Enter the freaking empty place we were 6 people there were 2 workers and the owner, ordering one of the workers helps us, the slowest one, one by one because she said she couldnt help or do more than one thing at the time, I ask the other one to help she said she couldnt because she suppose to help other people. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the place was EMPTY (NOW I KNOW WHY) I SAID THERE IS NO ONE ELSE YOU CAN HELP, SHE SAID NOPE I WONT, I TOLD HER I WAS IN A HURRY, AND ASK HER IF SHE CAN DO SOMETHING ELSE FROM MY ORDER SHE SAID NOPE YOU HAVE TO WAIT.I ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OR THE MANAGER, HE CAME UP TO THE FRONT, AND SAID THE WORKERS SUPPOSE TO HELP THE COSTUMERS IN ORDER THEY CANT SKIP NO ONE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I SAID LOOK AROUND THERE IS NO ONE ELSE WAITING!!!! GO TO LA MONARCA MICHOACANA, THATS A PLACE EVERYTHING GOOD, EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The mangonada loka is a favorite from this place, the icecream is fresh and they have different flavors.

For what we go there for it rocks. The ice cream flavors that sold me were cajeta and gansito. Sure they have your boring flavors that other ice creameries have, but they do have typical (thats how we called them in México) flavors also. Only, and ONLY complaint I have is........ the tequila flavor does NOT have any tequila in it. 😠. So, be daring, get out of your comfort zone, before the areas gentrifies to the point it turns into another munchies yougurt.

Our first time here and we decided to stop by and see how it was... first of all the girl in the register her name is Alexandra as soon as we walked in she greeted us with an attitude. We orden 2 large corn in a cup q large fruit water and a soda one. We order a white corn and yellow corn when my husband tasted the white corn he said it tasted nasty when I told that same girl she told the other employee to taste the corn and they where like it seems fine to us with her nasty attitude we told her we didn’t want it to change it for a regular corn and after I asked for the owners name and number their attitude change why have 2 young girls working if they are going to be working with an attitude not being nice to customers they forget that thanks to customer is why they have a job.. wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here if your going to be treated the same way we where.

Friendly staff, fast service, and lots of menu options. A lot of seating options inside to enjoy your treats. Loved my paleta and their mangonadas as also incredible!

Got to location at 8:56 pm, they close at 930pm. Was told only to go could be bought. No where to sit outside in order to enjoy the ice cream. Pricey, found a couple other locations on gessner better than this place!

The queso ice cream is the best ice cream I have ever had. It is made in house from queso fresco and I bring the whole family in from Katy just to get a taste of it whenever I can.

OMG this place is amazing they have so many different types of ice cream they have excellent service they also they have the place looking very good. They sell any type of goodies not only ice cream they also sell popsicle, chips, mangonadas, fruit and aguas frescas.

Went in there to give it a try and all I can say is that I am disappointed ... . Honestly what a waste of my time and money. Nothing is fresh everything pre made, Im surprised that mangonadas taste like its been made from days ago. Overall I think this place its the worst ...it should be shutdown for good. It does not even deserve a star.

A little pricey but WORTH IT. Fresh ice cream, hot dogs, nachos, elotes, banana splits, chips... and other snacks. They accept card and cash.The butter they use for the elote is dairy free!!!

They give us a different portion of ice cream everytime my family and I go there, theres this girl with stiff face and light skin the one who give us the smaller portions, we wont return and Im sorry but we are disappointed.

Went in there to give it a try and all I can say is that I am disappointed ... I asked for a sangria preparada and the girl did not even know how to make it ... she put little or should I say no ice on the cup. Honestly what a waste of my time and money.
