Junk, if you are going to be training with even a little bit of intensity do not count on their products to hold up nor for them to stand behind the quality of their products. Spend the extra money for a more durable, American made product. They are a headache to deal with and do not believe in their products themselves.

Prices better than the bigger name business, but the quality is equal if not better. I have been shopping here a few times over the past year, and being a local business means free pickup and no shipping charges.They also have an awesome showroom to see and test out any equipment they sell.

These guys were super helpful. I went in to buy a weight vest and a slam ball, and they had EXACTLY what I needed. They let me try on the vest and invited me to do some pull ups on the giant setup they have in the showroom. Its much bigger than I expected it to be, and they had a ton of equipment. Whether youre looking for 1 or 2 things, or youre trying to build out an entire gym, this place has the goods.

I have a good size box, outfitted with all Get Rxd equipment for a 15 person class, and for the last year and a half, everything has suited us well! And if ever a minor issue, Michael and the crew up there are more than willing to help you out!

Be sure to stay away from the row machines. We have experienced a number of issues with them. These machines are too expensive to have to deal with the same issues multiple times.

For a review I have copy and pasted a recent email I sent to their management team.I have only been corresponding with Paul Longoria for about 45 min, but in that time he has answered all my questions, customized a package, and emailed me two quotes. His service is second to none!!! In all my years ordering online or over the phone, I have never received such prompt and painless service as I have with Paul. I have price requests to outfit my gym with 6 other companies (sent weeks ago), and honestly it doesn’t matter what prices they come back with, we will be going with GET RX’d because of the customer service we received working with Paul. 45 minutes and the decision has been made. Great customer pick up!

I purchased a flipping tire from Get Rxd two months ago. It is defective. It immediately developed a bulge that tore the tire cover and damaged my rubber gym floor. I tried to get tired repaired or replaced, and Get Rxd claims it is not defective. Is it normal for the tire to develop a bulge that destroys the cover and my flooring? I dont think it is. Get Rxd does not stand behind its products. I would give them ZERO stars but it wont post unless I give it at least one.

No phone answering and no information about in store pick up. Waste of 30 minute drive and would not recommend

Get RXD has completely exceeded my expectations for quality vs. dollar. I purchased a squat rack from them with no problems other than one small piece of plastic was missing. I emailed them about it and also mentioned that Id broken a piece while working out (my own fault) they quickly responded and started the process of sending me more than I requested. I was able to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and purchase my first barbell with 160 pounds of bumper plates and a 26# kettlebell. I also got a the two piece squat rack. Excellent customer service and great equipment! We ordered the Xebex air bike for our home gym and its fantastic. Additionally, we received a bunch of free stuff as they had a promotion going on at that time: 20 lb. wall ball, ab mat, jump rope, and a delta pull-up bar. All the equipment is well made and I know well get a lot of use out of it.

I havent received my equipment yet, so I cannot go so far as to comment on the quality of it yet, but the poor customer service I have received thus far from this company is extremely disappointing. I placed my order a week ago (after being told by a rep via email that 15 lb bumper plates were in stock, which was evidently not the case), was told it would ship Wednesday so I would have it Thursday or Friday. I called again on Friday after not receiving any sort of communication about whether it had/had not been shipped, was told that my order had not yet been released, but that it FOR CERTAIN ship on Friday. Well, no surprise no confirmation email and again, order didnt ship. Now it will *maybe* ship tomorrow (after another phone call to try and get the order released). I dont usually even take the time to write reviews, but I just kicked down a lot of money for equipment and shipping and am really wishing I had taken my money elsewhere at this point to a company that might at least pretend to care about my order.

I purchased the Xebex 3.0 Rower from Get Rxd during their Black Friday sale. While the rower is typically offered with “free shipping” at regular price, shipping wasn’t included in their Black Friday special, therefore I paid a little over $100 for freight shipping.My order was placed on 11/18, and I received a shipping confirmation on 11/22. I was contacted by the freight company, R&L Carriers, and shipment was scheduled on Friday, December 1st. I was given a delivery window between 12-5, therefore someone had to be home to receive the delivery, for which I took a day off work. Friday comes and goes with no delivery, no call, nothing. I call R&L shortly after 5, and was told the system shows no updates on the shipment and the local office was closed, therefore they’ll call me back Monday. Monday comes and I decide to call them as I hadn’t heard anything, and am rudely informed that they lost the shipment and I should call Get Rxd and have them ship a new one.I call Get Rxd and they say they’ll look into it and get back to me by the end of the day. I don’t hear anything that day and email them to follow up on our conversation. I don’t receive a call or reply all week, so I call again later in the week and they inform me they’re working on getting a unit to me. I inform Leticia, who I’d been speaking with throughout this ordeal, that I feel I should be refunded the $100+ I paid for freight since a delivery was scheduled and I had to take off from work and wait at home, only to not receive anything. She informs me that she’ll look into a refund but for now she’s focusing on getting me the rower. Some time passes, I send emails and never receive a reply but I do receive a few phone calls and eventually a new unit is on the way to me. I once again reiterate that I’d like a refund on the shipping charges, and mention that if I won’t be refunded I’d like to just cancel my order, to which I’m told I’ll “be taken care of” after I receive the rower.I eventually do receive the rower and have no issues. I’ve not heard anything from Get Rxd regarding my refund aside from a call that they’re “working with R&L to give me a credit”- not quite what I want to hear. I’ve followed up with a couple emails and haven’t heard anything- no reply, no call, nothing.Overall the rower is a nice unit and I’m happy with my purchase, however Get Rxd’s customer service has been underwhelming. I can not recommend them as a company and will not be purchasing from them in the future.2/21/18 UPDATEGet Rxd contacted me after my review and rectified the situation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the rower and its performance and would recommend the Xebex to anyone looking for a rowing machine.

In my opinion, this is the cheapest (both price and quality) Crossfit equipment company out there. I would not reccommend a single piece of equipment from this company. I have been to multiple gyms with pieces of equipment from Get RX and all of it is a piece of cheap junk, in my opinion. Also, their competition rig which was purchased in full and was being used in a real Crossfit competition had two pull up bars snap right off of its welds while athletes were doing pull ups on the bars. I would not suggest anyone purchase any piece of equipment from this company. Spend a little extra money and purchase some quality equipment elsewhere.

We outfitted our entire gym at CrossFit Artillery with Get Rxd. It has been over a year and we still havent had any issues with any of our equipment. Great bars, bumpers, rigs, KBs, DBs, and med-balls for an affordable price!

Cant comment on the equipment yet because I have not received it nor has it shipped. I called prior to even purchasing the equipment to ask how long shipping takes and they said would ship in a few days. Its Been a few days Never received an email so I called and they told me it will ship in a few more days. Which will be 8-9 days after I ordered the product then it could take up to another two weeks to get to my address. They told me they didnt expect to be busy over Black Friday weekend so they werent prepared for the amount of sales they received. They then told me that theres nothing they could do because everyone wants their orders fast. I happened to order bumper plates from rogue fitness a day after I order from get rxd. Rogue fitness not only shipped out my 230lbs bumper set the next day it was delivered to my door within 3 days of my purchas and not to mention shipping was FREE unlike get rxd who charged me $148 to ship less weight then rogues shipment. Im contemplating canceling my order with get rxd and ordering it through rogue.
