To say this isnt a Boost store, shouldnt be considered a negative comment, it would simply be agreeing with the owners exact words in answer to questions about Boost products, services, promotions, pricing, responsibility or any ability in absence of desire to assist Boost customers, which in fairness to the owners statement are not the same as people who purchase Boost products and services from whatever this retail space, which is entirely plastered with exclusively Boost mobile signage and uniform color scheme corporate identifiers, should rightly be called. I thought about asking the owner what the retail space should be called, then remembered the piece of paper with Boost mobiles phone number on it which I was handed in answer to my other questions, thought better of it and walked away.

They helped me get my phone on the EBB program, which is a govt program that will temporarily pay your phone bill if you qualify. I had qualified, but it wasnt working and their phone and internet cs was not helpful at all. The worker had it up and running in 5 minutes.

I was having issues with my S9. After several attempts texting boost mobile I decided to stop in and see if they could resolve the issue I was having. They took the time to fix the problem I had and I am pleased with the service they provided me.

Worst store ever! I bought an iphone there afew days ago and have horrible static when i am on a call. Called Boost customer service and they told me its the phone and i need to go back to the store within 7 days for a replacement. I go there and they wont replace it. Bought phone on friday and went there on tuesday. Girl that worked there was so rude and couldnt care less about my phone not working. Called Boost customer service while i was there and the agent wanted to speak to the girl working at the store and she ignored the boost agent and put the phone down and wouldnt talk to him!!!! Plus my husband said she was talking bad about me when i went out of the room! She needs to lose her job!!!!

Do not go here. Go to cavelier square. This place charges $25 activation fee for upgrade. Cav square doesnt. $100 plus activation of 25 is cheapest here. Cav square its 29 for same phone and no activation.
