I can see again!! They were so wonderful. I have some eye issues going on and they were able to get me into a pair of contacts that are so comfortable! Glasses are being made as we speak but I’m sure they will be amazing too! So helpful!!

Took our daughter for her first eye exam and completely loved the entire office. Everyone was so nice and my daughter really liked Dr. Whitacre. We will be returning with our younger 2 daughters now for their eye exam.

I was first early welcomed by Jenna, their front desk employee. She was great! I hour they keep her around a long time - excellent pick for a first impression. Brianna was the tech who did the initial retnal scan and other eye tests. She was professional, efficient, and friendly, too. I have seen both Dr Stockbridge and Dr Reynolds, and they are fantastic doctors... really know their stuff. They helped me resolve an eye condition, and I felt very cared about and looked out for. They were also aware of the latest and greatest contact lens options available. I have a very tricky eye situation, and they were persistent until we found a contract lens that would work for me. It took 5 sets of trials until we found a set that worked for me. I was really wanting to avoid being in progressives full-time, and they were both patient and determined to help me find contacts.Many of our friends already go here, but I highly recommend this office to all of our friends for their eye care needs. 🤓

This was my first visit and eye exam with Dr. James Reynolds. I was informed about each procedure and felt comfortable to ask questions. I was pleased with the frame selection and the help Brantley gave as I picked out the style I liked. He suggested we order a pair of frames in the color I like and compare those with my first choice before I make the decision. I would recommend Clarity Vision to friends and family.

Happy with exam, COVID cleaning, and overall experience. We really like Dr. Whittaker, she’s great! Very patient, explained concerns, and flexible with options.Slightly disappointed with most recent visit because I thought I was to get two prescriptions, but came home with two copies of one prescription. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The equipment was prepped and sanitized before I used them. They even sanitized my bank card before they gave it back to me. The doctors and staff at Clarity Vision are very helpful and professional. Check in was effortless and I was taken back for pretesting almost immediately. Dr. Reynolds not only provided my exam but took extra time to explain my diagnosis and give me an idea of some ways that my eyesight would likely change over the next few years as I age. The optical staff fixed a couple of issues with my current frames so that they are like new. Overall, service and attention were outstanding throughout my appointment.

I found Clarity Vision after dealing with another optometrist in Holly Springs. From the moment that I called and spoke with Jordynn, I was impressed. Jordynn provided the best customer service that I have received in a long time! The customer service and assistance was so great that I decided to change my eye care provider on the spot and brought them my prescription from the other provider. I wish I had found Clarity Vision before I wasted my time with the other place, but now I know. Next year, I will use my vision benefits at Clarity Vision!

Dr Reynolds and his staff are amazing. When we first moved to Holly Springs our toddler son poked his eye on a Saturday night. Despite being after 8pm, Dr. Reynolds met us at the office and took care of our son’s injury. We continue to choose Clarity Vision for our family’s eye care because of Dr. Reynold’s commitment to his patients. We’ve also seen his partner Dr. Stockbridge on occasion, who is also excellent. My first visit to this office was great! The entire staff was helpful. The front desk receptionist (Jordyn?) was very friendly. Dr. Reynolds was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are trying on contacts he will give you a complementary pair to use. After seeing Dr. Reynolds, they send you to the frame purchase area (where you typically end up feeling obligated to buy from them) but all i had to do was mention that i wanted the prescription only and the associate took me back to the receptionist without hesitating. Awesome office and experience, Im definitely going to be a returning customer.P.S. Make sure you register on their website before your visit, it will save time for all parties.

I love this place. I always feel like the doctors here and the staff that run the office actually listen to my needs. I always learn something new when I come here. I thought that having polarized lenses was the best of the best... Turns out that having anti reflective stuff on there makes a massive difference too. I stopped getting headaches when I got the anti reflective stuff on my glasses. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Professional, experienced, honest, efficient, and friendly. One of the best eye appointments I have ever made. The doctors and staff not only know what they are doing but they are happy to address your questions. It was a great experience to buy a pair of glasses that I knew my insurance and my budget could cover without feeling any pressure whatsoever to buy a more expensive pair. I will be back!

Very thorough exam, very friendly and helpful staff and doctor. They are one of the few medical offices in the 21st century - you can look at available appointments and book online, and fill out all your first time information online instead of wasting 15 minutes doing it by hand at the office. Very efficient with your time, but l was able to ask questions and never felt rushed.

The lady who sits at office was extremely nice.The staff and assistant were nice and politetoo.Everything is neat and organized.The doctor who checks the eyes was so polite with me and he actually shows interest and ask about what i study and about my career.Solid 10/10.

I would just like to say Dr. Reynolds is great! After my first visit last week there was a discrepancy in my charges, according to my insurance card I was expecting to pay $35-$45 for my visit. When I went to cash out my charge was $75. The ladies up front said that insurances aren’t good at explaining the charges for different services and it was in fact $75. My thoughts were maybe if they know that, they should explain the costs as to not catch people off guard. I paid and left, but had this nagging feeling that I had been taken for a ride, so I went back. I explained my side of the story, they apologized and gave me a refund for the difference. I still wasn’t happy and resolved to go to my follow up visit which was no charge and never return. I went in for my follow up today and Dr. Reynolds greeted me and took me right back himself. Checked the fit of my contacts, a new type I have never tried, and wasn’t really happy with. He gave me a new pair of my old type and answered some questions about solutions that I had which no other eye doctor had truly explained. He made sure I understood and gave me samples of 3 new types to try. He’s genuinely friendly and seems like he cares, very comfortable to deal with. Anyway, after the visit he apologized for my last visit and thanked me for bringing to their attention the breakdown in communication regarding pricing. He informed me that they have a sheet that they now provide clients with pricing explanations. It just shows me, someone in customer service management, that he truly cares about his clients’ experience, he knows that they have a selection of doctors they could see and wants to make sure they are happy and return… and I will.

I wouldnt trust my eyes or my sons eyes to anyone else. We love everyone here. They are always so helpful. Their hours are wonderful. The doctors and staff are the best around.

They are always so great to work with. Very prompt and attentive. I have never waited and find Pam extremely efficient and competent! Both doctors have great bed-side manners and I find them to be extremely knowledgeable in their field. I have been a patient there since shortly after they opened. I have two pair of glasses and I wear contacts. I also have a condition they monitor me for and im so grateful that they can do it there instead of having to go to a large ophthalmology office. I would recommend them to anyone and my mother in law also gets her eye care there now.
