Love this particular Beauty Supply Store. The manager is welcoming and very helpful and friendly! This store to me has a varied assortment of everything. You will definitely find everything you need here from majority of all hair product brands to wigs and extensions. This CAN be your one-stop beauty supply store.

Im a Barber and I spend a lucrative amount of my time in beauty supplies in the area and for it to be the most convenient and in the center of the hood it was not all that. They had the nerve to be pricey on the products you can get from family dollar and walgreens waaaay cheaper. The 2 spanish cashier girls were cute tho.

Isles are so close together and crowded and didnt have what I needed. Asked the owner and he made no effort to accommodate. I purchased an item that was at least $1.00 less at a different beauty supply. The other beauty supply had what I needed and was priced much more competitive-ly

I went into the store today asked about the braiding in which I looked for myself. Once I got to the register I ask the young lady if they had another color at this point she told me it should be in the back. I ask her if she could help me at this point she began to act very Rude. Once I felt that it was not worth dealing with I told her that I would go somewhere else because she was rude. She went on to say yes I am and even as I walk out of the store she was talking really ugly so I walked back into the store and ask her is the manger in. She went on to say I am the manager. I am not understanding why people like this is in charge. She should not be a manager or even working at the front counter. Before she even helped me I watch how she treat the customer in front of me and I still gave her a chance. It is so sad that people treat other in this manner. I will not be coming back to this store again.

Actually I just left there and I was very upset. I wanted to exchange and to purchase something one way more expensive than the item I was going to return. No one told me that I had seven days to return the items that I purchased for an exchange. The owner wouldnt even let me make an exchange. Next time I will go to Beauty Galaxy.

This is your VERY BASIC beauty supply, if I need gel, a brush..Ill go here. Limited on big brands, or they dont carry the whole line.wigs are *okay. Very few lacefronts and human hair wigs. The staff is nice always helpful, I give them that. But there is a better beauty supply on ella and 1960 next to the smoke shop.
