Banana split has been my all time favorite from here. Delish!

Not sure if the issue is with the store or the chain. I asked them if it has eggs in the icecream they just pointed out to the website link and asked me to check that out, what kind of chain or store doesnt have that handy..This is ridiculous and even in the website its not clearly mentioned.

The anti griddle was off. She did not let us know a ahead of time. Kinda defeats the purpose of going to marble slab if the toppings are not going to be mixed.

Delicious!!! Absolutely great! I had Cookie dough dizzle, the best ice cream ever!

Food was pretty good but nothing too special. Had the roast beef panini and chicken panini... best part about it was the bread (crispy on the outside and soft in the middle). We were STARVING though when we ate them.Blue velvet cake was pretty damn good and Im not a huge fan of super sweet things. I like how they add blueberries into the cake... yum. Watch out afterward though... youll be surprised to find out what comes out of you and what color itll be.

Visited Sat afternoon. Definitely worth a return visit. This place has a good atmosphere. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I liked.

My experience at this place was horrible I went in with a friend and it was our first time there we asked for just one sample of sweet cream and she had an attitude for no reason. So at the end my friend bought an ice cream and I didnt get anything she was speaking under her breath and said try samples of everything and dont buy anything when all I had was one sample then I asked for her name she said her name was nothing She looked like an Indian lady very rude and her customer service was not very great as you can see.

Been going for years! Not really a fan of all the frozen yogurt places. I hope Marble Slab sticks around :)

Nice flavours

The reason why I give this place one star, is because I can’t give it zero. It deserves none. The employees are extremely rude and the ice cream is watered down. Flavorless. It’s also super expensive and they barely give you ice cream. They offer you whipped cream on your milkshake and then once it’s time to pay they tell you it’s extra .75 cents for the whipped cream. Craziness. Won’t be going back here.

If this place were in a stand-alone location, they would go out of business in a month. Staying in the galleria for work, so I have been walking the mall. Fourth night in a row, running out of flavors, service glacial, completely unapologetic for both... I get that its not supposed to be luxury service, but this place is really just...stupid

The flavors are ok. They can get away with it as they have the for traffic from the mall and the ice rink. This is basically a knock off of cold stone creamery without the singing and good flavors. Youll still go and get ice cream here because youre already at the mall. Enjoy your regular ice cream. Its not the best but itll do

Ice cream is ok. But they rip you off. Menu shows shake with whipped cream for $7.25, but they charge you extra $0.75 for the whipped cream. False advertising. Pretty sure that illegal.

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. The staff was very sociable and kind.

Shorted on my ice cream. It taste like cheap ice cream and it was not cheap. The cashier told me one price while my receipt said another and shorted my change.

This is the dirtiest store at the galleria mall. No hygiene what so ever. The ice cream is melted. Workers have attitude. Would not recommend

They only had 2 employees and theyre were so slow.They had a long line,and worst of all when other customers dont know what they want.I bought a regular size,vanilla with Reeces. It was not full did not have as many Reeces ad the other Marble Slab has to offer.Was very disappointed all I tasted was just the vanilla.I make sure not to come to this Marble Slab

Racist manager emptied the tip jar & after I reached for a napkin that was directly by the dispenser. Im a retired vet so I dont steal I protect/defend!!

This store is super disgusting and unsanitary. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for years and I spotted a bunch of health code violations. The containers that holds the cones were filthy and there was dust and lint everywhere. No food that is being served should be in arms length of the customers. I saw a kid reach out and touch the cones. Employees weren’t using cloves and I saw their hands touch the ice cream a few times. I’ve never worked in an ice cream joint but I feel like the platform that they mix the ice cream on should be wiped off after every order since bacteria is always growing. I will be in contact with the health department.

They are very rude, not accommodating & will rush you whether it is the busiest day or the slowest day. I have been in retail for 6+ years & their customer service is very poorly. They will never have the pleasure of serving myself, my coworkers nor my family and friends.

The guy behind the counter was great! We will he back, He made mine special for my Bday

Great place to eat ice cream

This place is terrible. They won’t accept marble slab coupons, they don’t have the products they advertise in pictures in the store, so after waiting 15 minutes to get waited on while the employees screw around and talk on the phone, you find out they don’t have what you wanted anyway.

Not only were we ignored when we came in but they just put the toppings right on top of the scoop. The tables were all dirty and the service was rude. Not to mention was more expensive than usual chains.

Worst customer service ever. We werent able to add toppings to our ice cream because they said they already cleaned the table where you mix the ice cream and the toppings and they were supposed to be open for another hour.
