In the heart of Homewood, TCBY has prime location. I grew up here and saw it go through many owners, however, John is by far the man to go the extra mile for a customer. This store has had many upgrades and is clean and tidy. This location has many options for dining. You can dine on the balcony, inside the store, or the patio on a sunny day; or the drive thru at your convenience. The employees greet you with a smile. And whether it’s a smoothie or a kids cone it will be made to perfection. Their work is artistry at it its best. Check it out and pictures are of the parfait and the banana split.

The server here was very rude. He didn’t want to be at work first of all. He was more concerned back getting back to his lunch than serving his customers.

Place was very dirty. I will not go back

TCBY in Merchants Walk in Homewood is the place to go for a celebration, a treat for my grandson or daughter or for frozen yogurt after a school event! I have been going here for years; John, the owner, knows the families that frequent his store. His staff is helpful, pleasant, and can create artistic treats. My favorite thing about this TCBY is the drive thru window! Of course, you can eat inside or on the patio; I choose to take mine home! It is located at the end of the Red Mountain Expressway. A night ride for TCBY will help anyone overcome a disappointment!

Very nice and its time for ice one of the best yogurt places in Homewood

Frozen yogurt was great but very dirty with trash piling outside. We ate in the car because the overflowing trash wasnt something we wanted to eat with.

Went inside because the drive through is confusing. You have to drive up to the window with your passenger side as the side you pay and receive your order. Could use updating and refreshing on the inside. But was fairly clean with a high inspection rating..

Unhygienic and EXTREMELY slow service. The man who was making our order did not wear gloves and touched toppings/yogurt with bare hands. Flavors are very basic, below average service.

They are still drive thru only and so the lines are super long! There is virtually no menu when you get to the window and they expect you to know the limited flavors when you get there. The employees had an attitude and were not very willing to explain the menus. It was my first time at TCBY and will probably be my last.

I’ve always liked TCBY, but it had been a while since I’d been. My whole family stopped to pick up dome celebratory treats after getting good news from my dad’s cancer doctor. The staff was extremely happy to hear our good news and made our fairly complicated order perfectly. I was super impressed with the new flavors and toppings as well. The graham cracker flavored yogurt was amazing! Thank you for helping us celebrate a great day!

Whats not to love about frozen yogurt topped with pecans, a combination of hot fudge and hot caramel with whipped cream and cherry on top? The store seems clean, the service is friendly and the upstairs seating is cool and a little quirky. An overall delightful experience.

Worst environment Ive ever been apart of. Around a month ago, I brought my two daughters for a nice treat, and when we walk in, there was a horde of kids and adults (about 30) all playing video games yelling the entire time. None of them had any sense of personal space or manners, one of them even knocked my little girl down and didnt even bother to apologize. I tried to complain to the manager but I genuinely didnt feel safe for my children there any longer so we left.This is something that needs to be addressed.

Tastes just like ice cream!!! Dreamy flavors, I had mint chocolate chip & hubby had rocky road, both on waffle cones & they were excellent!!!

When it comes to milkshakes and sundaes (ice creams are just ok) TCBY is definitely the place to go. Their large milkshake is generous to say the least, and their variety of toppings for their sundaes is large and very savory, from fruit chunks to crushed cookies of every kind

For some reason, they were playing some hyper-conservative Christian radio station over the intercom. My friend and I had to eat our froyo to the sounds of an old man telling us how electing any Democrat will instantly bring the apocalypse and turn America into simultaneously both authoritarianism and lawlessness. Very unpleasant environment to eat in, cant even imagine what its like for the employees hearing that propaganda all day. Will be going elsewhere next time
