I can’t say enough good about Scott Tatum on the acquisition and purchase of my low mileage 2019 CPO Stingray in immaculate condition, the last model year of the front-engine Corvette! He was enthusiastic, extraordinarily knowledgeable about the car’s operation and features, and was able to obtain shipment from Richmond Va to get the car here when I wanted it. In fact, the car was shipped out of Richmond a day early to avoid the impending tropical storm Else which would have caused a significant delay. The finance office was straightforward in its dealings with me and Alex Eastman was upbeat. It was a tremendous experience!

Great experience with your service department. Had the privilege of working with Christian and was impressed. She was honest about the time frame allowing me to get to my next appointment. Also it was early morning but by her attitude you would have never known. Told my wife we will definitely be back. Friendliness is hard to find these days. Everyone I encountered was hospitable.

After coming in (in person) to set up an appointment to have my work truck serviced, I then delivered my truck at the appointed time for it to be assessed for the repairs. Over 36 hours later, when I follow up to see what the status of the vehicle is, I am told it is just now being looked at. To which I ask why the delay. I am told, and I quote “Well sir there were several other customers ahead of you.”. Then why do you take appointments for service? I won’t be using your company again.

After starting to drive to Montgomery from Athens, GA to purchase another vehicle at another dealership, I turn back around because I did not get a good feeling. I called Hendrick the next day and talked to Mickey and told him what I needed to be at price wise. He told me he would call me back and I thought here we go. To my surprise he called me back 10 minutes later and told me that they could do it. I put $1000 down over the phone and headed to Hoover the next day. They were all super friendly. When my credit union told me that they would have to send an overnight check I thought I was not going to be able to drive the truck home and they offered to see if they could beat my finance rate. I thought there was no way they would be 2.5% but they did. I drove the truck home that day and feel like I stole it for the price that I got it. A couple days later the check engine light did come on but it was just a sensor and I took it to my local Nissan as it was still under warranty. I don’t believe they knew about the light and Nissan agreed. I am confident that had I contacted Hendrick they would have let me take it to my local Hendrick in Buford Georgia to fix. Great experience and honest dealing. I would buy from them again.

Dropped the vehicle off Oct 19 at 730a to look at 3 issues. First, the auto start/stop feature was incredibly sensitive in that it would cut off when stopping at stop signs or even when we pulled the car into the garage and when shifting from drive to park. It would also cut some of the electronics when starting back up after being stopped. Second, the front-right tire makes a weird noise when hitting a bump, like the shocks were shot or something. Third, I needed my tires aligned.The only positive thing about my experience with your service department was the rep that took in my car. He was friendly. He did say that the shop was backed up and it might be 1-2 days for receiving a diagnostic.I called 3x throughout Thursday to get an update, with no returned calls. I finally spoke to my assigned rep, Mark, on Friday morning. Car hadnt been diagnosed but he said I should know something by lunch. I called back mid-afternoon Friday after not hearing anything and was finally told that the diagnostics were complete. Was told that a bad battery was causing my auto start/stop issues and that my requested tire alignment would be done as well. He quoted me for the battery at $500. I thought that was expensive but he made me feel like I had no option with the type of battery the car needed. So I agreed. He said that he’d get that done and get the alignment taken care of. I brought up the request that I wanted the techs to look at a strange noise coming from the front-right tire as well. My request for this was overlooked and he had no idea they needed to do that. He said hed have his guys look at it. He called back later Friday afternoon and said they couldnt find anything.Saturday morning comes and I get a call saying that they ended up finding a bent tire rod that would fix the issue. I go to pick up the car Saturday afternoon. Mike was busy with another customer and I was checked out by someone unrelated to my situation. After looking at my ticket, I noticed that the tire rod work that had been done was on the right-rear tire, not on the requested work to the front-right tire. And I also noticed that the battery was $310 parts with $200 labor. That battery installed can be found in multiple other stores for $150-$200 at most. I was completely ripped off.After all was said and done, my bill was $1100. My tire still makes the noise, and the auto start/stop is still overly-sensitive.I brought my vehicle to you because this is the first Chevy I’ve owned and I wanted to take it to a place that would know the car best. Plus I was hoping that any issues might have been covered by warranty (2018 model). I was so incredibly disappointed and my trust has been lost. I was even willing to wait days for my car to be looked at in hopes that the experience and work accomplished would be above par. I would love to speak to someone about the experience if you want to talk further. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt that this was abnormal and give the opportunity to make things right.

Tracy and the staff at the collision center were amazing to work with. Explained and communicated perfectly with the process of repairing my Dodge. The repairs were spot on! Its great working with professionals who make lifes fender benders easier to deal with. Highly recommended.

I knew what I was looking for when I walked in to the dealership. I was met by Landon Hall and we sat and talked about what I wanted, he went and brought the car to the front t door literally. He walked me over the car to show me how things worked. We went for a test drive, got the numbers where I wanted them and after signing the papers out the door I went, all within 2 hours and 15 mins. Couldn’t be more happy to know used car dealers haven’t changed since their inception. If you consider these used car dealers, you’d have a hard time making a worse choice. Look forward to forcibly receiving some GPS app at a cost of $500 without any method of declining the module and service and a $750 Doc Fee. Their sticker is just the start.

To say that Hendrick Chevrolet was a disappointment would be a HUGE understatement. Customer Service is not something that this dealership does well or possibly they have no clue what customer service is???The nail in the coffin was when our sales rep cancelled our meeting, then the next day allowed us to test drive a vehicle that they knew they couldnt acquire. They were suppose to call us with an update.....that phone call never occurred. They withheld information and didnt value our time as over-qualified candidates. Howard knew that I needed that 3rd row on my suv, and made me an excellent deal! He did everything but change the car to my favorite color, but I know he would if he could. He has earned our repeat business when we are ready to trade in our next vehicle.

Driving from Ohio we noticed a shudder in our transmission. We were able to make it to Birmingham and called in the morning to see if they could look at our Suburban. Brittany explained wed need a new transmission but had a rental car lined up for us so we could continue on our way to FL. Not without a few glitches (like trying three different places to find one) she continued to be in contact with us and delivered on her promise of having the car ready on our return trip. Little did we know that it wasnt as seamless as she made it seem in her texts/phone calls, but all turned out fine. We were able to pick up our truck on the way back to Ohio as planned. Brittany went above and beyond to handle the problem and allow us to visit our grand daughter which was the reason for our trip. Just amazing service from the entire staff!

I called John Porter with performance concerns about my 2011 Denali; he encouraged me to come on in and immediately met me in the service Dept. He introduced me to Stewart Pike and asked him to take good care of me. Stewart was focused on my concerns, got me in a loaner car and quickly on my way back to work. He kept me posted, was very responsive when I reached out and I had my car back in 3 business days. Although I still have performance concerns, I am confident I am in good hands and we will stick with it until the problem is resolved.
