Best customer service in the area.We have been to several around Ft Lee area and by far, Brandon is the only Customer Service Rep who took the time and helped us. We are new to the area and we have been to two different Verizon stores so we can have our accounts set up but each time we went, they didn’t care to try and help us further.Brandon has been amazing and we were impressed with his customer service. He was very respectful, accommodating, even gave us an update on our application situation during his day off. As to the retailer itself, they got me for some hidden expenses that were not identified to me (I noticed them on the receipt after the fact, and when I went back was told they were transfer fees and set up charges). This has taught me to avoid this retailer for any future needs.

Also I mentioned I was a small business owner and she set me up with a hum that tracks my miles and saves me 0.50 cents a mile on my taxes. Usually this tends to be a bad experience but this was super pleasant and now Im actually saving money. I live in Richmond but will make sure I will go anywhere she is working
