I enjoy the foods here. The place is clean and relaxing. The Staff are very helpful and they stay busy.

Fiance just found a long disgusting hair in his cone. I warned him never to go there and he forgot. They are always out of items also. Worst DD/BR ever.

For 3 years Ive been trying to aquire the lemon custard flavor yet again. I know it exists, because I got it from this exact location. I called this store and asked if they had lemon custard, they told me yes. I drove up to this location, AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT!!!!!! Horrible service, the employees are rude, and they mislead customers over the phone. If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Do not go here, just drive to another location.

This place is good, close to home but the location is kind of in the cut and not as easy to locate or go into with the traffic; and based off where its placed. The service is okay but the best part I feel about the place is they normally have all the flavors of ice cream that the other stores dont always have. So I tend to go there first before going to any other store.

The store manager is ghetto and very confrontational. She throws insults from the back an Lacks Professionalism. She cursesAt her Customers and will hang up if you call to speak with her. I will never come to this location. The staff sticks together an will not do the right thing because they are scared of her and because they think it’s funny to let her act like that. She will refuse to give her name and she has nasty hair to match her nasty attitude

Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever visited. Was given chocolate ice cream instead of what ordered chocolate mint and chocolate chips with nuts which cost a $1 extra. When I advised the ice cream given was incorrect and the nuts were insufficient I asked for a refund and was advised they could not give me a refund. The correct order was made with half scoops of ice cream. I am pissed and will complain to corporate!

I bought an ice cream cake and was sorely disappointed. The cake was not tasty at all. Rather dry with barely any flavor. It was also constructed as if part of an assembly line. It was far from done by hand with care. I will stick to shakes and ice cream cones.

Terrible service attitudes for no reason wouldn’t recommend this place anywhere. Calling corporate very racist place!!!!!

I requested large coffee with a drop of cream and was given white coffee, when I complained the waitress yelled at me. It is not the right dunkin donut to visit. Sunday afternoon at about 115pm.

I shouldn’t give even 1star! They tried to charge me $14.+ for an order of $9.00 + tax. I am hearing horrible things about them and I will not return!! I left taking my $20.00 bill back saying “forget the order” for
