Empire Garage Services did an above average job for me. Great price with great quality. Techs were very professional and easy to deal with. The installation took only 3hrs for 2 doors and motors and the old taken down. The techs were nothing short of heroic. Hopefully, their boss will give them a raise for doing such quality work!

The technician is very friendly and professional. He offered several options to replace my broken garage opener and they are good priced. He took out my broken garage opener system and installed a nice new one in an hour. Helped me to install app and linked the garage opener and then cleaned everything. The front desk lady was super kind and helpful. Called her this morning and the job was done by noon. Called Empire this morning for my garage that was offtrack and noisy; they responded quickly even though it was not an emergency issue; replaced the sensors and the rollers for a very fair price. Jack came to fix our garage door three weeks ago. We thought we may have to replace the motor but he assured us that all it needed was proper lubrication with a specified product which he promptly did, all the while educating us on how to keep and maintain the door to extend its life. My garage door could not open or close it had stuck. I shared with my colleague who gave me Jacks as he had worked with them earlier when his garage door broke and they did an awesome job.
