Upon entering the facility I noticed how clean and organized it looked. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions as well as they could. The tech that did the testing was very professional and proficient in his job. Just a note, Ive been to several optometrists offices in the past and this one provided more testing on my eyes than I have ever had. Dr Bryan discussed my eyes in detail that none have done before. I have a much better understanding now about how my eyes work now, and he had pictures of my eyes to demonstrate his diagnosis. In all I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Adam and staff were great to work with. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always available to help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good or not.

Had to wait 20 min for Dr then Felt very rushed.Everyone was a little short and impatient with my daughter who was trying to get her vision as clear as she could. Will probably go somewhere else to recheck her and be more helpful with contact fittings.

I moved to NC 2 plus years ago so I needed to find a new Optometrist. I knew I was needing to have an eye exam, but I was on my last contact too. Carolina Family Vision of Holly was so accommodating to get me in as soon as possible. When I called the staff was just awesome and knew exactly what to do with my insurance. Then there was the experience of the visit. Holy cow they have amazing equipment! Along with Dr Weiand I have found my new NC Optometrist! Would recommend!

I came in to get new glasses and the person who helped me was pretty disengaged. He seemed more interested in asking his questions sequentially than answering any questions I had. When he did stop to answer mine, he was rude and seemed irritated. I left feeling ‘I hope he got that right’ instead of feeling excited about the new expensive glasses I just bought.

Have been coming here for years and always a great experience. Optical manager Isaiah has been great!! I did have issues with my glasses last year and he did his best to correct the issue and helped me pick out new ones!! Highly recommend!!!

I had an eye exam this evening at Carolina Family Vision. I saw Dr. Wieand, and she was very thorough. She explained everything to me in detail, and went over all of my options. I appreciate the fact that she did not rush through the exam. I was there till closing time, and instead of rushing me out the door, Beth at the front desk offered to show me some glasses. I always have a great experience at Carolina Family Vision Holly Springs .The facility is very clean and the staff are unbelievably friendly and very professional.I sent a message the night before after hrs due to an issue I have . The very next morning I got an appointment. Everyone made me feel welcome and important. I saw Dr. Nima Naik who was very thorough in identifying my issue . I feel great already, thank you again !!!

There was quite a long wait to be seen, but when I brought it to the attention of the front desk they were genuinely apologetic and the whole staff went out of their way to move me along and be seen so I could get out in time to pick up my kid. I really appreciate their concern for my wait and quick remedy.

Carolina Family Vision is a great office. They have up to date equipment, amazing doctors and a good selection of frames. They were able to help correct a bad prescription I had received from my ophthalmologist and get me into new glasses. When I got new scleral lens, they were incredibly patient in teaching this first time contact wearer how to put them in properly. This is highly recommended you visit them.

Worst eye doctor experience ever. The customer service experience was very good but doctor Nima was very rude. No one talks with me like this before.

Ive always had the best care at Carolina Family Vision. Since they opened in Holly Springs, Ive used them for my familys eye care. Even though I now live in Pittsboro, I still make the drive to continue receiving their excellent service. When I arrive on time for our appointments, theyre ready and I dont have to sit around waiting. The time spent in the exam is efficient but so much so that I feel Im being rushed through. If I have a question or concern, all the time needed to address it is taken. Ill add, too, that the pricing with our insurance is very agreeable. The ladies at the front desk do their best to ensure Im taking full advantage of the benefits available through my plan while at the same time never seeming like theyre trying to upsell me on services I dont really need. Great service, kind staff, good prices... Why go anywhere else?

I went to Carolina Family Vision to seek treatment for my dry eyes. I was interested in hearing options to really treat dry eyes and not just how to relieve them temporarily using eye drops. I was so impressed by my experience. From the comprehensive evaluation, to the time the doctor spent showing me the images from my evaluation and explaining in detail in a way that was easily understood, to the half hour spent with the business manager digging more into detail of procedures and cost options, I was blown away by their professionalism and obvious care for their patients. I was with the dr. for 30 min listening and understanding my condition as well as the options. In comparison, at the last eye dr. visit at the old practice I went to for my dry eyes, the dr. spent less than 2 min in the exam room and simply recommended eye drops. I went into this appt a bid jaded from my previous experience and am now very much looking forward to setting up a comprehensive treatment plan with this excellent team who genuinely cares for their patients and wants to support improving their condition.

