I went to doctor Vito’s office about a month ago for the first time. I can’t say enough good things. I am a first time progressive wearer of glasses and contact lenses. I have tried before at a different office and they could not get them right. Doctor Vito took his time with me and helped me find the contact lenses that worked for me. His techs were patient and kind as they taught me to use the contact lenses. The lady who helped me in optical was great. She stayed in my budget and listened to what I wanted. I picked my glasses up this week and they were amazing. At picking up the young lady adjusted my new progressive glasses and discussed them in details with me. I love my vision now. I can see driving and my computer without having to put different glasses on. The ladies at the front desk were all smiles and greeted me when I came in and left. I’m so glad I was referred to doctor Vitos office, Him and his entire staff was top notch. I will be bringing my husband back who hasn’t had an eye exam before.

Had an appointment & was denied service because I refused to wear a muzzle. The staff was extremely hostile & rude. Was kicked out of the office while waiting to speak with Dr. Vito.When I asked to speak with Dr. Vito (8 months ago about a medical issue & today about not being seen) both times I never got follow up via a phone call as promised.Sad the way this office has deteriorated and declined. Ive come been coming here for almost 20 years and Dr. Vito never followed up on an issue after multiple attempts to reach him, and now even in July 2021 they treat people who refuse to suffocate themselves wearing a pointless muzzle as 2nd class citizens. If you want me to leave, fine. Ill take my business elsewhere. But the rude & disrespectful staff should be enough to make anyone run in the other direction.Ill be finding another eye doctor that practices sanity & reason, because this one sure isnt it.

I cant say enough about Holly Springs Eye Associates. Even though my family has been going to Dr. Vito for years, we continue to have great experiences!Recently, my 8 year-old son went in for his first set of eyeglasses. After about two weeks, he broke them during soccer practice (athletic eyewear on the way!). We bought a new set of frames and had an initial fitting. After a couple of days, my son said they were sliding around a little bit, so we brought them in to be readjusted. They second pair broke while they were being readjusted by the tech, and a new set of frames had to be ordered. Fast forward a week. New frames have come in and have been adjusted. My son has had them three days. Guess what? Yep. Three days and broken again. Fearing that this was going to keep happening, my wife and I feared that we would be shelling out another 300-400 dollars for different frames and new lenses. When we went in, we were greatly surprised to be told that Holly Springs Eye Associates was replacing my sons lenses and providing new and different frames free of cost! The tech felt that there was most likely a manufacturing defect with the frames that we were using (they broke at the same place every time) and they were going to pull them all and send them back to the manufacturer. A less reputable practice would have blamed my son for the problem and made us pay full price. Not Dr. Vitos practice! I cant say enough good things about Dr. Vito and his staff!A special shout out to Nick for helping us through all of this!

I had an eye injury and called on the Sunday before Christmas. Dr. Vito was extremely helpful and even offered to have me come in to the office that day if needed. I decided to wait until Monday morning and Dr. Vito fit me in first thing before the office was officially open. Dr. Vito’s care for patients is second to none. I highly recommend HS Eye Associates.

My wife and I were visiting family in Cary when she developed shingles. Dr. Vito went out of his way and saw her on an early Saturday morning. He explained each and every step of his thorough examination and answered all questions in a thoughtful and caring manner. He informed us if what would happen next, and signs to look for that would require further treatment. His knowledge, kindness, generosity, and bedside manner were exceptional. We live in Arkansas, but I promise you, if we lived here Dr. Vito would be our eye doctor.

Refused to give my daughter her PD after spending over $350 there. I have had 25 eye exams in my life, and been given the PD EVERY TIME. Complained. Was told that Dr. Vito would call me back. He did not. Was called back by someone else in the office who left me a message that they couldnt give me the PD.........Again, I have been given this info by every other Optometrist I have ever been to. Well now I cant give them any more of my money.

I got something in my eye at 10:30 pm on a Saturday and could not get it out. I called the number on the website and got transferred directly to Dr. Vito. He told me to just come to his office and he would help. I met him at his office at 11:30 and by 11:40 the spec was out of my eye. I cannot recommend Dr. Vito enough. Dr. Vito has been my family’s optometrist for 9 years. In addition to being an excellent diagnostician, he shows genuine concern for his patients and will go the extra mile to ensure they receive the very best care. When I recently developed a corneal abrasion, he was very supportive in what was a lengthy course of treatment, calling me between follow-up appointments to check on my progress and spending several hours on the phone with my insurance company to request authorization for an expensive medication which otherwise would have been an out-of-pocket expense. In addition to providing for our routine optometry needs of glasses and contacts, he also followed one of my children after retinal surgery and subsequently provided excellent guidance on an ICL procedure. Dr. Vito, as well as his courteous and friendly staff receive my highest recommendation!

Update Jan 2019 - We continue to see Dr. Vito and have referred family and friends. His dedication to his patients with his top of the line care is so appreciated. Called the office today to ask about getting glasses for my 5 month old. I was told that I would not need an appointment and to come anytime. I said we would be by as soon as our doctor could fax the prescription. After unloading both my 5 month old and 2 year old, with a broken foot mind you, I get to the door only to find a sign that says they are closed for an office meeting. I would have appreciated this information before hauling everyone to your office and will be taking my daughter somewhere else to get her glasses.

We have been patients of Dr Vito for almost 10 years now. He and his staff go above & beyond. My daughters glasses recently broke and she also needed a new prescription, he took such good care of us. We have moved to Cary, but the service is so good that we come back to Holly Springs for appointments. It is worth it.

Dr Vito is PHENOMENAL! Not my regular ophthalmologist, but now is after the exceptional care I received from Dr Vito. I initially saw Dr Chao at Rex Express Care for the eye matter I was having, which resulted into the referral to Dr. Vito. Dr. Vito called me after his scheduled appointment hours and offered to see me on Friday evening after closing at 5pm. Dr. Vito took the time to explain everything in regards to the condition, treatment, follow up and with the weekend approaching provided his personal contact information if I needed anything. Outstanding medical provider who cares and is my new ophthalmologist. Dont go or call anyone else besides Dr. Vito for your eye care needs.

He attempted several times to convince my insurance to cover, then did all within his ability to make sure I made it through allergy season comfortably.
