The coverage is not good. It has even gotten worse in the last 2 weeks. We have called and called and to no avail. It has been this way driving around our area, being told all the time that the service is getting better.

The best Metro store around, that will get anything you need done, in a fast and friendly manner. I did not ask for the gentlemans name. However, I give him 50 gold stars. Thank you again for EXCELLENT customer service. Will return. Peace.

Well they dont go all out for there customers!!! You figured for being a new customer they would do there best to help them! But they like all companies all just for the money !! Wish I never switched phone services

2nd time i have problem with this store now Im home and i see my received they charge me 20$ for a screen protector i dont ask or even was think to buy i always buy them in amazon or ebay they just charge me with out telling me anything, the first time they dont give me any change and when i call metro they told me i was supposed to have change of the phone i buy they love to steel you money be CAREFULL !!!

Went into the store to start service paid everything I had to pay... Woke up the next morning and my phone was suspended.. I had to pay another $50 dollars to get my phone from being suspended.. Went back into the store to get the extra $50 I had to pay out. Manager would not give it to me.. On top of the Rep decided that she wanted to make a personal phone call before she decided to call customer care to fix my problem.. When she should of fixed it right then and there.. I now have to wait two weeks to be refunded back my money that I shouldnt have had to put out.. She needs to be trained better because this is going to cause major problems for the store... PERSONAL PHONE CALLS SHOULDNT BE MADE WHEN YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU AT YOUR STORE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FIXED THAT YOU MESSED UP! Wont advice anyone to go to this store for phone service.

Idris was a huge help. Got us hooked up and we ended up getting an extra line and free phone for less than what we were prepared to pay for just 2 lines!

Came here to get a phone for my daughter, the employee was on her cell phone the entire time-on speaker phone! On top of that the person she was talking to was cursing. She didnt even ask if we needed help. Guess this store didnt want my money .

This particular store has always seem to surpase all others in CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Not to mention the PHONES AND PLANDS ARE TOP SHELF.... METROS MOVING UP!!!!
