out it wasn’t going to be able to be done today they still took down my contact information and promised to get back to me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service

Stopped by the new AT&T store today to upgrade my phone. Andre went above and beyond to answer all my questions and took the time to find a promotion that helped me pick the phone I wanted and made the process very simple. I would definitely come back to this AT&T store.

Nick was awesome and very knowledgeable. I have been trying to transfer a prepaid number to my post paid account. Multiple calls into support and visits to other locations were not successful. Nick was able to make it happen with ease. Great teamwork.
