They told me my insurance went through but I still had to pay the full amount. When I tried to cancel my order, they told me I could not and I now have to wait 2-3 weeks to even get my new glasses (all the styles are outdated). I only went here because everyone else was booked until mid-March but I now see why they were not. If you are loyal to the company, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, wait to go elsewhere.

I failed to ask if the special package frame (after my exam and prescription had concluded) had a guarantee against breakage. and no one mentioned it to me. The frames boke and when I called to get the frames replaced the answer was that the special package(s) did not qualified for replacement. I lost $424.00.

Dr. Harris was extremely informative and took the time to explain each step and was extremely thorough with what his referral was. I am extremely appreciative of the fact that I left my appointment with a good understanding of what he explained. I have never committed to one eye doctor in the past, but definitely plan to continue to seek any of my optical needs from him. I also plan on referring him to anyone who ask.

Dr. Harris is awesome, he always takes his time and gets your prescription right. He tells you like it is and isnt vague.For example my eyes are dry. Most doctors are like do your ever have irritated eyes? Ill answer yes of course . Then they will just go hmmmmmm and blind me with the light for about 5 mins. Then they dont say anything else.Doctor Harriss response would be, hmmmmm, well your eyes look dry I dont think the glands are producing enough.I say Ya they get dry sometimes like in windy conditions and they will water.Doctor Harris will then go into detail how the eye works and whats going on with your eyes. Mine were too watery not enough oil. I appreciate that he explains it and then you get to learn a little. You can tell eyes fascinate him.You can get an appointment really fast usually in a day or two I like that a lot. Check him out especially if you have trouble with the whole 1 or 2 lol. trust me hes good, Im super indecisive.
