Our experience was wonderful from the time I scheduled an appointment, during the visit and up until we left. Dr. Fady was very pleasant she made my son feel safe. She also answered every question I had precisely and very clear. I left very educated on what my sons needs were. The staff was very welcoming and fun. It was was an overall great first experience. It low key didn’t even feel as if we were at the eye doctor.

I had an amazing experience with all the staff specifically Dr. Muhanna. She was so friendly and answered all my questions perfectly, she made me feel very comfortable. Wait time was super quick. I asked for help with glasses since it’s my first time and Dalicia let me try on multiple pairs with no hesitation. I highly recommend Eye Center of Houston.

All the staff was super great and very patient with my 6 year old during her exam. Dr. Zainab was super nice and explained all the questions I had.

I’ve worn glasses all my life and dread having to get new prescriptions. But this place made the process so easy and fast! My doctor (I forgot her name) in particular was so cool and personable, I’ll be coming back here again.

Today was my first time here and I had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It went by very quickly. They were busy but still managed to get me out in a timely manner.

Very courteous, polite and professional staffs especially José whos been with us and explaning everything throughout the whole eye examination of my 3y.o. daughter. I am impressed with their facility because it is clean and tidy, state-of-the-art equipment and of course some entertainment for the kids. They are child friendly and I came at the right place even if it is a bit far away to have my childs eyes checked. Definitely worth it and would recommend them to anybody who wants their eye checked.

Waste of time! We had an appointment for 9:30AM for my son. We were on time and filled out all of their paperwork. They had trouble verifying our insurance so we opted to pay out right and contact our insurance at a later time hoping this would speed up the process. Two other families came in after we had already paid and were seen before us! At exactly 10:30AM I spoke with the front desk and asked what was taking so long and that I would have to leave soon to get to work. She told me that not being able to verify the insurance is what took so long and they were now trying to fit us in. I told them if we couldnt be seen in the next 10-15 min we would have to leave. We will try was the answer I received. Complete lack of respect for other peoples time. I asked for a refund and left at 10:51AM - 1 HOUR AND 21 MIN AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT! This place is a 30 min drive from our home and we were happy to make it so that our son would have a good first experience going to the optometrist. This was not the case at all. Complete waste of our time. There wasnt any empathy for our situation at all. The only thing they wanted to know is if we would like to reschedule for a future date. Who in their right mind would want to return to a place that treats them this way?

The process is very smooth. Everyone is super friendly and they make sure that you’re always comfortable and inform about your eye health!

Ive never had an Dr to send me an Uber b4 but I really felt love and cared about today because my eyes were killing me I had A severe Dry Eye. And couldnt see a thing thanks Eye Center of Houston!! My first time experience was nice. But this second time around because of miscommunication, disorganization, lack of research and the cunning customer service, I was dissatisfied with their service this second time around and did not enjoy wasting 2 and 1/2 hours of my life that I will never get back. The doctors are helpful but the clinic needs better staff. I did not enjoy the feeling as if I did something wrong.

My son is autistic. He doesn’t understand what’s going on. The staff was so helpful and has so many ways of getting him to calm down while still getting his exam. 100% recommend them for all Pediactric Optomitrist.

My husband & I LOVE Dr. Inayatali and his facility.I’ve had to wear glasses since 2nd grade so I’ve had my fair share of Optometrists, & no one tops him.Besides being overqualified, he is personable & caring of his patients. He has shared eye care information with us that we have never heard before seeing him.Almost all of his employees are exceptional in their craft, as well as their care for the patients. Ive only had a hiccup with one of the employees, but I believe that’s a difference of personalities & frustration of having to work hard to advocate for myself with this particular employee.Go to this office!!!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Had an eye emergency and could not get in anywhere else before going out of town. Their phone lines are open after hours to schedule appointments. I was able to call and get in the following morning. Dr. Fady and the rest of the staff are friendly, professional, and informative. I will be returning here as a reoccurring patient!

First and foremost this has been the best eye place Ive ever been too ! Staff are so nice and friendly. Maria who helped my son was very patient with him and took her time with him. Even when kept blinking she really did have alot of patience. The only downside is the wait time. We did wait a really long time for the Dr. to come in. Maria did mention that Fridays are busy which I totally understand. At least she explained why so really the customer service makes up for the wait time. I highly recommend this place especially with kids.

I dread going to a doctor but Dr. Zaina vibrant personality made me comfortable with the visit. It was like she has been my doctor for years. This was a welcome change from my last eye doctor who was cold and borderline rude. I will be coming back next year if she is still there. The staff at the facility were professional too.The reason I took one star off is the service fees they charge on credit cards transactions. As a Web Developer I know exactly from where those service charges are coming from and (imho) a business should not be passing their overhead expenses to their customers.

The experience was exceptional. I have been a client of this office for two years. My eyes are very important because 60% of my job duties depends on looking at a computer. I came in for blurriness in my right eye and a referral was recommended immediately. The staff is transparent and caring.

This place was amazing!! I called last minute, literally at 5pm.. they told me to come on in. When I walked in I was greeted and did not feel rushed at all.Once I got to the back I was treated for my eye emergency by Maria and doctor Farah.. they were amazing!! This is my second eye examination and they were very thorough and explained my systems in a way that helped me to identify an underlying medical condition related to my elevated blood pressure. Stephanie was very patient and allow me to asked important questions concerning the blurriness in my left eye.I highly recommend Eye Center of Houston because they communicate well, has great service, and accurately treated my condition. Least year, I was prescribed “hard contact” lens and I’m in for another fitting.
