From the first moment I walked in the door for an estimate to the day I drove my freshly repaired and completed body work on my F150, Cahaba Collision Center staff members were professional and resourceful in getting my repairs started and in the right direction to getting back on the road. This was the first incident I have personally had with getting body work maintenance and repairs from an accident and each team member provided professional and certified information with lots of patience and guidance. Erik and Brent in the front office walked me through every step and kept me well informed of the process along the way. The repairs that were completed and the detail that went into the work made my truck look like it came fresh off the assembly line. The team members providing the maintenance and repairs definitely excel at their craft and performed to exceed above and beyond the standard. I will continue to use Cahaba Collision for any body repair or painting needs and recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.

They gave me an estimate that they hit nearly perfectly and came in a day ahead of schedule on finishing it.I worked with Brent and he took care of everything and made the entire process seamless and it made a very bad day a little easier knowing that he was going to make sure I was taken care of! Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous and they were great about communicating the status of everything.The repairs were superb and you would never know there was any damage at all. CC handled my body, paint, frame and all other issues my vehicle had, in a timely and professional manner. The work they did was top notch in my opinion. I am no expert, but the seams on the body work were straight and flush. The paint looked like a match to me.The ride was as smooth as when I first picked up my vehicle.My associate was Brent, and I could not be happier with how he explained what would be done, got all the parts in, expedited the work and even had to order more parts after he found some hidden damage. He took care of all the insurance estimates and supplemental quotes in a seamless manner.All in all I could not be happier. This is not a very fair review because the problem I encountered was not their fault. It was Fords fault for not being able to supply parts. On 12/2/2020, I hit a deer and was almost stopped by the time I hit it. There was no metal damage and the air bag didn’t go off yet it cost over ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in damages. Because of the parts shortage AND having to pay $30.00 a day in addition to the car payment, we traded out of a 2020 Ford Edge into another new 2020 Ford Edge. I was only going to give them a four because I couldn’t actually judge the quality of their work but then I remembered, Cahaba Collision paid $250.00 toward my rental bill as well as the dealership did too but I still had to pay over $500.00 in rental fees. Note: the car they repaired was finally completed mid March but not due to any fault of Cahaba Collision.

Great Service, Shout out to Erik.. My car had been in the body shop at Long Lewis before and I was not pleased with the work and I was skeptical about having to bring it to the dealership again. I met Erik and he explained that CCC was doing the body work and assured me that everything was going to be alright, he explained what they would do to repair the car. They repaired my wrecked truck perfectly. You would never know it was wrecked. The paint matched perfectly. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I usually dont do reviews, but now is a good time to start. On my way to work, I stopped to grab some breakfast and ran over a sign that had fallen. When I pulled over in one of the parking spots, I got of out of the car and saw where the sign had pulled off the trim over the right passenger tire. The next day I called Cahaba Collision at the Long Lewis Ford location and spoke with Eric, who told me to bring it by. With duct tape holding on the piece, I headed over after work hoping he could fix it. I got there about 4:25pm they close at 5pm. I spoke with Eric, who came out to take a look at my care. He went back in to see if they had the part and low and behold they did! He even told me that they could put it right on. One of the Service Specialist pulled my car in and put it right on. I really appreciate the friendly and fast service. You should give these place a try.Thank you Eric you made my day!
