I absolutely love this neighborhood walmart. Friendly helpful staff busting their butts to assist anyone in need. Fresh food, self checkout, youre in and out in a flash even right aft hurricane ida tore through us. It was the only place I know of in terrebonne parish who made sure people had a way to buy food, cold drinks, bread, fresh water, and most of all free WiFi for people who no longer had the ability to contact family and friends 👍 Much appreciated

My buggy handle was sticky and there wasnt any hand wipes to be found near the doors to wipe it off.Thank goodness I carry my own hand wipes and hand sanitizer to use.The store seem to be busy the day after Christmas for some reason.Checking out took a little longer than I would have liked.I did find the couple items that I went for.The lady standing near the outside doors did say welcome and goodbye to me.The outside traffic did stop so I could walk through to my car.Ill be back ......

Its great for a quick shop. Most things are very easy to find. Its all self service too. They have more than ten self service cashiers so that means waiting time is alot shorter than it used to be.The only down side is the item selection is very limited compared to normal walmarts

Unacceptably hot. I did not sign up to shop on the surface of the sun. Too many people to not have adequate air conditioning at a store that makes so much money.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the pharmacy at this location. Within the past year we have taken advantage of their grocery pickup service. Those guys working the pickup area are fast and friendly. You won’t regret doing business at this location.

They are keeping the lysol spray and wipes, etc behind the service counter .dont be afraid to ask

Clean, fast, and friendly. This store offers all self checkouts. Never any waiting in line to get checked out. Associates are always willing to help you get checked out quickly

Be prepared to use self checkout. I am one that doesnt believe in that. I feel like its eliminating jobs from hard working people. So I only shop here when I have to.

How is it that not all of their registers accept cash? Its money! How can they not accept money??

I absolutely hate self checkout. Now my favourite stores are all self checkout. When I have my grandchildren and a buggy full of groceries I dont want to use self checkout. I rather wait in a line. I guess now I have to go back to Rouses.

The only place in town that carries fat free shredded cheese.

This market is across town from where I live (about 20-30 min). I go here because the staff are polite and helpful - not CFA level but miles ahead of the Walmart on my side of town. They have mostly everything I need. The only downside is some of the items (meat) are not for everyone. I purchased a pork rump roast there and had to skin it. I didnt mind since Im a Culinary Arts student at Nicholls, although some other customers would probably prefer NOT to do that. Overall: 8/10.

I am always treated politely n with kindness. The staff is always gracious n willing to answer all my questions. I love coming to this pharmacy. I have not been disappointed since I transferred my prescriptions to this particular pharmacy the minute the opened.

I have been ordering thru internet and picking up. Had been doing for few months. One day I was waiting for the text letting me know my order was ready for pickup. No text. I called to inquire and was told that my phone number was not valid. The phone number I had always used. I needed to call a 800 number to find out what happened. I ended up having to go somewhere else and ended up spending more money than I would have at Walmart.

Place to go for your needs. Its local in town, easy to get in and out.

Great store with nice employees, but horrible pharmacy. I worked in pharmacy for 6 years and can say these pharmacy employees are horrible! They never do their job or have any knowledge on whats going on. They expect you to call insurance companies and doctors for refills when that is a huge part of their job title. Very clean store though with a great selection.

I made a quick stop to get milkI was shocked to see so many people w/o masks. It was scary. Of course until the virus is contained. Im in and out. I get what l need and leave.

I always enjoy shopping the neighborhood market. I can usually find everything I need quite easily. The variety of products are diverse, and includes many unusual items which may be hard to find at other grocers. I also find that the quality of produce and meats are good. Great prices.

Walmart is small enough that you can find most anything that you want and the employees are courteous and the store is clean.

Employees nice and very helpful for the most part. My favorite things about this place are how fast you can get in and out and an employee named Alex! Alex is THE BEST hands down. Hes the sweetest guy youd ever meet and he has a smile and kind, positive words for every customer. Really makes shopping here enjoyable with most of the employees here being so nice and helpful

If you dislike the traditional Walmart and just need groceries and household stuff like garbage bags, toothpaste, Tide pods, etc. This is the place for you. The meat selection is very nice and the produce is better than Canatas next door. Which is surprising for Walmart.

The one place I go where I can always find a riding cart.I cannot walk these stores anymore. Need knee replacement both knees.

I just needed two items and one of them was an appliance light bulb. I really didnt want to go to the big Walmart. My daughter told me that Neighborhood Walmart had what I wanted. Sure enough they did!! I was so excited! I was in and out in a flash! I even surprisingly ran into my daughter! Another bonus!! Oh yeah, the other item that I needed was BBQ sauce! Of course they had that!! Neighborhood Walmart was an awesome idea!! Thanks!!

Had to wait for cashier customer service for 10 minutes... When shopping had to walk all over the whole store to find the four items I was looking for... Compared to a regular Walmart it was a tiny bit better not much..

When it comes to grocery shopping, I will choose this market over the Supercenter any day. Its small enough so that you can actually run in and just grab something without having to wait in long lines. You may not have all the specific products of your choice, but with the Walmart value and convenience of it, it is worth it.

I always loved coming here. Everything is nicely stocked, veggies and fruits are better quality, and eay checkouts. Its a bit cramped but the quality and service is worth it

I used online grocery pickup, and (after I checked in) the Walmart associate was at my car in minutes with my groceries! Ill definitely be using their online grocery pickup service again. I also like visiting the store; its neat, well-organized, and the associates are very helpful.
