Love the quality and prices.

Customer service was ok, though perhaps management should post a list of things that they do know so the public wont make them angry by asking about their products. Asked a simple question and I heard through the wall someone catching attitude about it. Perhaps the person in question should educate themselves on what they are selling so as to be more capable of helping customers.

No sure about the no exchange no refund policy. Left the store 1/2 hour ago and called because I bought the wrong color and wanted to exchange. I understand if it was days but I had not even untaped the roll. There should be some circumstance where you can exchange. Other than this I like that we have a place locally to purchase vinyl.