My husband and I have been going to Carolina Family Vision since they opened up. When we moved to Cary we went to an eye care place here. Something about the doctor there didn’t sit right with us. I was told I was going to get Macula Degeneration and I went for a second opinion at Carolina Family Vision. Dr. Bryan told me that I had something that was often confused with Macula. He made my day. Since then I have been seeing his wife Dr. Kristy Tart Bryan, I think It’s going on 15 years. The whole practice is a class act, they can’t do enough to ensure that you get professional service in every aspect. Money can’t buy a better facility for your eye care needs.

Dr Nima Naik is the great. I had a retinal tear which she identified and then found a Dr for me to perform laser surgery during the covid lockdown. She went above and beyond to help and even followed up. She is so professional and I feel I am getting the very best care for my eyes and vision.

Wonderful! I switched to Carolina Family Vision after being unhappy with a big practice in Cary. I was never able to see the same physician (usually contracts physicians filling in). I have been able to work with Dr. Naik at CFV consistently over the last couple of years and she is just what I needed! Always honest and very knowledgable. Kayla was a very sweet technician and helped explain each process before using all of the machines (its not fun sticking your eyes on machines that you havent used). Staci, the optician, was very patient and took her time to help me find the perfect glasses. I highly recommend CFV! My husband is also a big fan of the practice:)

This is the first time that I have gone to see an optometrist that I enjoyed my visit so much. I felt welcome and had such a nice atmosphere made ya feel very comfortable My normal optometrist could not see me till July and I couldn’t wait that long glad I came here and definitely plan on being back

This eye doctor is not my favorite but it get the job done. the nurse I had was very distance and seemed like he did not want to be there at all, which caused me to think bad of the facility from the beginning of the appointment. The doctor was pretty good but couldnt answer all my questions which I found concerning. they were also very slow which was frustrating because an eye appointment shouldnt take more than 30 min. Also I saw them over a week ago and my contacst still have not come in so im not sure if I will be ordering my contact from them again or going back next year.

I have been getting my eye exams and contact prescriptions from here for at least the past 4 years and they are always efficient and quick. They make sure you’re comfortable and leave satisfied. They also have put in precautions to make sure they’re following sanitation guidelines due to the pandemic which I think is awesome and a major concern for me. Great place to go to!! :))

Wouldn’t change eye doctors no matter how far I lived away. The doctor said they hired another eye doctor. Glad for them so they can take care of the many clients they have. Excellent practice, I went in having vision problems and the doctor recommended glasses. I was in tears at the thought of having to wear them after 17 years of no glasses/contacts from Lasik surgery. The staff help to ease my concern. They give me time alone to consider glasses versus contacts. They told me I had a 90 day window to make a decision, that my prescription would be waiting. After much consideration I decide to bite the bullet and opt for glasses. The gentleman in the vision center helped me to decide on frames and explained the different types of lens available. All of this will easing my concerns about not only have to wear glasses but I also felt safe due to COVID. The practice was very clean and staff all followed protocol.

My 5yo had her first eye appointment yesterday. Dr. Tart and her staff were so patient, kind, and professional. They made the visit very child friendly and fun so that my daughter would relax and allow them to perform a thorough exam. Dr. Tart did an amazing job explaining what she was doing during her exam and her findings at the end. I would highly recommend Carolina Family Vision to anyone for their eye health.

I made my appointment based on the excellent reviews. As much as I loved the staff, Dr. Naik was terrible. She rushed the appointment and very rudely accused me of choosing the incorrect lens choice on the phoropter. I have been seeing eye drs annually for over 10 years and was taken aback. She made me extremely uncomfortable. It was late in the day and I understand my eyes could have been tired. Her attitude was inexcusable and is the reason I will never be back to this office. I wish this wasnt the case as everyone else working at the office was incredibly pleasant and caring.

I chose this office based upon the many glowing reviews and testimonials, but had a very different experience. It started at check-in when I elected not to have additional tests done, just a straightforward vision exam. I checked no thank you on the boxes but was asked several more times by the receptionist, by the assistant, by the Dr. I actually felt a tinge of hostility from one of these people and have never experienced that at an exam of any kind. I used my prescription and ordered frames and lenses online.

Excellent service with upbeat customer oriented staff. I’m glad I switched from another less friendly optical service. I recommend Carolina Family Vision to anyone that likes first class treatment! They’re my new favorite Opticians.
